First time at this winery and I loved it. The views were gorgeous and they have an awesome back and side patio. Lots of room on the lawn as well. Inside the tasting area there were small trinkets and towels along with winery merch. Staff was attentive and they had a wode selection of wines. Prices were good and we left with a few bottles for home. I will definitely be coming back here again.

    Cute little photo op spot.

I came on a wine tour and I'm so happy this was the first stop. It really set the tone for the whole day. I thought that summer in Temecula was going to be too warm but thanks to their shaded area, sitting outside was very refreshing. They had a lovely band and really good food. Thank you so much to Akayla who was beyond gorgeous inside and out and extremely helpful. Certainly could see myself spending a whole afternoon here with the amazing wine selection and perfect atmosphere.

We worked with Raymond to plan my wife's intimate 45th outdoor birthday celebration, and I can honestly say everything came together perfectly. The food from Pinnacle Restaurant was excellent, the tables were set up beautifully, and the views made the whole experience even more special. The staff did an amazing job hosting and made sure everyone felt taken care of throughout the entire event. The DJ was a huge hit--great music, great energy, and everyone was up dancing. From start to finish, it was great food, great vibes, and top-level service. I truly couldn't have asked for a better way to celebrate her 45th. Highly recommend.

I was recently at a wedding where Victoria was the wedding coordinator. She was the sweetest person I have ever come across. She was attentive, helpful and always made sure everyone had what they needed. The food was amazing as well. The beef was delicious! The venue itself is gorgeous. Even with the weather being incredibly hot, it was beautiful and the trees casting shadows kept us cool. Thank you for providing a beautiful spot for Jovanna and Leyton to get married!

This was a very peaceful experience. We came here as our second stop and decided to share a flight. They are very modern feeling with tables outside overlooking the vineyards. The service was ok and the wine was good. We came on a Sunday so it was pretty empty which made it a very peaceful experience.

    With Steve!!

Steve was really great. So great I joined the club. The place is lovely and we enjoyed our wine tasting a lot. Will be back. Diana from Scottsdale

Came here on a wine tour over Thanksgiving break. Ambiance is casual and very chill. Some folks had on date-ish attire and others had shorts and tshirts on. Service was great. We had someone in staff give us a tour of the vineyard in addition to our tasting. Very knowledgeable, very friendly, their Sangiovese is SO good!

Amazing view and great selection of wines! I tried the Syrah and it was very bold and spicy. The white viogneer was refreshing for a warm day.

Ask the Community - Falkner Winery

    Are kids allowed?

Hi Andrea! YES! Kids are always allowed :)

Are you allowed to bring outside food in?

We do not allowed outside food at this time. We have a restaurant onsite and sometimes a food truck on the weekends.

    Is the restaurant dog friendly?

Falkner Winery's tasting room and outdoor grounds are very dog friendly. However, the Pinnacle restaurant does not allow dogs.

Can visitors walk around the vineyard?

I do not believe so. They are overlooked and all dirt. The horse and carriage I took went thru the vineyard but that was on approve of the owners for that special day

    Is there indoor dining?

    Yes. At The Pinnacle Restaurant.

Upon arrival, the property checked one of my requirement boxes: paved parking. I cannot tolerate parking in dirt that removes the shine on my tires and rims. After some confusion, I finally arrived at the correct tasting room for non-members and began my tasting with assistance from Eric, a fine young gentleman who offered to guide me through my journey. He provided the history of the winery and the background of the various wines I sampled. I was not fond of their white wines, but their red wines possessed character, complexity, and depth. The price of the tasting was on the high end, but I enjoyed it all the same. The property is very large, and well-maintained, and also hosts a distillery, somewhat hidden in the form of a speakeasy of sorts. Didn't partake, but intend to return in the future to sample. Overall, I enjoyed my visit and will give some thought to joining their membership. Great views atop the hill, and a mellow vibe. Thank you Eric! Great customer service.

Our plan was to relax, make memories, have good food and wine, and experience the beauty of Temecula wine country. Miramonte was our first vineyard and we had dinner there on the patio. We got a table that didn't have a view and instead it was in the middle of the patio dining area. There were so many other guests around us and it was loud. At least it was shaded and I think there were misters...? So that made things enjoyable in terms of the heat. We ordered their pitcher of White Sangria (which was somewhere around $42-$48). It said there was going to be peach in the batch with other fruit. The result was frozen berries in a very water downed pitcher if white wine and ice. I hate to say this, but I have had better White Sangria at The Olive Garden. The one I make at home was 100 x's better. For food we ordered the Charcuterie Board, which was huge! That was a very impressive display of cured meats and cheeses. Totally loved the pickled vegetables! We also ordered the Stuffed Mushrooms, Oaxacan Pepperoni & Honey Flatbread, and Truffle Garlic Fries (I think they said "truffle," but I could ne wrong because all I tasted was garlic and parm). The Mushrooms were delicious! I would order that dish again, but then again I am a lover of mushrooms. At the end, I was surprised to not get any Bach party recognition. Most of the places we went to, my girls and I got perks for the celebration. I mean the hostess didn't even wish a "Congratulations." At least she was nice to get a group shot with the beautiful sunset. I am usual a 5-star giver and I feel bad giving this place a 2-star. Luckily some of the food was actually good, so thank goodness a 3-star is the final result. I mean Miramonte did set our bar very low for the rest of the wineries thus making the other ones we went to on our trip were supreme -- which were Akash and Ponte. Both Akash and Ponte were aaaaaaamazing!

The bread that was served with green spread was delicious. The soft cheesy herbaceousness was a perfect way to start a meal. It was so hot we requested many cups of ice to add to our water. All of our food arrived at once. I started with the salad and it was delightfully refreshing. I enjoyed the light batter on the calamari but I wasn't a fan of spicy tomato dip.
