My mom made an appointment to get us both a pedicure at a place that was NOT this, and then, because of her lack of direction, we accidentally ended up here. I'm so glad we did! I got my nails done with Michael and he was super nice while my mom worked with Kelly who was also wonderful. The people who work here are friendly and I think they do a good job. Granted, I only go about 3 times a year. The gel pedis are expensive, and mine only lasted 2 weeks where I've had some that lasted forever. I won't get another gel manicure there because that only lasted a week. Beware of very overpriced gel pedicure. Three of us went to the salon for pedicures. The menu is not very clear about the price when you choose gel polish. For example the classic pedicure states what is included but does not specify that it is only for regular polish. When we checked out the gel pedicure was $57 per person. (They added an additional five dollars to remove the old gel polish). Way too expensive!!! Plus kind of weird in there. read more

I had an appointment at 12:00. Waited 30 minutes to be seated, which was not the problem. It took them almost 4 hours for a pedicure and gel nails. They do not have many nail colors to select from. Once I chose one from the color samples, I was told that they didn't have that one and to choose another. The pedicure took forever because they kept having to stop to do something else. No extra frills added, however, I did expect them to do a better job buffing my feet and trimming cuticles. I had to wait 20 minutes for them to start on my nails, In other salons, they would have been soaking off my SNS while getting my pedicure. So, another 30 minutes just soaking my nails. They filed my nails so aggressively that it hurt. I asked them to stop because it was so painful, and it was making my nails paper-thin. After seeing what the condition of my nails, I asked them to use gel. When she started putting on the gel polish, I immediately saw that it wasn't applying correctly. She kept telling me that the 2nd coat would fix it. The second coat, nor the third coat fixed it. It got worse. It didn't go on evenly and looked lumpy. I told the girl that it was lumpy. She just kept adding coats. When I looked at the final job, I was so disappointed. The polish didn't go near the cuticles, and the nails were lumpy. While sitting there, a mother who had been in earlier with her daughter returned. She said that her daughter was in tears and embarrassed because of how bad her nails looked. Her prom was going to be the next night. The mother wanted a refund, but they promised that they would fix it her nails the next day. I felt so bad for them. But then I felt even worse for myself when I was told how much the bill was-$137.00! I asked her to explain all the extra charges. She pointed out the price of this and that, which did not really justify the price I was charged. Maybe if they had done a good job, this would be an easier pill to swallow. So, needless to say, I will never set foot in that salon again. read more

I am so disappointed. I went in for a full set gel, for $62, and left with short, uneven, chunky nails with dust specks in them. This is the second time I have gone here (I gave them another chance), and it's even worse than before. Not worth the money (at least if you want a nice looking, full set of gel nails). I was very unhappy with the results of my nails. They are not what I asked for. They are the wrong shape, color, etc. I tried explaining this to them and they said that was what I wanted. Do not get SNS there. They are inexperienced with it and have few color options. They also charged me for service I did not get. I will not be going back! read more

I came here and brought my 5 year old for a mani/pedi. They were extremely accommodating and I was impressed by how clean the salon is. A lot of the negative reviews are regarding the price of gel polish, but I found them on par with other places. I always ask before I receive any service what the total price is so not sure why others don't? We got gel mani/pedis and they were efficient about it but the quality of the service was great. The massage is better than most places I've been too. My nails are even and polish applied well. The woman who did my daughter's mani/pedi was wonderful with her as well. I have been looking for a new salon after about 8 years at my previous salon which is now quite a commute away. This one is so close so I visited for mani/pedi in early December. First visit was OK although no one greeted me at any time. The technicians simply come up and start working on you. I went for a second visit and this was really unpleasant. Again, I was not greeted. No one introduced themselves before starting the service. The pedi was OK but the mani was painful and left me with no cuticle at all and red, inflamed, sore fingers for Christmas. read more

The pedicure was good and I actually found the gentleman that did my pedicure to be friendly. However I truly wish I had read the reviews before going. BUYER BEWARE!!!! I was up-charged 25$ for a gel pedicure. The menu states 30$ for a basic pedi and at checkout it was 55$. I questioned them and they became rude stating I had gel and had to know 5$ for removal and 25$ for gel. There is no posting to the up-charge, no menu on the wall and definitely no discussion regarding price. They get you on the back end at checkout. Dishonest and bad business practice. I rarely leave bad reviews but my last experience was just plain bad. I got a gel manicure before leaving for vacation. 4 days later the polish was peeling off and chipping. I've had many gel manicures and if done right they should last weeks. I don't know if the lady was just having an off day but it felt rushed and obviously something was done wrong. I would not recommend this salon. Although they are clean, my experience was the opposite of relaxing. The pedicurist was very rough , I was literally jumping up in my chair and saying ouch out loud and she didn't get the hint. Also, the chair I was in had a broken part in the basin that she kept trying to repair while my feet were in it...so unprofessional. Last straw for me was when she put my shoes back on my feet before painting my toenails then put on the toe separators and then began painting my toenails. A dump with zero accountability. Broken chairs, untrained employees. Asked for a pedi against my better judgment. After I received carelessly, diagonally filed nails with polish clumped over shoved-back cuticles, I asked that they remove the polish on the nails with bubbles and painted-over skin and do those over. They refused, clumping more polish over the mess. I then asked them just to remove the polish and let me go. My mother paid for her below-average pedi. As I went to leave, the manager shook me down for $20 or they'd call the police, telling me they haven't had a complaint in 11 years. This place looks like what it is: Unprofessional, unpleasant, unaccountable. Read the other complaints here (that don't exist according to the manager). AVOID. read more

My first visit was the day before Thanksgiving. I did have the sense to make an appointment. When I arrived, place was rather busy. Three people were either soaking feet or having them massaged. All the manicure tables were in use with the exception of one. A good number of women were taking up space waiting their turn. The lady that arrived just prior to me was told there would be a fifteen to twenty minute wait. Call first and schedule an appointment. Rose did my nails. She was gentle and thorough. They did an ok job on my pedi but I was there for an hour and half for a regular pedi. The reason for the three stars is they don't allow tip on a credit card. I have two young children and never remember to get cash. I do not even own a debit card for that reason. I understand there are extra charges for them but I still won't be back. read more

I did love the process especially the massage chair but the outcome was not very good. It cost me $90 to get a really nice gel mani/pedi. At the time it seemed worth the cost since gel is supposed to hold up and last longer than regular polish. Not so with this place! After only three days a nail started to chip and now, after only five days, half of them are chipped! Kudos for it being a relaxing spa process but don't waste your money on the "good" gel stuff - cheaper and better to just buy your own gel polish and machine. read more

Went yesterday for a mani-pedi. I left. First they argued with me over my decision agains their (more expensive) gel polish. I gave them my bag of tools, and politely instructed the manicurist to use them. I shut my eyes for a few minutes in the pedi chair and when I opened them, the lady was using HER TOOLS. I again told her. I shut my eyes again, and bam. I had a garish polish on my toes, Not the color I picked! I used to like this place until recently. My husband gave me a gift certificate for a manicure and pedicure. Unfortunately, I had to have a medical procedure done on one of my toes so I had to hold off using the certificate until it healed, which took many months. I finally healed and went in to have the manicure/pedicure. When I was finished, I handed in my gift certificate which they would not accept because it was a little past the expiration date. Unfriendly, even sullen when you walk through the door. A masked woman, toiling at a pedicure customer's feet, muffles a command to me, the new customer to sit. No receptionist, no smiles, no graciousness, not even mildly friendly, and no music, just silence and abrupt commands. Welcome to a 30 minute perfunctory pedicure in a sad salon. A stark experience, even grabbing my foot to place in and out of the water rather than a gentle tap. And three sharp commands for me to move my arm off the arm of the chair I was sitting in because the massage remote was duct taped there. !! Sorry, I was reading and kept forgetting... Then my nail polish disappeared. They had taken my nail polish that I had brought myself and put it back on their shelf. When I asked for it back, I was ignored until I kind of really spoke up and began to demand someone pay attention to me. I don't know, maybe it was an off day. My pedicure was acceptable, but I will gladly pay $5 more to have a little more sunshine and relaxation in my busy, stressed life. I felt guilty being there. I went first time for pedicure last week and they did a good job so made an appointment for Friday after work for gel Manicure. I arrived early and there were 2 ladies waiting ahead of me. 30 minutes later I hear one of the waiting women indicate she also had made an appointment for the same time I had and she was told it would be another 20 minutes. I've come in here for pedicures twice. The quality of the massage was very high, but they do it very quickly. I've come here when the salon was practically empty and they still finished my pedicure very quickly. I've gone to other nail salons where I pay the same price for a classic pedicure and they take over an hour, letting me relax, and leaving me very satisfied.
