Facility Pest Control saved the day! I used them over 2 years ago when we had just moved in. They eliminated an earwig infestation in and outside the house. Their job was so good we never had a problem since, no spiders, or anything in the house. However most recently I started seeing small roaches under the kitchen sink near the trash can. Nobody wants to have a beautiful day ruined by an infestation of WASPS in their house, but that's what happened to me today. I was in a panic and although my husband wasn't home to try and brave the stingers, I was contemplating how to tackle the problem. These guys are the best! Recently we cleared the hill around our property and apparently displaced some mice, who decided to take up residence our garage instead. I called Sam and explained the problem. He sent Dan out, who made a thorough inspection of our garage, property and house, set traps and gave me his cell phone number in case I had a problem in between service calls. BED BUGS!!! I called and spoke to Sam to ask about their pricing which was a huge issue in my case. As they were very reasonable and Sam was so understanding, I chose to use them over some other companies. They were quick to respond and and very professional. Great service, Great Price, and Great Follow-up I moved to Simi Valley, CA from Pittsburgh, PA. In Pittsburgh we had a beautiful 1/3 acre grass yard, so when we moved we wanted to have in our small backyard beautiful green grass. We were glad that we found Facility Pest Control on Yelp. I got a good feeling about Sam when I first talked to him. He listened to what I had to say about the problem we were having and he was able to work with us regarding the scheduling as it was a rainy period and he wanted to make sure that the treatment would be as effective as possible. He gave us some tips to help until the appointment date. Although the treatment had been effective on the whole, there was still an issue in one area but he held true to his 1 month guarantee and came out himself promptly. I started using Facility Pest Control this year on the recommendation of a friend. I've been very satisfied with the excellent service! I get a phone call every month the day before service to remind me that they are coming. Recently I was having a problem with ants in the kitchen and Sam asked if he could come in to treat the walls. He assured me that the treatment was safe and non-toxic. It worked like a charm and I have had no problems since. Sam takes real pride in his business and was more than courteous and polite. One of the worst experiences ever. So the guy name Matt was suppose to treat my house and at the last minute he backed out. He said they they weren't prepared but that wasn't the case. We live in the hills and would be over-run (and have been in the past) by rodents and ants if not for these guys. Previous Pest Control outfits did a fair job for a few months but didn't keep it up. Ants!! We found our selves invaded overnight by ants. We called Facility Pest Control, our regular company for keeping the little critters away from our house. My wife and I bought our new home last year. Within weeks we noticed our new home came with an ant problem, A very serious ant problem. We put up the good fight for about 5 weeks. I have been using Facility since we moved into our home almost two years ago. I can honestly say they provide a good service. They are reliable and are good about giving you a reminder call before appointments and at sticking to their time window. The techs are good about removing the webs outside and spraying the appropriate areas around your house. The monthly rate is reasonable and the spray seems to do the job because its been a long time since we've had any spiders or bugs in the house.
