It was delicious and the service was exceptional! The complimentary conchas are so cute. My sister brought me here for breakfast, and I had one of their conchas--specifically the churro one, and it was delicious! I recommend it 10/10 for sure! They are not like your regular conchas.

Julio the server was amazing !!!!!!! His energy was exactly what we needed to start our Sunday. The food was amazing. The service was great. Thank you for making it the best experience ever

The food was really good. I ordered the Swedish crepe combo and it was delicious. We also order the brioche French toast combo and was very tasty. They give you complementary warm conchitas when you are seated. Service was so friendly and you got really good vibes. They check on you and make sure that everything is good. Ambiance was very quiet and family friendly; we also got there right when they opened. Parking is great and would definitely come again for breakfast!

The Loaded Cafe has grown and become popular with people who to enjoy the big potions and delicious items that the Loaded Cafe. The Loaded Cafe have many restaurants in big cites like Bell Flower,Long Beach and other cites including Orange County. My wife and I have been to the Loaded Cafe in Bell Flower,Long Beach and now I. The city of Bell. We came to the city of Bell to tryout the cuisine of the Loaded Cafe that we won't be disappointed. When we arrive we notice parking was also full but we found parking. We step in the restaurant look really nice including a very nice panaderia called Panecito interducing freshly made Mexican sweet bread and cakes and also coffee and other mouth-watering drinks. We waiting for couple of minutes for a table we know the restaurant is packed. We got a table then the manager hand us their menu and we're looking at the menu then the waiter came to get our drink order and the manager brought us two freshlly warm concha we thank him.. My wife order the chilaquiles with egg and I order the Brioche French toast combo. The restaurant have vibe that's the people enjoy the restaurant and food and Mexican sweet bread and cakes that come back for more and the staff are very friendly and helpful with anything you like with a smile. The waiter brought our meal it look great especially the Brioche French toast combo looks so good including my wife chilaquiles with eggs she love eggs on everything. The Brioche French toast was incredible good a flavor in the Brioche that's pop's out when taking a bite combing with the eggs and sauage I really enjoy it. My wife enjoy her chilaquiles with eggs come wbut she say it have a little kick to it I mean little bit spicy. We enjoy the food at The Loaded Cafe we will come back and try different items from menu before left my wife order a bean and cheese burrito for $5 to take home. She say the bean and cheese was really good.

I came here with my mother to check this location out and it's nice. I order the menudo and for me it was too spicy for my liking. When I ask for extra harmony our server came back and gave me a little portion. I was very disappointed and will never order a Mexican dish from an American Cafe. But I highly recommend the breakfast menu. There serve good breakfast here. Enjoy!

Visited loaded cafe today for the first time to celebrate our grandma's birthday. Heard about their sister bakery 'Panecito' via social media our cousin saw and found that there was an attached cafe which we decided to try. Got there around 11:15am and we were seated quickly for a party of six. Service was absolutely amazing! Shout out to our waiter Julio who went above and beyond for us! Seriously had great attitude and attentiveness for us. He went the extra mile to get us a little something for our grandma to sing her happy birthday which meant a lot. Give him a raise and employee of the month!!! Our party had a mix sweet and savory dishes. We ordered crepes, French toast, menudo, and tacos ahogados. I went with the Dulce de leche stuffed French toast combo Julio recommended and was impressed. I really liked my plate. Family members thought their plates were okay. I also got an ice coffee flight, the horchata one was the best but the other two were okay. I like that they give you a conchita basket for the table which is quite unique. The seating area is on the smaller side so in peak hours can possibly expect to wait a while especially for big parties. Restrooms were clean, and plenty of parking as it in the plaza in Bell where the boba loca is and also where home town Buffett used to be. Thanks again Julio, you're the best :D

Julio is the best, when you visit as for Julio and he will give you the best service with a smile and manners. Thank you so much we will be back!

    Classic combo

Mayra was an amazing server, really funny and polite! The food is even more amazing, really delicious and loaded!

If you are coming for the food it's a pass for me. These are not chilaquiles. Sauce was ameicanized not authentic.

The chilaquiles were not it. They were not authentic felt more like nachos than quilaquiles. Avocado toast was also a no for me. It was guacamole underneath which they put lime in. Avocado toast should not have lime. I think for desserts and sweets it's ok but not for food .

Wow I loved the concha stuffed with Nutella. The service was super fast. I love the ambiance and they have breakfast In The morning only. It looks so good. I will definitely be back

Once we were ready she had our table already prepared. We have to order inside first before you can be seated. Once seated our food came out not too long after. Everything looked and tasted delicious! We ordered the chilaquiles verde, short rib omelette, tropical pancakes (seasonal), and the mango curd french toast (seasonal). The chilaquiles verde was savory and tangy. It wasn't soggy at all and definitely one of my favorite dishes. The short rib omelette was savory but didn't give me any wow factor compared to the other dishes I ordered. The tropical pancakes were so pretty. I only tried a piece of it without the syrup which I think was a mistake because the kumquat syrup was my friend's favorite. I definitely need to try it again with the syrup. Best for last, mango curd French toast was my favorite! I fell in love with sweetness and tanginess of the mango curd. The French toast was soft and you can taste the butter. I wish it was a main menu item. I'll definitely be sad to see it go. They have lots of seating inside and outside.

The moment I took my first bite, I immediately noticed that the ricotta tasted sour and spoiled. I drove back to the restaurant to request a refund. Unfortunately, my refund was not honored because the manager, Aimee, was not present. Karely, the lead on duty, seemed unsure of how to handle the situation and attempted to explain that the sour taste was simply the lemon in the ricotta. That explanation was disappointing because there is a clear difference between the intended lemon flavor and the taste of spoiled dairy. What upset me most was the lack of concern, apology, or effort to make the situation right. As a customer, I expected the issue to be taken seriously, especially when food safety is involved. If a manager is unavailable, staff should be properly trained and empowered to handle customer concerns appropriately. I am currently four months pregnant, which made this experience even more concerning. I wasted my time, gas, and energy driving back to the restaurant, only to leave without a refund or any resolution. This was by far the worst experience I have had at a restaurant in Downey, and unfortunately, I will not be returning.

My favorite appetizer are the Molletes which are toasted bolillos with chorizo and bean spread topped with cheese and pico de gallo. My favorite plates are the Carne en su Jugo, which is pork in green chilli sauce, and the Albondigas beef meatball soup. The soup is plentiful and doesn't disappoint in flavor. The meatballs are tender and have a perfect flavor profile of herbs and spice. Honestly, nothing disappoints here. The Pollo in Mole is also delicious. The tortillas are fresh and hand made. The Pollo con Rajas is creamy, cheesy, flavorful and the chicken has always been juicy underneath all that sauce, cooked perfectly. I've also had the teak tacos and they're filling, tasty, and a perfectly compliment to anything you will order. The sides are usually rice and beans and they've always been perfect. The rice is soft and the beans are addicting. Javier is always warm and friendly, he does an amazing job with his restaurant. I forgot exactly what I had, I want to say it was bistec ranchero or something like that. it was good, nothing bad, but also felt average. They served us chips with mole on top and I was like, why did they pour mole all over, bring a little bucket of mole and let me dip it on the side. That's what a good Christian would do, but no, they went with an anti-Christian practice here, communist almost. don't assume I want everything with mole. I would have been ok with it if the mole had been bomb ass good, but it was ok. I had heard this place used original Oaxacan mole or something so I was hyped. My wife had some eggs with whatever the heck a Filipino woman orders at a Mexican place and she's was fine. I feel bad about this review, maybe this place is a victim of its former reputation, and I was expecting very good Mexican food and all I got was OK Mexican food. Also, for a true Mexican spot, you need to have café Mexicano, with canelita and the waiter told me they didn't have any. How can this be? I do not approve. Maybe if you are white or non-Mexican or a fake Mexican, I think you would have a different opinion of this place, you might think is great, just like El Torito is. Am I confusing this place with some other restaurant because the place I heard of was in Bell and the cooks/chefs were this renowned chefs and I don't think that's the case here or now. For sure, this place is not bad and I don't think you will get bad food, it was just underwhelming.
