I saw the FB Ads, and wanting a Price of Factory Direct Hot Tubs. FUNNY! the pictures in the ad noted from $2,995. Not the Pictures on the Ad, but the $2995 was like a small dog pool with a couple of sprays. I realized why the dude did not want two people at the same time. He did not the answers from my Question. Fast Speaking the trash talk and completely misleading. I was over my head, with the dude Travis has more Pos talking about Everything........misleading the ads!!! Those pictures you saw with $2995, no........The actual prices of $4500 to $7,000, Every Price I saw are the Same Retail prices in Cape Girardeau, MO. On May 19, 2022 I purchased the extra thick hot tub cover 5-6" with longer side and paid the extra $68.00 - entire purchase= ($638.00) This is a 2-3 person hot tub - very small. I did not receive until October 2022. I spoke to Chris and let him know I received the wrong cover and he is refusing to do anything about it or even respond. The hot tub cover I received is the worst cover I have ever seen. It's only about 2" thick (I ordered the 5-6" thick). Also, you can actually see the foam underneath which makes the entire cover easily compromised. If anyone wants to see pics of this cover before ordering from this company, contact me! Ordered a hot tub from them in April, long lead time was explicitly discussed when we ordered. Hot tub came to us in November. Tub is beautiful. Delivery was great. We had one issue where they called later because the amounts on the contract weren't added correctly. They initially asked to have us pay more money, but then they decided to take care of it. We were providing customer referrals to the owner of this company. Essentially, we were sending him customers who were interested in getting quotes on a hot tub. He signed a contract with us and started receiving leads. We sent them 114 customer referrals in the span of about two weeks. The owner sent us an email complaining that he was not having success with the leads. So, we decided to call a small handful of them ourselves. In the 20 calls we made, we spoke with five individuals who all wanted to buy a hot tub, but said they had not heard from Factory Direct. We told the owner this and he refused to listen. He told us to cancel the service. According to the contract he signed, the cancellation would take effect on the last day of the calendar month and we told him this. He refused to comply with the contract and decided to charge back everything he owed us. We will be posting reviews of this company everywhere we can and we will also notify the BBB. This is definitely a company I would steer clear of. read more

We ordered our hot tub in July 2021 and were told it would arrive in mid-October. It is now mid-December and we still have not received it, with little to no communication from the company. Any time we have asked for an update, they tell us it will be here in about two weeks, but that obviously has not been true. While we understand there are supply chain issues going on, we are frustrated by the lack of communication and what feels like dishonest communication. read more

Just purchased a new spa from Factory Direct in December 2019. Hot tubs are absolutely top quality and rock bottom prices due to Artesian's business model of direct sales. Lance was very knowledgeable, patient and helpful. Definitely not a hard-sell or a hand-holder but he was always there when I needed him and quickly resolved any issues that came up. The Company is Honest and trustworthy. It was hard us waiting for tub. The Tub was worth the wait. We ordered 748L in May 2021. Told tub would arrive in September. It just arrived in January 2022. We could trust them because we asked to buy for extra cash hot tub on floor. They refused saying it belonged to someone else. We text them and they told us it was late. When tub arrived it was missing Frog Chemical. They sent product to make it rite. read more

These guys do a great job! I bought a hot tub from them a while back and they have always done a great job answering any questions I might have. I recently had a problem with the pump and called Lance for service. Mike arrived promptly the next morning. He was knowledgeable and professional. He diagnosed the problem ordered the necessary part (a pump) and came out two days later to install it. He stayed to make sure it was working correctly and showed me how I could adjust the settings on the tub to be less stressful on the pump moving forward. I was very pleased with the service and would highly recommend them to anyone who is either buying a hot tub or needs service. read more

He was not pushy at all; I admire salesman who are not just about making a sale. The hot tubs he sells seem to be of the same quality as you find in any hot tub store (and I have visited many).
