Had their Molcajete for two people for $30 Comes with rice, beans, chicken, carne Asada, cheese and nopales. Paid $39 and thought it was worth every dollar. The staff was super kind, but I discovered that there are items on the items on the menu that do not reflect the actual pricing you will be charged. I ordered one of the spirits off the menu and was charged 40% over the listed price without being informed as the listed price is for a "shot", but if you just ask for the item you get a "pour". Love this place, never disappoints me! Today we had the parillada cello, mar, y tiera. Very delicious and good amount of food. We had it with corn tortillas which are great! Their agua frescas are perfect! We had the horchata and Jamaica. I've also had the their coctel and molcajete. Probably one of the best cocteles I've ever tried. I do recommend this place. I've come here several times and every time I leave happy with the food I order. I've tried one of the molcajetes and it's delicious. The shrimp with bacon and cheese is also delicious. This gets the max stars because it feeds my folks who live in the neighborhood. Each time I've visited they have a warm welcome and a delicious meal. There are a variety of dishes. The menu is large. It focuses on seafood. But, there are also typical Mexican breakfast and dinner dishes. I can't resist the shrimp cocktail. But, the other dishes are good too. Note: it can get noisy as they sometimes have futbol on the TV and music on the jukebox. On the weekends, (norteño) troubadours might stop by. You know, if you want ethnic food, you must go where ethnics live...for Mexican food one place that is Bell, CA. Another thing: there is a very famous restaurant down the street that is also good.
