Prices are excellent! I have vision insurance, and it was easy to use. I was very pleased with everything about this practice and made my next appointment well in advance since it takes a while to get an appointment. That speaks to how pleased are with Dr. Wight. This is NOT that place! I first found them about 1.5 years ago when nobody else would do the work I needed. They were the ONLY place I could find that would fit lenses on a special frame I already had. I had Airsoft/ski goggles with special frame inserts. They were happy to take care of my needs and exceeded my expectations. I have since had them do custom work like this again and have always been extremely happy with not only the results but the experience. Today I had a lens fall out on my sunglasses. I did not buy them here. My warranty has run out at the local chain store I got them from a few years back. I just thought they deserved my business after my previous interactions and brought them here. They gladly fixed them for me and absolutely refused payment. I actually tried.... This is more than a business. This is a husband and wife with a honest soul. When I need another set of glasses, there is no doubt in my mind I'm coming back here.

I had to go back twice for glasses, and finally gave up due to his incompetence. When I called to make the first appointment, I explained that I had double vision that required a prism lens in addition to my regular prescription. I was told that the doctor was proficient with this type of vision issue. He was not! When I picked up the first pair, he didn't even check my vision with the new glasses. The next morning, I called and explained that these glasses were worse than my old ones. Their answer was to keep them for a week because it takes time to get used to the new prescription. This has never been my experience with new glasses. The next pair I received (after another eye exam) was worse than the first. I asked for a refund which I did receive. The doctor did not even talk to me or apologize to me for his inflated opinion of his ability. I asked for a refund. I am now going to another doctor who performed many different exams and procedures and, while it took quite a while, I couldn't be happier with the results. If I could have rated his a 0, I would have.
