Loved this place! Tried this new spot for the first time today and was pleasantly surprised. I got my food to-go, but the decor and atmosphere seem to make up a great spot to sit down and eat a meal with friends or family. I got their special that included a chicken kabob, rice, amazing garlic sauce, and unlimited sides-- all for $15! I heaped a ton of different sides- salads, grape leaves, hummus, baba ganoush, stuffed eggplant, etc. on to a plate and got a cup of lentil soup. I had a lon of leftovers after pigging out. The service was great, and I was even offered a hot tea sample while I was waiting for my food. I'll definitely be back again and am looking forward to dining in and bringing a friend. read more

Honestly, I think Fadi's is done, as a chain. It seems as though ownership or management somewhere up the ladder has changed, and there's no soul in the food anymore. I used to frequent both the Frisco and Richardson locations [DFW] for many years, and during a trip to H-town, decided to dip in for some comfort food. Front of house wasn't all that busy, with perhaps two or three other parties waiting for food, though one order was rather large. As the menu is completely non-standardized [don't know why, it's not complicated], I had to repeatedly ask for clarification how many skewers of meat were included in my order, and when I asked if there were two, for the third or fourth time, I think the server didn't understand/hear my question and just said yes, and I didn't ask a fifth time because I was hungry and it seemed like a mental endeavor at that point. Got one, for the record. Asked for [grilled] eggplant, to which someone nodded and plopped moussaka into the plate. Yeah, I guess pizza is basically tomato. Credit where its due, they did immediately talk to the kitchen and offer to swap it out, but the menu here is limited to such strange choices, and I didn't want the food to go to waste just for some lousy communication. After some mystery time later spent milling about between empty chairs and keeping clear of another party who was anxious to get their food and skedaddle, I got my food, complete with the most discount looking pita bread I've seen this side of a walmart. I know there's not enough room for a brick oven in this location, but you'd think they baked normal pita at comissary or something and blasted it back to life on order. I can't wait to sit down with my SO and choke down half an order with bland moussaka and a glutinous flip flop. Tldr; don't bother here, even if you're hungry and traffic sucks. Drive a few miles and get something better, like a plain McChicken. At least you won't feel like you played yourself. read more

I love the Binz location. Their food quality and prices are great. I've noticed inconsistent taste with one of their eggplant salads and their tabouleh (the taste was sour and acidic making me think perhaps they were not made that day) but their specials, kabobs and everything else had been great. The service is very efficient. If you do not want to deal with parking hassle, I suggest doing take out. I wish they were open a bit later than their usual time. read more

I took my girlfriend downtown and we couldn't figure out anything to eat so we asked Yelp. We were close to Fadi's and decided to come. The staff was very friendly and helpful with explaining everything. Everything we ordered was delicious! The lamb was excellent and all of the sides were perfectly balanced. Everyone seemed to be so happy to be there as well I live out of town, but the next time I come back around downtown I'll definitely come and eat this amazing food!!! read more

If you find yourself feeling hungry in the museum district and looking for a fresh clean and super tasty mediterranean meal experience hear to Fadi's on Binz. Large and spacious with soothing decor. We parked on the cross street. Not sure if the building has parking. The fried cauliflower was awesome. The beet salad was out of this world and the tabouli was very very tasty. They get out fresh Pita bread, tahini and garlic butter with our chicken shawarma and beef kefta kabob platters. Price and quantity is generous and staff helpful. In fact the friendly guy at the ordering counter suggested that if I get the two sides combo I need not order extra appetizer and he was correct. Thats how we got to taste the cauliflower and uber yummy beet salad. read more

This is a great little lunch spot and a good condensed version of the main Fadi's with the larger selections. I am rating it one star less because it is pretty pricey, and the salad selection you do not get to build yourself so even if it is a salad bar, you are at the mercy of the staff. The people working are very kind and helpful, but if I had the choice, especially for a similar price, I would always visit a bigger Fadi's. It is clean, with fast wifi, and a good spot for vegetarians. I would recommend this in a pinch, but for a quick lunch, I think it is a tad too expensive. read more

Show up at designated pick up time. Get a call and think, greats, it's ready. No, it's a call that they ran out of humus. How does this happen at Mediterranean restaurant? Order comes out 15 minutes late. Get home. I ordered several family kabob platters. I called restaurant and asked what it was since there is limited information on website. They said one chicken, one lamb and one beef. Perfect. That's exactly what I wanted. Get home and all orders are only chicken. Also, food very mediocre. Pita was not fresh. Seemed commercially made and not homemade. I usually order from Meyerland location, which is always wonderful. This location in med center is awful. I'll drive a little out of way to go back to Meyerland. read more

I normally love Fadi's ( on Westheimer) but this on was horrible. The food took for ever to come , the potatoes were tasting sour and cold, the fries were super oily and over cooked and the shawarma tastes like bleach for some reason. Yummy! We are staying in Houston with our family which includes two toddlers and we did not want to go out to eAt after the travel day! We did door dash and ordered from Fadi's for our family and had it delivered to our hotel. The food was so good and it was all hot and fresh. We ordered: chicken shawarma, lamb Kebab, hummus 16oz, tzaziki, falafels, Greek salad, and cauliflower, pita and baklava. Seriously good! Tip- ask for plates, napkins and forks! Glad I did! I've really been slacking on leaving a review for Fadi's because THEY ARE AMAZING! Me and my partner have been coming here since it first opened and we have yet to be disappointed by them. Their food, design, staff and attentiveness to detail is amazing! We love their garlic sauce, cauliflower, guac garbanzo salad and kabob plates. Went to try Fadi's as a new Saturday night date night, but quickly regretted it. Although the seating is limited, and the parking is even worse, I tried to look forward to trying something new. I walked inside and was kindly greeted by the staff, and the place looked very new. I ordered a combination plate, and the chicken kabob, which came with it. I ended up having to wait about 15 minutes for the kabob, which I can understand in times of business, but no one practically was there, and my food was cold by the time I got it. The flavors were meh, something I could have gotten anywhere. I probably won't be returning, plenty of other options in the area. read more

This is one of the best meals I've had in a very long time. I had the salad bar combo with Kabob, which I recommend sharing with someone. It's a big plate filled with as many food options as you can fit on your plate. You also get to choose between a beef, chicken, shrimp, or trio kabob along with your huge plate of sides. SUPER YUMMY!! I got the unlimited salad with chicken kabob and it was so good! The chicken kabob was perfectly cooked and moist and the rice was pretty good too. I loved their salad bar choice. Definitely recommend the spinach and cheese, baked cauliflower, and their Fadi's hummus. The owner was super nice and even offered us black ginger tea after our meal. I would like to first add that I love Fadis. Any location has such great quality food and everything is so yummy. One of my top favorite places in houston. Unfortunately I have to give this location 3 starts because my to go order is NEVER ready. I will say the employees are very nice and apologetic. But after the 4th time my food is not ready... it's a little ridiculous. I usually have to go on my lunch so I order ahead. Today I placed my order at to be ready 2:45 almost 30 minutes in advance. I even got there 10 minutes late anticipating my food to be not ready. Once I got there it still wasn't ready and it seemed like it was never placed. He told me 15 more minutes!! I ordered ahead for a reason. It is very unfortunate when you only have a small window for lunch and you cannot rely on the restaurant to have the order ready at the selected time lot on checkout. One could say I should stop going here but as I said I love the food. Hopefully next time this won't happen. read more

They somehow lost our order, but they helped us a lot after realizing their mistake. The juices here are to die for, but the food is unfortunately more bland than I was expecting for Mediterranean. I don't personally think I would eat here again (I'm Greek so my food would do the trick at home), but I would consider stopping by for their juices again. read more
