This was the one company that I wish I would never have needed to call! We just bought a house & yup Jerry the rat decides to say Hi. Scared the S#@T out if me. I found Sam & Dan online & gave them a call. Sam was very nice one the phone & explained the process & the cost. He told me someone would be there in the afternoon & would call me when they were on the way. Dan came & was so friendly & really explained rats to us. He checked the home & the attic. Then he set the traps. I was hoping he would have brought a magical rat gun, but just traps with peanut butter. Dan came back a week later but there were no dead rats. This morning I go to leave for work & in a trap was a huge dead rat!!! I hit so scared I ran out of the house & drove away. I called Sam & he was great. Told me someone or himself would come out to pick that sucker up. From the beginning & hopefully now the end, Sam & Dam have been professional & honest. I paid the price he quoted on the phone & not a penny more. Even though they are great guys, I hope I never have to see them again!!! read more

Matt is awesome! He was so helpful and patient with all our questions. Fantastic job and he will go above and beyond his job description for you. Thanks again Matt! read more

This company is great! I have called them several times over the years and they are always extremely responsive and treat the problem effectively. Just transferred our HOA business over to them because of all the great work they have done for us in our personal unit. Sam and all are great and know how to treat their customers. Thanks! read more

This company is great! They offer exceptional service at an affordable price. Not to mention their team is extremely warm and kind!

Matt and Sam are the best! We were totally freaked out with our pest problem and they took care of us and made us feel at ease. They are very professional and respond quickly. They were out right away, very thorough, and very reasonably priced! Hopefully we won't need their services anytime soon, but if we do, I wouldn't hesitate to call! read more

I had someone come out a couple weeks ago to get rid of the gophers in my backyard. i had called after normal business hours expecting to leave a voicemail but instead the owner of the company answered and said he could come out the next day. The technician was super friendly and knowledgable, but most importantly he got rid of the gophers!!! I'm so happy with their service and will definitely use them in the future if I have any other pest problems. read more

About 4 months ago I called Facility Pest Control regarding a critter problem in the walls of our rental property. A representative came out and very nice man, but his physical condition did not allow him to go check in the crawl space or into the attic. He looked inside the crawl space and set 2 or 3 small traps near the entrance and one in the attic. He saw one open area and told us to seal that up. I didn't think that would be enough but he assured me it was. He came back a few times to check the traps. Of course nothing in them. The noise stopped for a few weeks and now my tenants says it's back louder than ever. Well not going to call this place again, but at least next time I know what ? to ask before someone comes out. Waste of money. read more

If you want to pay $250 for someone to set 5 traps in arms distance of ladder, not go in attic or on roof to inspect entry points and then take several days to schedule a pick up of traps without solving problem, then hire these guys. Dont waste your $$$. read more

We love using facility pest control. Sam is a man of his word. If they need to come out for an extra visit he includes it in the monthly fee. These are the type of guys you never worry about. Definitely recommend. read more

Facility Pest Control is Great! They come monthly and spray around the whole house and we have seen a significant reduction in bugs. Their prices are very reasonable and I would recommend them to anyone looking for pest control services! read more

Sam and Dan are SUPERSTARS! We had a major ant problem from this recent heat wave and they were very responsive, accommodating and at my home within 1hr to take care of the situation. Their pricing is very reasonable and even offer a 30day guarantee. I would not hesitate using Facility and encourage others to do the same! Thanks guys... read more

I have been using Facility since we moved into our home almost two years ago. I can honestly say they provide a good service. They are reliable and are good about giving you a reminder call before appointments and at sticking to their time window. The techs are good about removing the webs outside and spraying the appropriate areas around your house. The monthly rate is reasonable and the spray seems to do the job because its been a long time since we've had any spiders or bugs in the house. When we do happen to see the occasional roach or bug ...it's on its backside outside just where you want it to be. read more

I Had problems with rodents, Wilber got rid of them he's courteous & respectful happy to work with, happy with his work, good service, reasonable prices. Great company..overall this company is great!!! read more

Have to agree with you all. I've called Saturday morning to get help with flies that occupied our kitchen for the last two days. Sam warned me that he can't guarantee results if he can't locate the source (which we could not). But his guy showed up same day, took are of everything, explained everything to my family and I'm happy to report that we are fly free. read more

Sam and Matt at Facility Pest Control will handle all your pesky pest problems with great professionalism and amazing customer service! They are friendly, honest and Sam even picked up his phone on a Sunday afternoon to make an appointment for me. Matt did my treatments on time and was knowledgeable and very helpful with my difficult pest issue. I highly recommend Sam and his team. Had a quick problem at my home today and Facility took care of it quickly and at a very reasonable price (I called several places for quotes). I was referred to Facility Pest Control by my real estate agent Beverly Haukas "Oak Summit". Upon my call, I explained my situation to Sam as well as submitted photo's. He called me back several minute later and walked me through how to eliminate my bug issue. THANK YOU SAM!!! I read more

Facility Pest Control is top notch. We have been regular clients for over 5 years and have always been happy with their service. We live near the Santa Monica Mountains and have no shortage of strange insects around our home. Any time I have a question or concern Sam (the owner) will take my call, patiently explain what type of critter I'm panicked about and help put me at ease - an on-site visit is always scheduled quickly and before I know it the job has been taken care of. He's also recommended other trusted companies for jobs they do not cover (termite abatement) and walked me through insect outbreaks (flies) that I could easily handle myself. They come with my highest recommendation! read more

This is long overdue. I spoke to Sam two weeks ago about a problem with gnats that I was having which was driving me crazy! Completely renovated a place and all of a sudden I had 100 gnats flying everywhere. As much as I tried could not find an opening to the outside where they were coming in. Sam the owner talked to me twice, and spoke briefly with the wife over the phone! Both down to earth and such good people. Basically Sam told me to locate any drains that they potentially could come from, pour bleach with hot water. I also closed the drains for 2 weeks by not using them! 95% of the gnats are gone. This guy talked to me on the phone twice! Did not get a penny! It seems to be a mom and pop company. Very down to earth very professional! If I ever have a pest problem, this is the first company I will call! Thank you Sam, this review is over due! read more

All I'm gonna say is Sam and his company are top notch. They say they will be there at 1230, they are there at 1230. I think they arrive at 1227 and wait in their vehicle. All kidding aside, if you like bugs, continue to pay 0rKiN twice as much to spray roach eggs all over your building. Sam took care of a two year headache in less than two months. If you are not satisfied with his services, I will refund your money, even though he will make it right first. Seriously this company is top notch, and I've dealt with many that just offer no solution except taking your money. read more

Dan was my tech professional today. Great communication and personality. He got the job done. Thank you Facility Pest Control. Dan humainely removed our pest problem. I could not have asked for better service. read more

Just dealt with these guys. They know their stuff, have a reasonable price, and made the army of ants in my house go away. I asked a lot of questions and they took the time to answer everything. Cool people, small business attitude, would recommend it to anyone. read more

We had a problem with cockroaches, crickets, etc. and had Facility Pest Control come out and spray inside and out. This immediately took care of the issue, and we continued to find dead bugs outside weeks later. We now have them come by every other month for routine spraying (which costs less than having them come only when needed) and haven't had any major bug issues since. read more

Facility Pest Control is the best! They are professional, reliable, efficient and knowledgeable. Ever since we started using them we haven't had any pest problems. They also swiftly took care of a gopher issue we had. We highly recommend them and are grateful to have an honest, well-run company that we trust. read more

My master bathroom was infested with red spiders the size of a dot. Started out with a few that became many. Panicked, I called Facility Pest Control and proceeded to rattle off my situation like a mad woman. Sam (the owner) answered my call. He listened and then calmly said that I had a clover mite infestation and not to worry as they are not a threat to humans. He and his daughter were here within 24 hours to spray. There was no pressure to set up a monthly service. The one time rate was more than reasonable. I highly recommend this family run business. Facility Pest Control 818-521-6892 read more

Sam has been working for us for over 10 years mainly doing my gopher maintenance, but in addition he works on our rental properties whenever needed. He is extremely honest and very thorough. His prices are extremely fair. We had other exterminators before we used Sam and after a while they started slacking and raising their rates on us constantly. This has never happened with Sam. I can highly recommend him. read more

We've used other pest control companies in the past, but nothing comes close to the service and warmth you feel from this company. They treat you like family, they are reliable, and have the best customer service. They're great. Give them a try. You won't be disappointed. read more

Over 10 home-visits - and we're still not pest free! Chewed electrical wires, tons of rat feces under our house and several sound recordings of rodents crawling around in our walls, BUT Facility Pest Control still couldn't find "any signs of rats" and blamed the chewed wires and noises in the walls on the AC, ceiling fans, sprinkler system and even the walls moving?! I took time off from work twice since they were supposed to come out and inspect our home, but nobody showed up; neither did they have the decency to inform us about the no-shows! Facility Pest Control may know how to catch a single rat (or two), but they certainly don't have the skills that are required in order to solve severe rodent issues in typical "rodent areas" (mountains, valley etc.). Don't waste your time - call another company! read more

Facility Pest Control did a great job for me. I called them on a Saturday about knats and spider problems I was having. The owner told me up front how much it would cost, how to take care of the knat problem myself, and they came out the same day. No additional costs due to it being on a Saturday. Great service. read more

These guys are the best of the best!! For years, we had a gopher problem and were thinking of taking costly majors, such as getting rid of our grass completely and replacing with artificial turf or concrete. These pesky creatures had ravaged our whole backyard. Wilbur and Sam were very helpful and efficient. Wilbur was very fair and only charged us for the fresh mounds. Even though we had a LOT of gophers, there is basically no activity now. They offered a one-month warranty, which was great because we found a fresh mound. Call them the next day and they responded right away. read more
