After at least ten successful moves with Fairfax Transfer's professional movers between family and myself, I hired them again (or so I thought). On moving day a truck from A2B Movers rolled up and upon verifying with Fairfax Transfer I was informed they were under the same ownership umbrella. In retrospect, the only clue I had was a terms & conditions email from Fairfax on A2B letterhead. While Fairfax provided two trucks (one full-size and one smaller) for my last move of a 3-level house, only one small truck showed this time. And thus began the most expensive and disastrous move I've ever had. Based on my experience, these were not professionals. On a move estimated to take 7-8 hours total they took 5 hours just to empty the first house, despite everything being packed and ready to go. Ultimately the move took 13 hours and cost over $3135 (on an estimate of $1912-2132). While the estimate called for a four-man crew, I got three men and a petite, 5'2" young lady who moved one small box at a time by hand: there is no way this was a professional mover. There was not a dolly or blanket in sight. My antique wooden desk was placed directly into the truck with no protection and was used as a platform to stack other items (and yes, of course it was damaged). I personally witnessed them dropping boxes and dragging a heavy desk across my hardwood floors. Several of the crew would disappear for long periods of time, and the guy who appeared to be in charge was argumentative about where to place items (everything goes on the first floor, apparently). Due to the lack of adequate truck space, two trips became necessary, and the crew chief made his displeasure about this abundantly clear. He then argued about which items he had to take in an attempt to finish the day, trying to leave items behind in the first house. I guess my wife - who was 8 months pregnant at the time - and I could move the stuff he didn't want to take on our own. When the crew finally left, we discovered a heavy safe it took two of them to carry had been left lying on its back in the middle of the floor, and we chased the truck down the driveway to ask them to place it upright. The boss and one of the other movers grumpily came back into the house and set it up on its base (it took two of them but I guess my pregnant wife and I were supposed to do it). Only once they were gone did we get a true sense of this terrible move. While some damage is normal in a move, I've never had so much, thanks to the lack of any kind of protection used for my items. I'm still finding furniture with scratches and pieces broken off. Several small antique tables with glass tops are just missing the glass - they must have broken it and not bothered to tell us. But I also found our bed was sloppily assembled (see photos) with the supports not fully secured underneath. The box spring on our guest bed was placed upside down, which we only discovered when pulling up the mattress to put sheets on. To add insult to injury, after all of this I received an email from Fairfax Transfer asking for a social review and I replied telling them everything that was unacceptable about this move and demanding an adjustment to this bill. For three months now, I've heard that they are "interviewing the crew," "meeting with management," and that they "forwarded this email and the claim to the operations manager directly and he will reach out." It's obvious they have no intention of doing anything to try to mitigate this awful experience, but I'd have much more respect for them if they simply said no, rather than BS-ing me for three months. Keep that in mind when you see the reply asking me to call them to discuss this or just calling me a liar. To be fair, Joe, the claims manager at A2B who handles damage claims was responsive and apologetic, but his role is limited to the compensation rate for damaged items. I have declined to accept that compensation because it requires me to sign a non-disparagement clause and I refuse to waive my right to share this awful experience, They wasted my time and my money, and may well have endangered my family with their lousy work. On Oct 5th, Fairfax Transfer and Storage came to pick up our furniture in our kitchen, dining room, family room and living room. The team that came that day was excellent-professional, respectful and worked promptly. They not only moved furniture but packed up china cabinets, dishes, fragile items etc. Today on Feb 13th , with our first floor renovation completed , a new crew, Troy and his team delivered and unpacked everything. Again, with respect, humor, very professionally, and promptly. We are a retired military family and have experienced many moves. I would call on this company again without hesitation. I received a "white glove" furniture delivery from Fairfax Transfer on July 22, 2021, and when I walked out to the loading dock, which is located INSIDE my condo building, the Fairfax Transfer driver was urinating inside of the dock bay. The driver was extremely dismissive, first pretending he didn't speak english, then refusing to clean up his urine, then pouring some water on top of it as a remedy for his urine which was already smelling up the dock bay. It took more than 30 minutes for him to finally agree to clean up his urine and only after he got confrontational during several points of the interaction, and I had to involve the management of the building and provide him with cleaning supplies. This absolutely disgusting behavior is not what is acceptable in any delivery, much less white glove. What makes matters worse is there was no proactive apology, no outreach from Fairfax Transfer to apologize at all, and only after I reached out to them, did I first get a bizarre snicker, then a monotone, indifferent, passive, insincere, lame apology. Had there been some type of proactive management of this situation, I wouldn't be posting this review. But considering the lack of response, consumers should know that the driver goes from having his hand down his pants to on your furnishings to inside of your home. read more

Watch OUT for this company!! Look at your estimate very carefully, our move was a nightmare!! I was promised two trucks. One truck and one mini truck was sent. We had to pay for them to return for TWO items- they missed the mark by TWO items- on them not on me and they blamed the customer- gave us little option but to leave our items behind or pay to go back. They had us trapped with no willingness to take responsibility. Then damaged three very important items. We asked for the low cost payout we were entitled per the insurance with the mover that was about $250 of the $5k worth of the items and they GHOSTED us not willing to return calls or the e-mails sent. I would not trust this company to do the right thing if things go wrong. So hope things do not go wrong for you. We paid 1K more than the highest part of the estimate and our items were damaged with no support. BEWARE! I had 2 sofas that I wanted to move to my apartment in Silver Spring from Woodbridge, VA. The moving company that I typically use could not accommodate me and my move on the date that I requested, nor could they offer furniture disposal. I already reserved the elevator in my building for a particular date and time.. so, I was in a bind. I called Fairfax Transfer and Storage, and they were able to give me a quote and confirm my date/time within 5 minutes. The movers showed up on time the morning of the move, and were done within my 3 hour time slot. They charged me an additional $40 disposal fee for the couch I was getting rid of, and $10 for any additional furniture. They were professional and polite. I would have scored them lower if possible. NEVER use these people. My Realtor recommended them. That was my first mistake. Estimator came out and did a good job. The email I got said they would be there about 6. At 8:30 I called. The woman who answered laughed at me. She said they would never promise 8:00 as these guys don't get going that early. Ha ha. She asked where I got that. I told her it was in the email. I offered to send it but she was not interested. I would have cancelled right there, but I had to get out. The truck shows up at 10. Not a good start. 3 guys come in and I smell alcohol on one of them. He seemed okay, so they got started. They were slow. Turns out 2 of them were inebriated. The guys driving the truck seemed sober, but he also seemed new as he ask the other 2 lots of questions. It took them 12 hours to move a 2 bedroom townhouse and one bedroom was empty. Never seen anything like it. The alcohol smell got stronger as the day wore, and I mean wore on. Now I could smell it on 3 of them and they were even getting slower. When all was said and done my Realtor cam by and could not believe they were still there. He called the owner (his words) and I got like a 2 hour discount. I should have called the police and had them arrested. They were happy drunks, but drunks nonetheless. Never again would I allow them to move even a kids doll house. Wasn't really satisfied with the quality of service when it came to delivering my bed purchased from Costco. 1. The bed was delivered to the company on 12/3. I didn't receive any correspondence arranging for delivery until 12/9, almost a week after it was delivered. Then when it was time to schedule delivery, there were only two days available for drop off which was Tuesday and Thursday. I mentioned I wouldn't be available those days however, the individuals insisted I don't have much of a choice. It's either those days or not. 2. Come time for the delivery there wasn't a such thing as "white glove delivery" services as it indicated on the Costco website. The two gentlemen seemed to have an issue amongst each other and it showed. They were extremely out of sync. Plastic was also left along the bottom of the adjustable base. Lisa was very rude! Hung up on me in the middle of a call. I was not rude, I did not yell or use profanity. I called back and spoke with her manager Cliff. He explained the process and I was at more at ease. Then he proceeded to tell me that I was lying (paraphrasing) and that his staff would never hang up on a customer. She indeed hung up on me and I offered to share the auto with him and he declined! I don't have to make up stories for my personal gain. It felt racially motivated! I did not personally choose this company to deliver my items. I would not use this company again in the future. Moving sucks. It just does, and you can't get around it. BUT, calling FFXTS was definitely a big step towards making it a little easier. Second thing you can't get around: It isn't cheap. Hey, if you have a group of people you know that are willing to be your personal Sherpas for half a day in the middle of summer, and you don't mind dealing with the hassle that is U-Haul (see previous review), then fine.... have at it. But I'm telling you, this was money well spent. I called FFXTS about 10 days from my desired move date. The phone was promptly answered by a knowledgeable employee and he guided me through some basic questions to come up with a quote. He gave me two quotes: one for just moving and one for packing and moving. I went with the first option. FFXTS sends out three movers, and they bill for a minimum of three hours, plus an hour for transit (so.... four hour minimum really). Any extra time or materials are added on top of that. NOTE: There is a lower rate for weekday moves. I went with a Wednesday. So, moving day arrives. The movers were 15 minutes early and ready to go. They had me sign to note their start time, and they were off! They were quick, courteous, and efficient. No complaints at all. They handled my possessions with care. Everything was moved into my new place with the same diligence. A final invoice was provided, and payment was given. NOTE: There is a mark-up for credit card payment. I was advised beforehand to pay by check.... no problems there. No mysterious add-ons.... everything was billed as discussed ahead of time. When it comes to moving, speed and skill are mutually exclusive. Too fast and you have damage to deal with. Too slow and your paying for a move that still isn't finished. Fairfax Transfer and Storage (FTS) finds a way to balance both of those issues with grace. Ive been dealing with Military Moves for as long as I can remember, and maybe that's why i always wanted to pull what little hair I have left out of the sides of my head. The time finally came however, for me to actually pay a crew myself, and therein was the first of many headaches. How do you know that your getting the best for your money? You want your things moved quickly, especially when your paying over one hundred dollars and hour! But, on the flip side of the coin, you want your treasures packed neatly, cleanly, and without irreparable damages to your wall and former residence. FTS is a PRO CREW. I had a three man team clear a whole house of goods with ZERO damage to my goods, and the former and new home, in less than four hours. I moved into a high rise apartment, and the freight elevator didn't even slow these guys down. There were no hidden fees. There was no hassle. They were cheaper than the compitetion. Fairfax Transfer gave us the best, easiest move we've ever had, and we've had a LOT of moves. They responded quickly to our initial inquiry, an agent came to our house to assess the size of the move and gave us an estimate the next day. We were VERY impressed with how low the price was and accepted the estimate immediately (they guarantee the final price to be within 10% of the estimate). We scheduled the move for the day we wanted, and when that day arrived a representative called to say that he was adding a fifth man to the crew since it was so cold (less than 20 degrees) and he was sure that we wanted to get the move over with as soon as possible. The price, however, stayed the same! The crew was great. Friendly and professional and VERY hard working. Unfortunately, one huge piece of furniture wouldn't go into the master bedroom no matter how they turned it, so without so much as a grumble, the put the piece in the garage. Then they had to take the doors off the refrigerator to get it in the small kitchen doorway; to them it was just all in a days work. And throughout it all, they were VERY careful not to damage our household goods nor the house. With large pieces, two guys would carry and a third would guide them to avoid any damage. And they are fast; we were out of our 3000+ sq ft home and into our new one in about eight hours with ZERO damage! No, I don't work for Fairfax Transfer, but it sure is nice when you come across a company that "gets it." One of their selling points was that their crews are all full time, professional movers, not just guys looking for work. It really shows in the results. They serve the entire DC metro area, so don't think the Fairfax name and Lorton address limits their service area. Good company! read more

I used Fairfax Transfer for a local move from Alexandria to Arlington, for a two bedroom apartment. They did a decent job. The initial estimate I received from Chuck was extremely accurate. He is a small business man with decades of experience and a pleasure to deal with. The day of the move things went pretty smoothly. The movers showed up around 8:30 as promised. I had moved some items on my own, but i needed their help packing up a number of things. The crew of three people did an effective job, and by 12pm we were packed and loaded. It took under 3 hrs to unload everything at the new place. The moving crew was polite and efficient. They did a good job pointing out one or two damaged items I had before loading it to the truck, to prevent any potential misunderstanding about damages. Communication and attitude are as important as anything else. There were two minor snafus. One was damage to a very cheap build-it-yourself desk made of press board; some screw holes got stripped upon disassembly. The contract specifically disallowed insurance on this type of cheap furniture, and I understand why because it's pretty flimsy. So, no big deal. The other oversight was a mirror they neglected to reattach to my dresser. Minor oversight. They came back within 48 hrs to do that minor job; again they came at the exact time they said they would. Another minor observation - the moving crew didn't have tools with them. I needed to borrow some screwdrivers and pliers from a neighbor to allow them to disassemble some furniture. (My stuff was packed already). Surprising they didn't carry a toolbox. For a local move three miles away, with a moderate amount of packing, Fairfax Transfer did an acceptable job at a fair price. We moved to VA from AZ in a seat-of-the-pants operation. No scouting trip, just Internet searches. We arrived on a Friday with a car hauler full of stuff and had secured housing on Monday. But housing ended up being a 4 story townhouse. We needed movers. Movers on the last weekend of a month that ended on a weekend with thousands of other people who were also moving and had actually planned ahead. Fairfax said they had room on Friday or Saturday when I called at first, but we work a hundred percent sure the old tenant would be out in time. We ended up booking the afternoon move on Saturday. I wasn't thrilled about that because I know that the movers aren't fresh in there is a possibility of the morning move running late. At noon we called in to verify that they were still coming and were told that they were definitely coming but they were in the field and that the dispatcher didn't want to bother them - though my suspicion was that he didn't want to bother himself. At 1 p.m. we drove our 20 foot trailer and our 10 foot car down the end of a one way street, which meant we would be backing out five blocks when the move was over. By 130 we were getting nervous and called in where email dispatcher told us that she would get ahold of the crew. Bad news. Just as I had suspected, the morning job went way over and a wouldn't get here until after 4. The office was closed at 4 p.m. And there was no way to get ahold of anyone so we weren't sure they were even coming. We called and called but there wasn't even an answering machine announcing the office hours or any emergency contact listed on the website. We were told they would call when they left the prior move in Falls Church and were on their way to King Kingstowne where we live In the meantime, my husband and I are freaking out but managed to secure a plan B for Sunday morning if they didn't show. About 430, just as we were ready to abandon all hope, they arrived. The movers were courteous, quick, strong as hell, and didn't complain one bit about the four flights of stairs. They carried my huge armoire up to the 4th floor, and my huge, heavy hardwood furniture to the third floor without damaging one thing, including themselves. Their minimum charge was for 3 hours. They got the job done in two 2.59 hours and everything was in its place. The only tiny, tiny issue that I could have is that they rubbed the ceiling with our huge king size mattress trying to go up the tight third floor stairs and there was a rub mark I had to wash off with a sponge. It took 2 minutes and came right off. I would have given 5 stars if there was better communication. We would definitely use these guys for our next move. read more

After writing a letter to the company expressing my extreme dissatisfaction and, threatening legal recourse FTS responded. What seemed to be their lawyer or another employee who handles these matters responded. After requesting yet another quote, they made a settlement offer. They agreed to pay most of the cost. The condominium association where the door was damaged had rules and bylaws that require certain removal procedures. FTS refused to pay $387 of the removal required by the condominium association. They did pay the majority though. All involved are thrilled to have the situation finally closed. The current tenants are happy to get a working door after two months of a barely functional door. My roommate and I along with the property owner are happy to be able to finally move forward. IN THE END, with a great deal of arm-twisting, FTS accepted responsibility. Had it not taken so much pressure to get them to pay for the door and had they paid for the entire bill for replacement/removal I would have given another star. read more

Due to the unfortunate timing of closing on our home, we had to move twice within 6 weeks, in the middle of NoVa summer heat and humidity. Needless to say, we were not happy campers. We requested 3 quotes for our second move, and FTS came in the middle. But the employee who answered the phone was very courteous, friendly, and asked a few questions to help us estimate the time/number of movers we needed, so that inspired confidence. They kept us updated throughout the morning to let us know when the movers would arrive. They got to our apartment exactly on time, and started working right away. The movers were courteous, very careful with our stuff, and worked fast. Every piece came into the house in the exact same shape as it left the apartment. In about 3.5 hours, we were completely moved from an apartment near Old Town to a TH in Kingstowne. The final bill was exactly what we expected, with no other charges or surprises. We certainly hope we won't move any time soon, but if we do, we would hire FTS in a heartbeat. They were worth every penny. read more

Because of our builders delay in acquiring the necessary permits, our closing date was pushed back a few hours, which was a huge inconvenience considering we were paying movers by the hour. We called Fairfax and they could not have been more helpful and accommodating, especially considering we were moving on a holiday. They offered us multiple options including leaving our things on the truck until the 2nd with little to no extra charge. We ended up having to wait around after all our stuff had been loaded on the truck and the moving company offered to take a long lunch and not charge us for the delay. They were friendly, professional, and generally good guys who really tried to make the best out of the situation. Fairfax Transfer helped to pack and moved my family from one location to the new one. First, the packer that came, was so professional and packed all of the kitchen, pictures, and accessories. So polite and quiet, you didn't even know he was there. On moving day, the 3 man crew (Daniel, the Supervisor, Castro and Bobby) all arrived at exactly the requested time 9:00am, all in matching uniforms and clean. I signed them in, and they immediately started to work. I sat back and watched them do their jobs. No walls hit, nothing broken, and always polite. There was no bad language even when they were outside loading the truck. I offered them drinks, they only accepted water, and would not even stop to take a lunch break. Well 8 hours later, they had me unloaded, bed set up, clothes hung in closets from the wardrobes that they not only bring and lend you, they will load and unload them for you as well. Again, no walls hit coming in, nothing broken or missing. I signed them out when they were done, in the time that was estimated, no hidden fees or costs incurred. A few weeks later, as I emptied the china cartons and gathered the pads at our new home, from items, I wasn't ready to unpack, they came back and picked those up as well, and this time, I was fortunate to meet Eric and Phil, two more of Fairfax Transfers professional team. If you need to move, or have something delivered, Fairfax Transfer is the company to go to. They won't let you down, no matter what size move you have. Below is your email to Schneider on May 22nd where we were trying to get pick-up arranged and you were notified and acknowledged of this but we needed to know how the sofas were packed and get pictures of them so we could arrange the pick-up. Notice the subject of the email from Schneider to Fairfax Transfer is "Re: URGENT 7TH REQUEST FOR PHOTOS - 1681534/24002". We were also in touch with Schneider every week or every other week since you received our merchandise and you wouldn't even respond to them and it had to be escalated to their management team. BOLs for pick-up via Zenith were sent over to Schneider and to you on 6/7. Zenith contacted you multiple times via email and left messages which they sent me copies of and I am happy to post those as well and you would not return their calls or emails to arrange a time for them to pick up the sofas. Fairfax Transfer then donated $5,000 worth of our merchandise without notice. We did go through the proper channels which is well documented and Fairfax Transfer didn't do their job. We are in the process of filing a law suite against Fairfax Transfer for your negligence and the cost of our merchandise. We will let a judge decide. Wish I could give this company a ZERO. Having furniture delivered from Horchow and they used this moving company. The gentleman who answered the phone was so nasty. He hung up on me multiple times, was very egotistical. I've never been talked to that disrespectful in all of my life. Please be careful with this company! read more

I had received a dresser from Overstock.com that was damaged in transit. Then the replacement dresser was damaged as well. I persuaded Overstock to use their "premium" delivery company, and thanks to Fairfax Transfer the third time was the charm. Our crew (I think their names were Antwine and Mike?) was very professional. They lugged a pretty heavy dresser up three flights of twisting staircases without bumping the walls. Because they were a few minutes late, they unpacked and assembled the dresser for me to make up for it. When I scheduled the delivery, I asked if I could pay them to move a couple of other items around for me and to haul away some old, broken furniture. Yes and yes. And at reasonable prices. I ordered a mattress here through Costco.com. They were hired to deliver the mattress for me. Their warehouse is in an entirely different state than where I live and I was told they are unable to deliver to me on a weekend because I am in in their "extended service area." I did not ask to live in an area that they do not service on weekends. They have instructed me to reach out to a different company (not sure why), which I am doing right now. I will also be contacting Costco customer service. They were unhelpful on the phone otherwise. I was told that the website says "Monday through Friday delivery only," which is a lie. I encourage their company to look at Costco's website for accurate information. This was supposed to be "White Glove Delivery." Costco needs to find a more suitable company. I am wholly unsatisfied with this experience. If I cannot find a suitable resolution, the mattress will go back and I will not order another. read more

This is the second time I have used Fairfax Transfer and Storage. They are extremely reliable, professional and have unparalleled customer service. For the second move, I briefly considered another company, since at first glance, their prices seem high. However, after getting problematic responses about moving my piano from other companies (it's an antique and broken in several areas) I decided to use them again. The crew moved it up and down stairs with less problems than me carrying a case of water into my home. They are amazing! read more

Fairfax Transfer far exceeded my expectations. They were prompt, courteous, and efficient. I was very concerned about how much would be left in my old place at the end of the day, but these guys were so good at taking all sorts of odd sized and shaped things as well as some things that I hadn't quite finished boxing up. Despite my having more stuff than I estimated, they finished faster than the estimate. Also, when I called the day before, they agreed to take a couple furniture pieces off my hands for a reasonable disposal fee. The movers all worked hard, and they worked well together. I did find one box with some broken glasses in it, but I'm certain it was my fault. I didn't pack them very well, I didn't mark it "fragile," and my boxes weren't very strong. If your move is local, Fairfax Transfer specializes in what you want. I highly recommend them. read more

Fairfax delivered a mattress from Costco and their service was unprofessional. One of the guys actually said they were doing me a favor and that I was giving him a hard time because I wanted them to go through the front door instead of my garage because I had a car in there. They also had me sign a form saying they're not responsible for damage to my house and mattress because of tight hallways. I had Belfort delivery furniture the previous week and they had no issues at all. read more

UPDATE: FTS provided a partial refund, probably about 15% the entire cost. -------------------- I used to love Fairfax Transfer and Storage. After my most recent experience I would never recommend them. Two years ago I hired FTS to move me from House A to House B and to a storage unit. Last week I hired them to do the same move in reverse. The first time I loved them. The second time was not a pleasant experience. The Friday morning started out with me answering the door and the lead guy (foreman?) complaining about the parking I reserved on our tiny street on Capitol Hill (one might think introducing himself before complaining would be a better way to get things off on the right foot). It was about 3 or so car lengths from our front door. This is the same guy in the same size truck in the exact same parking spot I had two years ago and then no one complained. First he asked me if I could get my neighbors to move their cars (!), which I couldn't because I have no idea who owns what car. Then he suggested that he drive the wrong way down our one-way, one-lane street and park on the wrong side of the road. I told him that was fine with me but that my street near the Capitol is heavily patrolled and he'd likely get a ticket. FTS had moved me into that house and knows the tight parking, and no one was forcing them to take my business a 2nd time. The guys worked very hard and I felt bad for them because it was above 90 degrees and humid with no breeze. A most unpleasant day to be working that hard. When we arrived at House A it was clear things were not going well. Two of the guys started getting sick and one guy threw his back out. I felt really bad for them, offering water and soda throughout the day, telling the guy with the back issue he should sit in the cool house rather the truck, and asking if he needed medical attention. So my problem was NOT with the movers being unable to go on, but rather with one of the owners. By around 4 pm it was clear they were not going to be physically capable of getting to the 10 X 15 storage unit about 2 miles from my house. So I called the owner and he said he was working on scheduling what had now become Day 2 of what was supposed to be a one-day move. His first offer was "what are you doing Monday?" (!!!) "Working," I said. His second offer was "how about a week from tomorrow?" Our back-and-forth went on for a while through several phone calls. I had to be very insistent and push quite hard before he agreed to do it the next day. "It's a Saturday in June, I just don't have the capacity," he said. I'm sorry guys, but that's really not my problem. We had a verbal contract for you to do this in one day. I was being gracious in letting you extend to two days, and your offer is a Monday or a Saturday 8 days away?? I could have insisted that they find a way to finish that Friday by bringing in another crew or whatever, but I was trying to be a good guy about it. I should not have had to push so hard to get them to move me the next day rather than a work day or 8 days later. And they never should have offered such silly solutions. This was a no-brainer, and they should have found a way to do it without me having to argue with them. I'll add that they did make some adjustment to the bill but, frankly, not enough to justify the way they handled this. read more

We chose Fairfax Transfer and Storage for our local move based on the solid Yelp reviews, and we were not disappointed. I called many moving companies before choosing one, having been burned before by bad movers. FTS quoted a reasonable rate, $128/hr for 3 men plus 1 hr travel time, which was about $10-20/hr less than several other local companies. What put them over the top, for me, was the customer service. The company is small and the owner, Cliff, answered the phone and returned calls promptly, gave me a straightforward explanation of their rates and services, and delivered exactly as promised. The movers worked quickly and were courteous. After the move, Cliff called to make sure that everything had gone well. I would use this company again if (god forbid) I ever had to move again. read more
