    Short Rib Benedict

I love The Pan. Since its cozy hipster-vibes start in Gardena, they have now expanded to several locations. Menu has always been changing, keeping up with the trends while still offering plenty of delish fusion dishes. This was my first time here at this location having been to Gardena and LB, it was nice clean still giving Hipster. Servers were nice, food was yummy. We came in on a weekend and tried several doff items. I had my target set in their Short Rib Benedict. It was a disgustingly-delicious as the social media posts made it seem. They do have a lunch menu, but if its your first time I would come in for breakfast. The guava pancakes were amaze-balls, french toast was also good. If you do come for lunch, i ld suggest their deep dish pizzas. I assume this location also has them on their menu.

I'm giving it a 4 star because of the wait time Definitely need to have patience here and wait. Finally we're sat down and the review change when we receive our meal. The plates are big portion worth the price. The chile verde was amazing and taste really good. I recommend if you really hungry and can't wait not your spot.

Been coming here several times since it opened and not once has it disappointed. I highly recommend being an early bird because it can get packed quick. The food is always on point and the coffee is delicious. My son always finishes everything on his kids order. The ambiance is very family like, what are you waiting for if you haven't done so already try them out!

We were out in area on business and stopped in here for breakfast. First thing we noticed was parking is a problem. Other than that we got in and place is decorated very nice. We got chilaquiles, biscuits and gravy, cinnamon pancakes. The salsa on chilaquiles was great flavor not spicy. Chips were nice and beans were good too. The biscuits my son said they were fire! lol. Pancake was great too. Service was good. Definitely worth trying but it is a bit in the pricy side.

Supe welcoming and friendly staff. The eating area is nice and open. Everything was so tasty and very well seasoned. I didn't know how to order the Matcha drink but it was good regardless. Definitely recommend for a nice breakfast: the place got so full a few minutes after we arrived. Will be returning for sure.

Great place to have breakfast/brunch with family or friends. It's very spacious with lots of seating and loud music so you can really get into the chisme and food. The workers were nice and attentive and I was surprised it wasn't hectic on a Sunday. I really enjoyed the chilaquiles and pancakes the most. The matcha was pretty good too, we had the strawberry matcha latte and a matcha latte. The potatoes were not my favorite a little salty and I like my breakfast potatoes more simple without the adds on will try to ask they remove the other things next time. Overall really enjoyed the space and food so I will be back.

I really wanted to like this place but my order was all wrong. Placed an order for a breakfast burrito with NO bacon or sausage (i asked if they could customize and they said yes) cashier noted ALL sausage so then i return and let them know i had asked for no meat at all and they were nice enough to change it however they took less thank 5 mins to give it back and burrito fell apart as soon as i started eating it was very oily AND THEY STILL ADDED SAUSAGE (small pieces here and there)

Ok so I've been to this location once b4 when they 1st opened but today was terrible I don't think I've ever had such bad service from all the locations they have they took our order and it took them 45 min to bring the food and only brought out half the order it took them a extra 10 min to bring out the rest of the order and good it wrong . We asked for salsa and the waitress forgot so I had to get up and go get some myself to the kitchen by then my food was cold and soggy the food was also cooked different from the other locations . This location is terrible from service to quality of food definitely won't ever be coming bask. I complained to our waitress and she apologized and said that they had a a big catering order. That was the reason that they were so backed up maybe they shouldn't do catering if they can't take care of the customers they have in front of them. I don't think anyone should wait that long and get the type of service we had today everyone in the restaurant was complaining not just me. .

The service was excellent! We enjoyed the ambiance at The Pan very much. Their cocktails were delicious! Would definitely be back for more!

Service great, servers super friendly, cozy small restaurant with a nice sized banquet room in back. Food never disappoints. I've tried the shrimp n grits before and they're just as good as other location. I prefer this location as it's smaller and quieter, more cozy. This time had a kielbasa scramble. It was good, but potatoes did need a bit more seasoning, nothing a bit of extra salt & pepper couldn't fix. Also added guava pancake instead of toast and although the guava sauce is definitely sweet, overall it balances well with the pancake making it perfect combination of flavors (since pancake isn't sweet). If you like guava this will not disappoint, definitely guava approved! Perfect visit, as always. Always take advantage of coming here to eat while my dog is getting groomed next door :)

First time trying The Pan and let me tell you all everything was delicious! I woke up actually craving breakfast and they definitely delivered! I had the chile verde hash and some cinnamon roll pancakes. Oh and did I mention you get bottomless toast with any breakfast platter or hash. Needles to say I ate way too much! lol the services was fast and friendly and the restaurant was surprisingly very tidy. No complaints here! Really looking forward to coming back soon.

Food was amazing. Matcha was mid. Service was great. The vibe was nice, light chatter. Recommend the pancakes.

********************* 1243 ********************** Chef…read moreFlynn McGarry was cooking at the age of 10, seriously, in his kitchen/bedroom. He's now 16 years old, offers EUREKA - Los Angeles, a pop up monthly to serve his fans. Chef Flynn continues to create tasting menus for EUREKA with pop ups in New York and recently with summer pop ups in DTLA. And the latest one was at the Michelin Starred Atelier Crenn in San Francisco where I got lucky to score a reservation last night. This prodigy young and talented chef had been self taught and his first cook book was The French Laundry, yes, true story. Flynn has been staged at 3 Michelin Star Alinea in Chicago with chef Grant Achatz, as well as Eleven Madison Park in New York City with chef Daniel Humm, and work a long side of many talented chefs in Los Angeles. I have been following him a little while and was so impressed with his discipline, dedication, love and passion for cooking, it's just simply unbelievable. When I was 12-16, I was a typical teenager running around school doing our teenager things! Look at this young bright chef-in-the-making. He was on Time magazine's 25 most influential teens list and his EUREKA pop up appeared on Zagat's 30 under 30 Los Angeles 2014 list. He has been on so many major magazines around the country as well as cooked on Late Night with Jimmy Fallon TODAY show with Chef Daniel Boulud, and was featured on NBC Nightly News. For $160 tax and tips inclusive, for the dinner pop up, he served us 14 dishes, progressive new American cuisine. The ingredients he offers is high quality; the technique is truly Michelin Star style. - Foie Gras - Egg Yolk cured and gel with saffron, raw squash, yellow beet - Razor clam - Lobster roll - delicious - Uni - brined in sea water with carrot and coffee was delicious and unusual pairing. - Kohlrabi - confit in cheese fat was so good. - pumpkin - roasted with mulling spices, bacon, Apple cider - Sunchokes - pistachio, pear, barigoule - this was so tasty. - Passmore Ranch sturgeon - grilled in cabbage leaves w/ cauliflower, ham hock, cabbage and sturgeon roulade. - 21 days aged beet - bordelaise, wilted greens - interesting taste, fascinating flavor. - Yorkshire pudding - I got to ask for more - Belcampo Farms ribeye - grilled over Japanese charcoal with celery root, chicories, preserved lemon, amaranth - wish it was a bigger bite! Love the aromatic charred. - Pistachio, frozen yogurt, cake, white chocolate, Meyer lemon. - Coffe and parsnip - Mignardises Service by the staff at Atelier Crenn was excellent. Chef was working hard in the kitchen, he made sure every single dish left the kitchen was perfect. I got to chat with him for a bit. He was a little shy, skinny, and tall with handsome blonde hair. My girlfriends were teasing, we got to wait 2 more years till he turns 18, seriously. It was a memorable meal, keep in mind he's barely 16 years old. With this rate going, I'm not surprise he's going to own his restaurant in a few years, and will be the youngest Michelin Star chef ever, in-the-making. I say 5 years from now!
