After a bad experience with one of those large chain pest control companies, we decided to go local and called Facility. They were great right away and immediately helped us with our Termite issues by recommending one of their partners, who was fast, affordable and got the job done. Then we started a regular treatment plan with Facility and they have been awesome. We have them come once per month to treat the perimeter of our house and when we saw a few bugs flying around the house in between visits they came out right away and treated the interior. They also gave us tips on things they saw outside of our house and how to keep pests away. As new homeowners we really want to find our long-term team to keep our house beautiful for years to come and are so happy we found Facility for our pest control needs. read more

We thought we had a racoon problem in our attic. Called Facility, and they were out here within a couple hours. Extremely efficient and honest. Turns out it was a rat problem. YUCK! He was also able to tell us that the insulation was covered with feces and urine, and should be replaced. He also walked around the property and told us where they could be coming from. Wilbur from Facility Pest Control came to service my home in December. We had a serious ant infestation. He only sprayed the outside of the property and within less than 24hr's the ants were completely gone. He answered my questions and the service was stellar. Someone came out on April 25th to spray inside and outside of my house because we had a pretty bad spider problem. The technician did an "ok" job. Within two days the problem didn't seem to be resolved. I called and asked for someone to come back and respray. Wilbur showed up and took care of the situation. Again, he gave top customer service. He answered my questions and concerns and we very rarely see a spider around the house. I asked about mosquito repellent. He said they have a spray for that too. I'm definitely considering taking advantage of that service! Because of Wilbur I am going to sign up for monthly service. Excellent work Wilbur. In the summer we get a huge influx of termites in our house for some reason, especially when it is humid. I have no idea where they come from and our condo is pretty new so it stumps me every time the weather begins to get a little humid. This happens usually between the months of May-August when the weather is humid and I have to use this pest control company. I have went with a couple of different companies in the past, mainly whoever could get there the quickest and had the fastest results (nobody likes to live in a house filled with termites crawling around). I tried to resolve the issue myself multiple times and it never worked. Take it from me when it comes to these little critters--if you try and resolve the issue yourself you'll end up spending almost just as much time and money as you would have if you would have just hired a professional. These guys have the knowledge and expertise to resolve the issue and trust me when I say they are EXPERTS. Your home is supposed to be a place to be able to go home and enjoy after a long day's work. Facility Pest Control is exactly what you want out of a service-based business. They are organized, they come on time, they solve the problem and they include follow-up visits. We first booked them to help us with a gopher problem after gophers ripped up our new backyard. The package includes 2 follow-up visits, to make sure that they really are gone, and we were grateful to have them, as the gophers moved to our front garden after FPC made the back yard inhospitable for them! We've now been gopher-free for over a year. We also recently heard a noise in our walls and thought it was mice, so called FPC out to help. They came right away and set traps, but we later discovered it was a squirrel, not mice, making the noise. When I called FPC they offered to send a refund for 2/3 of what we paid, since it should have included 2 followup visits. So a couple weeks ago some neighbors that lived next door to me moved out, and upon doing so, got rid of a bunch of their furniture. They offered me what they left behind. And, to make a long story short, I ended up with bed bugs! (yuck) I was given a quote by my apartment complex for 3,500 to kill them.. (Thats more then twice what I pay for rent every month, and im in a 625 sq ft apartment).. Naturally, I went to find other quotes. SAM was not only awesome in the info he provided me, but he was super friendly and quoted me less then 1/5 of what my apartment complex was charging me!!!! But it doesn't end there. The complex I live in tried to tell me what they have their own bonded and licensed contractor who they always use and that i HAD to pay the 3500 regardless of if i liked it or not. Sam not only gave me a REAL quote, (without even having to see my property! most other places charge you 100$ just to inspect!!!!!) but he also offered me the name of an attorney I could call because I was being illegally picked on by my complex. At the end of the day I wasn't allowed to use Facility Pest control for the same reason i mentioned earlier (stupid apartment complex-specific rules) However, Sam followed up to make sure that I was being treated fairly and was very adamant about staying in touch to make sure I wasn't taken advantage of even though he wasn't getting anything out of it himself!! Anyone who sees this, FACILITY PEST CONTROL is simply the BEST and because of this awesome experience I'm having my parents switch to them for their bi-monthly chem spray. The owner's method of spraying was not working so I decided to deal with it myself. I've been using Facility Pest Control for routine pest spraying, and I have been very happy with their service. This past weekend, I found rat droppings in my house and immediately called Sam for assistance. A technician came out the following weekday and set traps, inspected the exterior of the house for possible entry points and then sprayed the exterior of the house. To me, finding a new Pest Control Company, is the equivalent to finding honest dentists and veterinarians.......they can tell you anything, and you will take their word, because you have to! But not ALL are honest, and will milk a need someone has, for an extra dollar or two. I am happy to say, that after finding my dentist and vet (all through YELP), that I have now found the BEST and most honest and professional Pest Control people. From the moment I called, Katy was helpful about our issue and accommodating to our time frames. We also have pets we were worried about, and were assured that their products are pet friendly (and clearly are, as they're still with us several weeks later without any problems;). We noticed our grain beetle problem was taken care of the very same evening of the treatment (and it was pretty BAD!). Sam and another gentlemen (who's name I didn't get), were courteous, polite, on time and knowledgeable about the process and the issue at hand. I just moved into a house and found lots of holes in the closets, under sinks and the garage where critters could get in. I freaked out and called Facility - Sam was very nice and calmed me down and came over the next day to fill the holes. Used Facility Pest Control for the first time. My tenant was complaining about possible Bed Bugs. I shopped around for a while before I decided to go with Facility Pest Control. Great Company, great work. Very Honest. They had originally quoted me a higher rate since we thought we had to treat the entire apartment with two treatments, however after the inspection, the owner Sam called me and said we will not need to spray the entire house and that the problem was not as severe as he had originally thought. I found Facility Pest Control on Yelp so it would only be fair to tell everyone else about my good experience! I had a mouse in my house and had set traps but after one week had not caught him. (And by the poop evidence, he was not dead...) I called Facility Pest Control and left a voice mail and received an almost immediate call back. Sam, the owner, explained how to set traps for mice, explained a lot about mice in the home in general, and was very generous in giving his time--just in case what I was already doing was working already and I didn't need his services. I decided that since what I was doing was NOT working that I would have someone out anyway. The technician arrived at exactly the promised time and was really thorough in looking for mouse entryways, evidence of where it was. He inspected the traps I had set and set more, got rid of others. He cleaned up the visible poop so I would know if the mouse was still alive and leaving more poop, and also counseled me on safe clean up of the droppings. The technician, Wilber, was very thorough and very nice, and I'm really grateful to the business for squeezing me in on a Friday so I didn't have to go a whole weekend unsure of how to handle the mouse problem. Definitely hate needing pest control but you can't argue with the fair prices and great service this business provides when you DO need them.
