Many years ago, the food was delicious now it's disgusting. I was trying to lose weight and stayed away for a couple of years came back twice and was heartbroken of how nasty the food has become. It is true certain customers they would charge more money for different things that they wouldn't charge other people. We paid with card for an order of $77.35 and they imputed it in cash for $97.35 and kept the $20 change. The food prices had been going up which would have been understandable due to inflation if their quality haven't gone down. I had been an avid customer for their chicken tenders and noticed the quality and size of their tenders going down. The food is greasy and the chips I got with my burrito yesterday were stale and disgusting. They had previously messed up our order several times and we had to go back for them to fix it. This new potato bun is A1, I love it! Always get the cheeseburger special with iced tea. Today my fries were a little soggy/underdone but they always get you with the seasoning salt- I ate every single one of those fries! They also have Heinz ketchup & I appreciate it because that fancy ketchup Keillor serve ruins my fries. The burger is always 2 thumbs up for me. I guess they don't have chilis right now & it felt so weird to eat my burger without my lips burning but I still appreciated my burger, my favorite food! Service is quick & attentive. I ordered a chicken salad my favorite chicken salad from my favorite chicken salad spot and what a disappointment as I am consuming the Salad with nothing but love and pure joy in my heart with the ranch dripping down the side of the lettuce I look over to my left and I see a moving object instead of jumping and acting like a wild maniac, I calmly look and what do I see a huge bug OMG I was so sad so I called the establishment in hopes that they would understand how sad and disappointed I was and they honestly did not care. They advise me to bring the salad back and get another one now. I come here very often and the food as well as the service is as the name says "fantastic" today I got the turkey sandwich and it was great. Other times I get there French toast breakfast and it's good. I love how every dish is served with fruit and not to mention there coffee which is self serve, they have different brews to choose from which I think is fun. Stopped for breakfast the place is clean the staff was nice, the breakfast food not so much. Ordered a Denver omelette the egg was burned and not whisked well or aerated. Typically its served with some type of shredded cheese like Monterrey or similar, what I got was triangle shaped kraft single cheese place on top which was not even melted. All i could taste was oil as I cut intontye omelette with my fork. The hash brown same deal it was drenched in oil. Took one bite of each and it went straight into the trash. read more

This is one of my favorite places to grab local fast food from. The food is pretty good and what you would expect. Before COVID-19 eating inside was nice and clean and the staff were really nice. I will say, their Postmates page needs a copyeditor. They're selling snakes and most burger categories are plural when they shouldn't be. Hit me up and we can clean up the writing, Fantastic Grill. I didnt want to make a big deal so i just asked for it to be changed , when i got my food i noticed there was a HAIR in my food, right away we got an attitude once we asked if we could get our money back ! After going back and forth i finally got my money back but they refused to fix me another plate!!! How are you going to give me Expired milk & give me a plate with hair on it and expect me to pay for it and not have the decency to even give me at least a courtesy meal for the trouble you have caused me.
