I love getting a pedicure here. Pam is super sweet and most of the time she can see you day of phone call. i usually call Friday mornings and she is able to fit me in after 5. she gives you a great massage and is very welcoming. Bring cash if you can or else you will just pay $1.00 extra for using your card. I been coming here for 13+ years on and off and when ever i am in the area i stop by. First visit was on 2/13, I came yesterday 2/26 because I had broken a nail. Nancy missed many spots on my old nails and now after ONE DAY, my nails are lifting. I was also charged 25 for the fill... she said it was FIVE dollars to fix one nail? How does that make any sense when I paid 25 to get all TEN NAILS done. She uses the excuse she doesn't speak good English to explain to me why I was over charged for her services, and none the less the crappy service I was given. I'm writing this 2/27. So, I've been coming here for a couple of years to get my nails done. But, lately I found out that they now do eyelashes. There is someone who is somewhat new, whose name is Anna. I got my eyelashes done by her about two weeks ago and then I came back today for a fill on my eyelashes. Anna does a fantastic job. Even though I like mine thick, she makes them look so natural. I will definitely be coming back. I've gone to other lash extension places and for some reason, they never look like this. I love her work! read more

Hoorraaayyyy for a attentive, kind and professional nail tech. Yes this spot isn't all fancy with steamy towels and hot stones but it is a clean, professional environment that will not only leave you satisfied with the work you get done but also a lasting impression on your heart. My tech was Pam I believe. She seemed to be the owner or perhaps the manager of the shop. She was friendly as soon as I walked in as were the other techs who were busy at work doing pedis. I was told to pick a polish and was pointed in the direction of wall mounted polishes and also more colors that sat on a counter display. I waited only about 5 mins before I was seated and Pam was busy working on my feet. The spa chairs were comfortable and everything looked to be clean and sanitized. I appreciated that there was not much chatter among the employees. They were instead engaging with customers. I received a beautiful mani and pedi from Pam. I chose regular polish over gel this time and it was flawless and lasted quite awhile before chipping. This location is close to my girlfriends job so I'll be back. read more

I walked passed this place and asked how much a pedi would be. They told me $20. Then I came back another day to actually do the pedi, asked again how much it would be at the beginning and was told $20. I also got a bikini waxing done. After all treatment was complete, I asked what I owe them in total and they said $25 for the pedi. When I said but they told me it would be $20, they said it was because they had to remove callouses with a skin scraper so it would be more. I told her that was not honest and that I've had many pedicures done on my feet and this was the first time I was being charged more for what should otherwise be standard elements of a pedicure. I even brought my own nail polish. I noted that they should inform customers if they are going to raise the prices on them BEFORE they begin treatment, rather than leading them on to think it's going to be one price. I paid them the $25 + the cost of the bikini wax. I told them I would not be returning again upon which one of the women said that the next time I come she will take $5 off my pedicure but sadly I don't trust their word at all. The pedi was just OK. The woman did good work removing dead skin but the shape of the nail and polishing wasn't anything special. I'd recommend going to a place on Piedmont Avenue where the prices are fixed. read more

I came to this place yesterday. It was my first time ever and I am truly going back. It was the first time I left one of these places noticing right away how good my feet felt. All the ingrown nails were gone and the relief I experienced was rewarding. I talked about it all day because I've not ever felt this good leaving one of these places. What a big disappointment. I've been here before and it wasn't the greatest but it was satisfactory. Today I was the only customer and so I had one woman on my toes and the other on my fingers . "What great service" I thought. Hah!! my pedicure was fine, my manicure sucked. She didn't even do my cuticles. She heard me tell the pedicure person to cut my toe nails very short. So, now that I finally had some nails enough to even get a manicure, she cut them all off. she barely filed anything. I bit a hang nail of the side of one finger on my way home. At home I looked at my cuticles and I could push them down with my a nail from the opposite hand leaving shredded nail polish above. I guess I won't be back there very soon. Does anyone know of a n ail place that doesn't treat old ladies like they have no business being in their shop? read more

As nice as the ladies were that took care of me I have to say I was pretty unsatisfied with my manicure. I specified that I wanted to keep my nails long with squared ends, but ended up with somewhat uneven, mostly square yet with slightly rounded edges. I'll probably go back for a pedicure because the prices are so cheap and I was in and out quickly when I was on a tight schedule. read more

The ladies that did my mani + pedi were nice, but I have to say I could have painted my nails better at home in far less time. I spent almost two hours here and left very dissatisfied with my nails. When I showed my manicurist the terribly uneven paint, she should have redone them for me. I'm only giving one start because my gel manicure was done right. BUT NEVER get a Brazilian was at this place. FIRST OF ALL,, it was filthy and they used cut up rags to do my waxing. The wax warmer was DIRTY! And they didn't know what they were doing. I looked on the wall to see if they were a esthetician license and didn't see any so I told her it was ok and she could stop because I could tell they were not skilled to do so. Then she had the nerve to want to charge me $50! But the price and services list said $45. Honestly, they ripped me off and I'm never going back there again. read more
