This was a textbook perfect example of the food you get at an American Chinese buffet. It was…read morenostalgic and had all the classics, and the food was hot and replaced often. The dining room was fairly packed which shows how popular it is. I think it suffered only in the lack of dessert options and cooked vegetables free from being mixed with a meat. There was also the matter of the price, which we felt was too much for the food quality, (which wasn't poor, but wasn't incredible either). I really liked the hot and sour soup, my partner liked the chicken skewers.

The lamb was extremely tender and the sauce was rich and flavorful. The Majestic Chicken was also really good, almost like a more intense and complex version of butter chicken, with a lot more depth of flavor. Definitely get the veggie pakoras too. They were excellent and well worth adding to the meal. Service was great. Everyone was attentive, friendly, and went out of their way to accommodate us. My one piece of feedback would be the naan options. It would be nice to be able to combine some of them, like ordering a garlic cheese naan instead of having to choose between garlic or cheese. Overall, easily one of the best Indian meals I've had in the area, and a place I will absolutely come back to.

Especially the hotel lobby they need to figure out the horrible smell as you walk even my kids were like what's the smell I'm like that's dingy casino smell....just a very mediocre at best casino experience craps staff is horrible and makes playing no fun which was a bummer. Instead of engaging and having fun with the players , they bitched and complained about where we tossed our bets on the table. I have played craps at every casino in WA and never had this happen 5 of us left the table because it was dry and boring to play. Played a few slots really tight so bailed quick. Definitely not a great place to test your luck on slots lol Overall was $500 total for 2 hotel nights so nor bad but the casino is not worth it unfortunately. One thing that was also annoying was the line for the ATMs serious figure that shit out and get more ATMs half of the were "out of service " I would 100% spit this place for Tulalip or angel of the winds any day !

So here we are at the Silver Reef Casino. An open area outside of the crowds. We called the local number to make our reservations and to avoid these online reservations agencies that just inflate the prices. We ended up with a nice hotel with clean rooms. Our room has queen size beds with a medium firmness. This room is clean and spacious. It has a large flat screen TV, a decent sized mini fridge, a dresser for those of us who like to unpack. The A/C unit heats nicely. There is a large vanity for the bathroom and the tub shower offers shampoo and body wash. The bonus to staying at a casino hotel is the addition of security. Less worries about your car. Then there's the restaurants that are available, here there are 5. So there it is, well kept rooms, plenty of free, secure parking, and on site restaurants as well as some adult entertainment before getting some shut eye. Much more relaxing here instead of being in the crowded big cities with minimal parking.

This international buffet is operated by BTC's Culinary Arts Program, and its limited hours and small size make it almost impossible to actually experience. In fact, I've only done so twice myself (and I've lived here for almost 20 years). Each week, the Culinary Arts team creates a new menu and runs Cafe Culinaire like a fine dining establishment for prices that your grandparents probably paid for a 5-star meal back when they were in their dating years. In other words, not only is the food good here, it's amazingly affordable. They aren't open during the summer, by the way, so keep your eye on their website for their next opening date and clear your schedule - 'cuz Cafe Culinaire waits for no one!

Sit there for a while at lunchtime or just around dinner time one day l, watch who's coming in and you'll get it. This is Blue Collar food. You'll see the construction workers, the lawn care guys...and later in the day, the Seniors and families. What they come for, what I come for, is primarily the utility Chinese. Heaping, large portions of reasonably tasty, carbohydrates, salt, sugar, fat, and a surprisingly large amount of proteins... all at a very reasonable price... or as reasonable as you'll probably find these days. I venture a guess that a lot of people cannot finish a two item combo with the chow mein. It is a lot of high calorie density food. And, it's served by consistently friendly folk behind the counter. No the food isn't gourmet quality, but there's not a lot of places that serve this many calories where you are always treated very well by a smiling guy behind the counter. So, if you're seriously hungry, or your kids are hungry, or you want a large amount of calories that will probably last you at least two meals then this is almost certainly going to hit the spot.

We had such a wonderful experience that we came back to celebrate our anniversary three years in a row. Funny enough, we always seem to get seated in the same booth and have had the pleasure of the same great service each time. The COVID years were the only time we didn't go. Tip: Order the tomahawk to share--it's the best dish hands down on the menu, in my opinion. The fat is perfectly charred, and the meat just melts in your mouth. Tip #2: Get the crème brûlée for dessert--you won't regret it. Must order: Brussels sprouts appetizer, green salad, Caesar for two, and the New York steak. Skip: Ribeye steak, escargot, and the seafood tower. Before the main courses, they provide a palate cleanser, which is a really nice touch. Reservations are recommended, but I've seen people walk in after an evening at the casino and get a table with only a short wait. There's a bar nearby where you can grab a drink while you wait.
