She explained the flavors in each dish and how they worked together, which made us appreciate everything even more. When I asked whether we could see the farm, she immediately found General Manager Raleigh Swan. Raleigh spent about half an hour personally walking us through the edible landscaping, raised garden beds, mushroom growing room, and hydroponics room. He explained what they grow and how it all connects to the restaurant. Seeing it firsthand was fascinating. The food and service would have made this a wonderful night on their own. That personal tour made it one of the most memorable dining experiences we've had. Thank you to Raleigh and the entire team for sharing what makes The Hope Farm so special. To finish the evening, I had crème brûlée and a glass of Chardonnay--both were the perfect ending to a great meal.
