Had a good falafel here. The place is tiny (read cute and cozy) but is sufficient for ordering upstairs and dining downstairs. The preparer was friendly and gave me a free Turkish tea (with my roll-up) after a short friendly conversation.

This place doesn't look like much from the outside but it is a Harvard square staple! It's a very small place, I recommend take out but it's open till 3am! I think it's going to be my new late night place. I got the falafel roll up with hummus, garlic paste and hot sauce - amazing combination. I wish the sauces were more evenly distributed but honestly still delicious. The falafel was extra crispy so it was the perfect bite of texture against the soft grilled pita.

We stopped by at Felafel Corner during a quick stop at Harvard Square. I had heard the reminiscences from my fiancé during past visits and had to try it for myself. I ordered the lamb shawarma plate which also came with a side order of salad. The lamb was very well seasoned and the hot sauce was quite hot which I appreciated. The salad tasted very fresh, and paired nicely with the white sauce. And the portion sizes were very generous, enough for 2 meals. I appreciated the requirement for masks before entering the business, and there wasn't much room inside so you could only place an order for pickup. I definitely recommend stopping by whenever you're in the area to satisfy your middle eastern cuisine cravings!

The owner was extremely rude to me when I pointed out a mild price discrepancy between what I was charged for a certain item ($4.99) and the price on the menu ($3.99). I didn't try to make a big deal of it, but he certainly did. Very unpleasant interaction for only mediocre food.

We came at a 10PM Saturday night. I love falafels and would try it out at every restaurant if they offer them. These falafels in particular were not my favorite. The texture feels denser inside where typically it's lighter; and for some reason it doesn't taste like garbanzo beans at all. It's lacking certain spices that come with authentic falafels. I'm not sure if i could eat this without hummus. Overall i was disappointed but i do hope they do well as it seems to be a local late night delicacy.

Total hole in the wall on a busy Cambridge street. However, as a self proclaimed shawarma connoisseur, I highly recommend this little falafel shop. It's unassuming and not exactly where you would go for a first date. There is no bathroom for customers so keep that in mind. Also parking is on the street or a nearby deck. The food however, is on point! I ordered the chicken shawarma and it was perfectly done. The meat, the pickles, the garlic paste (toum) was a marriage made in heaven. And for a great price too! I really recommend the sandwich over the rice plate. But I was really happy with what I got since this hard to find a good shawarma. The service was fast and they prepped everything fresh, the falafels are made to order so that they are perfect! It was my last meal in Boston on my last trip and it made the weekend end on a good note.

Chicken Shawarma Plate with an extra Falafel - A takeout box contains chicken shawarma with sauce, white rice, a mixed salad, and a falafel patty, typical of Middle Eastern cuisine.

It's honestly solid for the price and location!! The chicken shawarma plate is only $8.90, much cheaper than what the HSC food trucks charge, and honestly much better. I added a falafel ball because there's a $10 minimum for credit cards. I think some of the other reviewers are missing how many middle eastern cultures are different in how they prepare foods. This falafel is not a soft falafel, it is crunchy and almost chunky, but still delicious. The shawarma reminded me of Lebanese Taverna's in DC, but much more flavorful and fresher. It wasn't dry at all. The serving of choban is generous, as is the rice. You really can't find this much food in cambridge for this cheap anywhere else. The toum is great too, make sure you get it! I believe it was just the owner working, and he took care making my bowl, and asked what drizzles I wanted before pouring them, which I really appreciated. There are also many vegetarian combos so they really cater to everyone. I will be back very soon!!!

Good food, a ton of amazing middle eastern food to choose from. Respectful employees. Mostly meant for takeout, not much of a sit down.

After looking at the stellar reviews I am quite convinced I just ordered the wrong thing. I had the Greek Salad with added Chicken Shawarma, and Dolmas. The total came to just under $50 after fees and tips. The portions are great, but I am unfairly biased against ICEBERG LETTUCE. LIKE UGH, WHY??? Would I want a salad that is 90% crunchy, flavorless water! I was expecting beautiful slices of tomato, Kalamata olives, and a wonderful slice of feta like I saw in the other photos :( I didn't get any of that. The pita is warm and soft though. And the dolmas are wonderful. Can't speak for the ambience because I did not eat in, but the business prepared the food super quickly!

It took an hour for my driver to pick up the food and another half hour to get it to me. I ordered the falafel pita, pita, tirokafteri, and loukoumades with nutella and crumbled greek cookies. My food was delicious, just a little let down it wasn't super warm. The falafel pita was packed with flavor and they accommodate my extra add ons that I left in the comments. The tirokafteri had a nice kick to it and was great with the pita. The loukoumades were unreal! The portions for the price was fair/reasonable. I think next time I will visit in person instead of relying on Uber Eats. Overall, this is really good authentic greek food.

I would recommend calling beforehand to ask about the wait. Although we commuted from Cambridge, this meal was worth it. For two people, we got: - Black Seed Cornbread: it's soft, sweet yet savory. I've never had cornbread like this, and the first bite into this was unforgettable. You must get this. - Honey Nut Hummus: this was honestly fine and I'd probably try a different dip next time. - Warm Gyro bread: well seasoned and great to share between two. I normally don't like gyro but I enjoyed this. - Lamb al pastor: this was a favorite. It was sweet and the lamb was tender. We were really impressed with the sauce. - Brussel sprout bravas: this was okay. I liked the crunchy nuts and the star of this dish was once again the sauce/seasoning rather than the brussel sprouts. With all of these dishes, we ordered enough for two, with a few bites leftover. If you have a smaller appetite, you could get away with ordering a plate less. Overall, I loved the dining experience here. Even though I'm not typically a small plates mediterranean person, I appreciated Sarma - from its beautiful interior space and open kitchen concept, to the liveliness of the restaurant on a random weekday night. Definitely come here if you're in the area (or even if you're not!)

The food was overly salty, and the portions were very small.... even for tapas style dining. The flavor profiles just weren't there. The only thing that I would say tasted good was the cornbread and lamb skewer (which was definitely overpriced still). The cornbread was impressive and the ingredients made for a unique flavor. Service was also underwhelming. While the staff did their job, there wasn't much warmth or attentiveness and we didn't feel welcomed. We left feeling pretty disappointed given the hype and effort it took to get a reservation.
