The last place we visited was Bedding Barn (North Haven), and although Richard was a initially a little gruff with the sales pitch (that was fine with us, we're fine with getting to the point), his attention to us and customer service were top notch. He faithfully did a price match, saving us a couple hundred on the mattress we selected, and provided us with great information about what we asked for, without trying to "oversell" every sheet, comforter and pillowcase. He was so confident about our selection and experience in the store, he had all the paperwork ready for us when we returned later in the afternoon. Even the delivery service was flawless. Our mattress was delivered within 2 days, they called when they said they would call, and showed up when they said they would. One last kudo - the delivery guys helped us to figured out that we had been charged for a mattress set when we only needed the mattress (misunderstanding with the price match). Bedding Barn took care of refunding the difference with no hassle at all. I still recommend shopping around to find the best mattress for your needs, but do yourself a favor and check out Bedding Barn before you purchase!
