After lying down on 5 mattresses, I picked my first choice hybrids: Tempur-Pedic Adapt-memory foam and Prana Karma with talalay latex. I spent the night doing research on both memory foam and latex and decided latex was better for me. Went back the next day, purchased my hybrid mattress and saved $$ because of Memorial weekend sales. Also got a bamboo pillow because you can never have too many pillows. Lol. New mattress gets delivered next week. My aching back is very excited.

So I made the plunge and walked into this store at 5:45pm which was completely void of people. The person behind the desk didn't even budge and asked how he could help me? Honestly, I'd really like a chocolate thick shake, but I purposefully entered a mattress store. My reply was yes , my movers are coming tomorrow and I have no mattress or frame to sleep on. So I need to buy. His reply was sorry we don't allow dogs on premise!! Once Again dumbfounded, did he ask me if she was a service dog no he did not, nor did I offer as my service dog Mabel is the most intuitive living thing I've ever met and she did not get positive vibes from whoever this guy was. I just didn't about face and left never to enter again to spend my 45 $6000 somewhere else you should know management should know that this guy cost you more in sales than he probably does in sales. My motto is you lose all of what you don't go after and some of what you do and this guy doesn't even get you to first base good luck

To be fair, I have purchased several appliances from them without incident. I purchased a new dishwasher (with installation). Had no issue until recently. The dishwasher wasn't draining. I checked YouTube for suggestions. Removed the screws and pulled the dishwasher out. To my surprise the drain hose was spliced to the old one with a rusty pipe, not to the T drain as stated on their website. So all of the dirty water was literally going back into the dishwasher. As I said, wrote to them twice. Not even a canned response. Check any installation from this shady company. I need a new refrigerator but not a chance I would buy another appliance from them.
