Very nice laundromat!…read more It's very clean and the staff are very particular in keeping it clean (one lady was cleaning up a storm when I arrived). Speaking of staff, the lady that was cleaning offered to help me with anything I needed. I told her it was my first time being at the laundromat so she offered to help me. While everything was pretty self-explanatory, I just wanted to point out the amazing customer service. I wasn't there very long and I'm very impressed with the laundromat. The music selection is pretty amazing (it was early 2000s R&B music when I went), and I just really like the whole ambiance. Parking is a little tricky; it is in a small shopping center with other businesses so you can park on the street if there is no parking inside. I came on a weekday so there was plenty of parking for me.

We've used Clean Bubbles on a semi-regular basis for big items like comforters and stuff…read more I really don't enjoy calling out small businesses, and recognize as humans, we all have bad days. However. I'm giving two stars here because they employ a person who is easily among the most unpleasant people in a customer service position my family and I have ever encountered. Last visit was the final straw, in terms of this woman's unpleasant attitude. Just terribly rude. Catching up on older reviews, it's clear others on Yelp! have mentioned this woman and there has been ZERO improvement. Business owners: please retrain her in customer service or transfer her to a back office somewhere where she won't interact with the public. We never want anyone to lose their jobs. This is a horrific economy and small businesses are crucial to the functioning of our great little town in South Pasadena. But, next time, if we see she is on duty, we'll back right on out and spend our money supporting another small business nearby who recognize customers deserve respect. (Side note: two stars are for functional and clean machines).

I noticed that the machines were clean and ready for use. As I've been there before, there are times when it is busy. They have regular customers that I'm sure have their regular days. It's nice that they have a large parking lot in front of the location so that you can kind of see whether or not they are busy. They have coin machines for change or you can purchase a laundry card. There is also a machine that has laundry soap softener etc. they also have specialized services available for diapers and large items such as comforters. This location is just as friendly as the location on Colorado Boulevard, near the intersection of Colorado and Allen Avenue. This location also has some nice boutique food establishments nearby. Great to grab a cup of coffee and sandwich while waiting. Clean machines and friendly service with coffee nearby...a perfect laundry day!

Dryers are super expensive at $.75 for a mere 12 minutes. I spent about $3.75-$4.50 for each dryer, and spent around $25 just for drying-way more than I'm used to spending. There's NO air conditioning. I chose this laundry because of another review boasting the a/c. There are lots of fans, but when it's almost 100* outside the fans are blowing hot air. It was real sweaty in there. It seems to be a popular spot. When I arrived there was only one other person there, but very soon after I arrived a lot of people showed up and had to wait for the washers. No restroom and no attendant. But there is a market that shares the parking lot blasting air conditioning and has a restroom! They have vending machines with very expensive supplies.

I encountered a rare technical issue with the Dexter app today during my visit. As a long-time…read morecustomer who has come here since opening, I know these disruptions are uncommon. However, because our laundry was already loaded and soap was added, the timing was stressful. There was an initial communication barrier with the attendant on-site, but I requested a contact number and reached out directly to management. Both numbers responded promptly, listened to the situation, and resolved it immediately by covering the cost of the loads--which was immensely helpful given my situation. I appreciate their swift response, understanding, and excellent customer service. Moving forward, I'll just double-check app connectivity before loading, but their quick resolution is exactly why I'll continue bringing my business here.

1 star because even though this place is amazing for SELF service. I decided to get my laundry done…read morehere and I was in a rush. When I came back home I checked some of my clothes is missing and a big red blanket. I'm pregnant 35 weeks and I live super close so I thought I rather pay for them to do it instead and they also returned my basket broken. I would rather hire someone else who's more responsible I paid $70 to lose clothing Oh and to add to that my bath mat they couldn't even dry it properly I just opened it to put on the floor there's water drops and it's wet lol You can see from my ring camera I gave them a white basket with stuff and a large green bag that had my red blanket in it. I only have two big blankets. Also I checked my cameras you can see how it doesn't make sense to put a giant big green bag with the blanket on top of a little plastic bin. The lady claims there was a crack in it no there wasn't it's a flexible plastic one. Now that I see the camera how he's putting all that weight there it makes sense and you can see why I handed him two separate but that's what he did when I closed the door. She said the only issue was the wet clothing. Yeah .... Sure she's mad because of my review. Saying she's checking the camera there's way too many issues here for it to be something like this. I lived in DTLA and used to have a constant laundry service with Gator laundry and only once did I have a problem with them bleaching something out of using them 20 plus times. She didn't even offer any sort of compensation just being pissy about the review. The fact I called earlier today at 10:30am wondering if they would deliver my clothes she blamed the drivers had been busy. Really? Because the clothes is wet. Obviously they don't care how they handle anyone's clothing. She offered nothing but just being defensive as if I haven't gone to this laundry countless of times and you can clearly see in the photos how much stuff they took and how much was brought back. I didn't have time to check it all because I was trying to leave my home I was honestly hoping they would look for my blanket and offer a wash card. Because yeah my blanket did cost me some money and the basket while it's not expensive it's obvious he shouldn't have put all that weight on there. There was so many ways they could have handled this situation but it's cool.
