The worst service! I dropped off my items early in the morning for same-day service and at the end of the day when I arrived to pick up my stuff they didn't even start on my laundry. There was another customer with the same problem and they literally pulled their items from the staff member's baskets because they did not fulfill their order within a two day time frame for same day service. They gave me a hard time when I tried to get my items returned and get me a refund. Unacceptable. Horrible! read more

This place is pretty nice. I haven't been to many laundromats but this is definitely a nicer one with plenty of seating areas, vending machines and even an on-site attendant. I chose 4 stars simply because the vending machines don't take quarters well which can be kind of bothersome. Also, they use laundry cards which you have to load via cash or credit (no coins). That's not a bad thing, but for someone who comes with a bag of coins it can be annoying. Overall a great place, I usually go early in the morning and there are plenty of machines! read more

This was the first laundry mat that I have ever been to. I grew up with a wash and dryer and would ALWAYS go home to my moms house to do laundry. But after my BM (big move) to Pasadena it became ridonkulous traveling back and forth (esp with gas prices rising) SO of course after an immense amount of research I found this place. Pros- Very Clean HUGE Washers (industrial size) Great prices (washer range from $2-$5 per load $.35 to dry) Check - In for free drying Flat Screen TVs Plenty of washers and dryers Pretty fast (28 mins to wash and like 30 mins to dry) Cons TOO MANY lil brats. Haven't actually done my laundry here but they got a Wateria, snack shop, and these bad ass leather massage chairs that have leg grips that work your legs. I was like "whaaaaat?!" Decently clean but clean is relative to how picky a person is. Came here on a Tuesday, around 5pm. Place was about 20% full. Machines come in 2, 5, 7, and 9 load sizes and prices range from 2.25 to 7.50. Dryers are 50 cents for 8 or 15 mins depending on the size of machine. The big plus here is that all machines take a card ($1 refundable deposit) and you can use credit cards to load up your laundry card. The drawback are twofold: prices are about 25-50 cents more expensive than coin laundry shops and if you choose a hot wash here, instead of warm or cold, there is an additional 10 cent charge. Finally, they will not refund any money you have left on your card once you return it to them so BEWARE! That's where they loose most of their stars. read more

Tired of the washer or dryer being broken in my complex I decided to call and ask about their fluff and fold service. The girl who answered the phone was so kind and helpful. It's a little bit out of the way for me but so worth it. I went a little crazy and threw all my laundry in and expected it to be 5lbs but it was more like 16, but at $1.10 per pound. I picked it up the next day and it was perfectly folded in the bags, even the awkward fitted sheets were nicely folded. It's clean! Love this place. I use their fluff and fold every 2 weeks. It fits within my budget and I appreciate the time I save. Great prices and can't beat the quality. I've tried more expensive paves closer to where I live and I'm back here. When you pick up Your clothes they very neatly folded and packaged in clear bags so you can quickly find what you need. It's hard to bash a place that you frequent due to the need of washing and drying. This is the closest laundromat to home and during its first few years it was a good place to wash. But now the upkeep on the machines seems minimal, you have to be careful and check the washers because some smell like rotting egg and others will leave your clothes smelling like grease. Another Yelper had mentioned that the machines have clogged up detergent so watch out for that too. Now on to the dryers, there are two sizes so you either pay .35 cents for 12 min or .50 cents for 8 minutes but watch out for some dryers that don't dry and end up costing you more. read more

Can't say I'm thrilled with the fact that my new place doesn't have a washer and dryer, but this place actually makes up for it. For the record, I could just go buy a washer and dryer, but after coming here for a couple of weeks it's much lower on my priority list. Fortunately I can come in during the week and avoid the weekend crowds. Lucky me. What I love about this place is that it's clean, staffed with very helpful people, offers free wi-fi and has plenty of large industrial washers and dryers. Even with five large loads you can get in and out in less than two hours. They offer fluff and fold service, have well stocked vending machines and an easy to use kiosk. My only complaint is the customers only bathroom. Both times I needed to use it, there was no toilet paper and smelled nasty. But even that won't discourage me from coming back. I would give this a higher rating except it wasn't the cleanest. The build-up of other people's detergent in the receptacles in the machines caused my clothes to pick up the smell. This is bad for me because I am sensitive to the perfumes in commercial detergents and use scent-free brands for myself. Also, the insides of the machines smell awful - like mold or some kind of bacteria build-up. They need to be cleaned/sanitized inside on a regular basis! I do like using the re-loadable cards instead of quarters and the dryers are very efficient so I spend less to dry my clothes than at other facilities. Too bad I can't go back though, because of the issues mentioned above; this place is close to me and has plenty of washers/dryers and space inside. Hope they fix the smells! read more

CLEAN. How else can I explain it?? Came here cause my washer busted at home, and we can't get a new one until next week. The laundry hasn't been done for a month...had to go. I do not regret it. The last time I went to a laundromat was when I was probably 9, and it was dark, daunting, and dank. They use a card system, but my dumb butt thought you used your debit or credit card directly. Whoops. You have to buy a launder card on the right near the back, which can be done with cash or card. Convenient! Snacks and detergent are readily available for purchase, and you can bring your own food in if you wish. Plenty of machines to choose from, and they work fast. I think I may have to ask to buy a set, haha ~ Yeah, there are kids everywhere. Running in all the aisles. But what can you expect, they're stuck here for the next hour and a half or so! But, you know, they mind their own business. You'd run around too to stay sane while inhaling detergent fumes and listening to the news. I still have bedding to wash, and I still have money on the card, so I'll be back. :) read more

Excellent same day wash/dry pick-up! Having laundry cleaned while traveling is always a crapshoot... this trip was a happy surprise! The inside was super clean (the CLEANEST I've ever seen) and the staff was quick and friendly. I wish they had locations in NYC. My only complaint would be that after stating someone would call, no one called when my laundry was ready for pick-up. I like their machines and payment system just fine, there's a rest room, tables, and it's got a bit of AC which is nice. 2 stars for their incredibly painful and dangerous vending machines. They snap shut quickly after you retrieve your item and they've bruised and scraped my arm twice. They really need to do something about this as it's extremely dangerous for children. read more

Dear Owner, PLEASE apply a visual indicator to the uneven curbing edge at the sidewalk ramp! Percieving the danger is difficult for most folks, let alone customers with impaired vision or mobility - both common handicaps for which the ramp would be used. I've come very near stepping on/over the edge & falling there, over & over again; my vision IS impaired, as is my balance, and I've broken a femur just stepping in a pothole. So, please... Seems to continue to decline. I come here because it's super close to where I live and that makes it really convenient. But, the place is getting dirtier and dirtier each time I go. Part of the issue is inconsiderate patrons. People don't clean up any spillage and you can find used dryer sheets covering large sections of the floors. Staff is inattentive and any requests for assistance are met with a long eye roll and a less than helpful reply that "it's just broken". There's really just no accountability. Let's start with this - I hate laundromats. Needing to go to a laundromat is a fairly new phenomenon in my life, and it is one that I am fervently unhappy about. I like doing random loads of laundry in this middle of the night -- that's the only was to get by! That being said, I LOVE this place. I have been to many different landromats in the area, and this is without a doubt what I consider to be the golden standard for laundromats. I'm going to use bullets to explain why. - CLEAN. SO CLEAN. They were actively cleaning while we were there. I would even consider eating a french fry that fell onto one of their tables had it been a fast food place. So. Clean. - Friendly staff - Free WiFi - Music is not in Spanish and is a mix of new stuff and old hits - Televisions are on closed captioning and do not compete with music. Why do all other laundromats do this? - Half the televisions were on a Spanish-speaking shows, and half were on English-speaking shows. I appreciate this after too many yelling spanish soccer matches at other laundromats - Bathrooms on site (I think you need to pay to use them, but that is reasonable given the area) - Vending machines with laundry supplies, snacks, and drinks - Stupid little claw games that help pass the time - Massage chairs. Yes, they are $1 for 3 minutes, but when you've got a coinpurse full on unused quarters and singles from past laundromats it seems like a really good idea. No regrets. - They serve fresh coffee for ~$1.50 - Machines are well maintained. Loads that took more than 45min to dry at another laundromat took less than 30min here - Card system instead of coins - Machines that are HUGE. Can accommodate anywhere from 2 loads to 9 loads. NINE. THESE MACHINES WERE AMAZING TO SEE. - Machines have an "emergency stop" button. This is great because occasionally you realize something is in that SHOULD NOT BE and here, you actually can get it out. - Air conditioning. No one wants to do laundry on a hot day next to hot dryers. This is probably the biggest point of success for this place next to the cleanliness They also have a laundry drop off service that I did not use, but at $0.99/lb it seems really reasonable for those without the time to sit around waiting for their loads to be done. I went on a Saturday around noon with my husband and, honestly, I actually left in a better mood than I went in with, which is amazing when you consider my aforementioned hate of laundromats. We actually had fun, got to watch an episode of "Friends," and were in and out in less than 2 hours including sorting and folding (which is basically unheard of for us) and neither of us broke a sweat from a lack of a/c or ventilation like at every other place around. It was practically a date. Stop going to other places. Go here. Just do it. Minus one star because It didn't "wow" me how other five-star places have, it's more that this is what I have always felt like laundromats SHOULD be. read more
