Must eat local small business! Food was priced right & delicious. I love a good family run place, food came out fast and hot. Very good quality and flavors. Good portions and good price. My only complaints too much salad with ahi and offer olive oil and balsamic with the fresh bread.

The food is always fresh and delicious. Luckily service was superb because it was a nice late dinner. The ambiance is calming and enjoyable because it feels like home. Gotta come and experience it for yourself.

I am blown away. This gem. Very very pricey. Very delicious. Not expected at all in the area. Its like artisan level food here. Traditional oil/vinegar for the delicious pita cake looking bread. it looked overbaked, some pieces slightly too crispy for my taste but the taste was wtf amazing. unfortunately Im a butter dude, i dont like how oil feels on my lips and black vinegar is ick to me Chicken Cognac $27 - Flattened chicken cuts kinda meh but the mushroom sauce was sublime. The veggies were firm but seasoned just right, and that sauce on anything was phenomenally yum. The closest i could compare the shroom sauce to might be the steak diane sauce at Cheesecake factory but while theirs is savory rich, this one has like depth. Fettucine Alfredo $24. my friend said it was good. and he eats good food....that his mom cook. but the way it looked im coming next time foe this. Parking - tiny little lot shared with other tiny shops Bathroom - single occupant Service - dude this guy was a boss, remembered everything our 14 person party would ask for and i dont remember seeing a notepad. The way he spoke and recommended things was kind and gracious, not pushy at all, just downright pleasant. which in turn just makes a pleasant dining experience.

Amazing experience from start to finish. You can really feel that this is a family-owned restaurant--the care and attention shows in every dish. The ahi tuna was fresh and flavorful, the salmon was perfectly cooked with a delicious sauce, and the lasagna was rich, cheesy, and a standout. Everything tasted homemade but elevated. Great food, warm atmosphere--I'll definitely be back.

I really love this place. Compared to the pasta places in DTLA it's one of my favorites for a quick bite during lunch. Every time I've been their service has been quick and friendly. It's clean in the inside and also has a nice cocktail selection to choose from. I haven't been here for dinner but definitely love coming here for lunch during work. Highly recommend their linguine arrabbiata if you enjoy a mild spice.

Good spot for pasta in Lynwood. They have plenty of parking in the evenings. The service was excellent. The decor is nice, like a modern Italian restaurant. The bread they provide is made out of the pizza dough, and it was good! We tried the eggplant Parmesan, the Ribeye Steak, and the Vodka Penne. All were good, but the steak was my favorite. The cognac mushrooms were super flavorful. I practically licked the plate clean. Definitely recommend!

Amazing restaurant in Lynwood located on the corner of Imperial and MLK. The staff is very friendly and the food is delicious. Fresh bread while you wait for your order. Their Margherita pizza is the best . My son likes to add pepperoni. He is a very picky eater but says La Pasta is his favorite restaurant. Have tried several pasta dishes and they're all delicious. Absolutely must try if you're in the area.

LOVED THIS PLACE! From the moment I walked in, I knew I was in for a treat. They had a bunch of roses and heart decorations for Valentine's Day and there was plenty of available seating inside. Elgar greeted me warmly and was incredibly helpful and kind throughout my entire time dining in. I asked whether I should get the Chicken Cognac or the Chicken Parm and he suggested the Cognac, which was BOMB! One of the best chicken dishes I've had in quite some time. The chicken was cooked to perfection, the sauce was just the right consistency, and both the potatoes and veggies were well seasoned. Lots of food and great quality so you feel as though you get your money's worth. They also bring out complimentary bread with oil & vinegar which hit the spot, kudos to them for making sure the bread was fresh, warm, and soft with a nice crunchy exterior. Totally going to check this place out again when I'm in the area. Shoutout to Elgar for the phenomenal service and the chefs for whipping up such a delicious meal!!

I looked up this place and decided to give it a try. The food looked really good on the pictures some real authentic Italian food. I placed the order picked it up. It's a small place but with plenty of seating if you're looking to dine in with a lot of wine selection, I tried the penne and pink sauce. My wife had the lasagna and we shared the small pepperoni pizza and I must say I was impressed, especially with the penne and lasagna. It was really delicious. I'll definitely be placing orders and coming back here again.

This was a lavender lemonade type drink my friend ordered, it was yummy. It too sweet and just a lil tart

I've have passed by this place many times and came on a whim for dinner tonight. Everything was fantastic. The ambiance was nice, music was wonderful, servers were so friendly and attentive. Most of all, the service was fast and the food was delicious. I am so pleased, this really hit the spot after a rough week. I will definitely be back to try more!

Small amount of calamari, using zucchini and sweet potatoes as fillers. Cheap way of serving

Overall food was just ok. Considering the high reviews I was expecting better tasting food. Only the Bosciola was delicious. The food is not overly salty and not oily. It at least tasted healthy.

It is a smaller venue, so I highly recommend making reservations if you want guaranteed seating because once the live music starts, the place fills up FAST. But every single time I go, it's always a great experience. One thing I truly love most about this spot is how it naturally brings people together. I've met new friends just by sitting, chatting, and enjoying the music and wine. It's such a positive and inviting environment. Waiter Manuel. This…read moreis a review reflected on you, solely. Being kind is the moral of the story, from the beginning you were passive agressive with your comments and tone. Being in a party of 4 girls coming from high tea, we were dressed in elegant dresses, first comment was asking if we were coming from church, followed by eye flutters, short "okay" with an upward inflation to a joke about the day, an impatient comment about hurrying up and trying the wine while we were talking, asked for water when we were out, were left to pour the rest of our wine, didn't ask how the food was all the while was attentive to the table behind us, the cherry on top comment was when we were discussing the bill at the end, he was hovering at the table behind ours, then when we were ready, we asked to split the bill into 2, my portion on mine and the rest on another card, he then said "this isn't like a drive through, we can't do it that way" so I asked him to explain his comment, cause it was passive agressive and rude. After he wasnt able to becuase he wasnt expecting me to call out his rude comment, I had to then break it down and specify what I had ordered, he then sold "okayyyy....so how much, cause we don't itemize?" I had to again express for him to specify how they do it cause he has still yet to explain where his attitude is coming from and explain how they do their check splits, from my understanding it just felt like he wanted to play dumb and make me to the math, one I did he was like "ohh, okay" should have asked for the manager but we paid and left, I hasnt had this experience before being a returning customer, but he needs an attitude adjustment as his attitude was completely out of pocket. Do better Manuel, you alone got your place of work a 1 star. The rest of the staff was kind, facility beautiful and food and wine was good. This restaurant is not reflected in the 1 star.

Their front of house focus is the wine bar, but they also have a good cocktail and martini menu, as well as a nice selection of food items. The interior is warm and cozy with two different seating areas. The larger front area has bar seating, quite a few tables, and a lounge area in the back corner with several couches. There is another area in the back which is smaller, and houses their cocktail bar and a number of two seat high top tables. You can order anything on the menu from either area. We sat at the bar in front for some Sunday evening cocktails and small bites. We started out with the spinach & artichoke dip ($15). The dip came out very hot, was a big portion, and was very good. However, the menu said it came with toast points, but instead it was served with tortilla chips which were just ok. The advertised toast points or fresher tortilla chips would have made this appetizer better. My first cocktail was the Limoncello Martini (vodka, fresh Limoncello, lemon juice, $15). I usually love anything lemon and this was a good martini with light lemon flavor. She started with the Purple Martin Martini (vodka, raspberry puree, pineapple, $15). This was another good martini with light sweetness from the raspberry and pineapple, not a sugar bomb. We wanted a little more food, so we ordered the Caprese flatbread ($18). It was a good size, and the dough was great. It had a good amount of cheese and tomatoes, and I really liked the balsamic drizzle on top. However, it did not come with the basil that was listed on the menu. Next, I tried the Peperoncino Martini (vodka, Italian Peperoncino brine, black pepper, extra virgin olive oil, $15). I loved this, one of the more unique martinis I've had. She liked her sip so much, she ordered her own for number three. Her second cocktail was the Carmel Apple Martini (carmel apple vodka, Licor 43, lemon, star anise, caramel cube garnish, $15). Most of the time, you would expect a caramel apple martini to be a sugar bomb, but not this one. The flavors were great with a light sweetness. And who doesn't like a caramel square treat? For my last one, I had the Cinnamon Sleigh (bourbon, cinnamon spice, maple, orange twist, $15). This was a good sipping finisher with light cinnamon notes and those great orange aromatics. KJ was our server, and she was very sweet and friendly. We came early in the evening and it was a little slow, so we chatting with her quite a bit. I'd take a half point off for the two food items not coming with the listed items, but rounded up to five stars overall. The bill had a 3% charge added for using a credit card. The location is a little small inside however, I feel like for something very intimate this is the perfect place. Parking is great there's a structure across with tons of parking. Great place to go drink some wine and have a charcuterie board.

The wine list (which rotates) had a few things I recognized (and already love) and things I hadn't heard of before. I went for a chilled red because it was the perfect warm evening for it. The super Californian. Delicious! The bartender Jake was warm and funny, I believe he is the manager too. I ended up getting a second glass because everyone sitting inside, including him, were so engaging and fun to talk to! If you are thinking of stopping in! Do it! I'll be back!

It's a small, charming spot with a relaxed atmosphere. Just a heads up- there's no indoor seating, so everything is outdoors with a small patio setup. That said, when the weather is nice, it's actually ideal. It feels very laid back and intimate, like one of those hidden neighborhood gems you stumble upon. The employee working when we went was super friendly and welcoming, which always makes a place feel even better. The wine I tried was really good, you can definitely tell it's natural wine (in a good way!). They also have small bites available if you want to snack while you drink, though we didn't end up ordering food. Parking is street parking in the area, which wasn't too difficult to find when we went. Overall it was just a really pleasant experience. If you're looking for a casual place to enjoy a glass of natural wine outside on a nice day, this is definitely a spot worth checking out.
