It was a late night for me and I ordered through uber eats got a medium half cheese half pepperoni (had to call restaurant for request cause no option to modify on uber eats app) and a lot of my friends always hyped it up that this is the best pizza spot in Bell/Bell Gardens area and tbh it was a bit overrated. They were stingy with portion for medium pizza the crust was great but the rest of the pie looked like a small pizza was thrown in the middle hardly any cheese or sauce and barely any pepperoni for $14 not worth it sorry! I believe this was the first time I've tried Al Pastor on a pizza and the only time pineapple belongs on a pizza... when there is Al Pastor involved. The size of the pizza was your typical sized of about 12". The pizza did take a while to make. We used Uber Eats to order, so overall the making of the pizza and the delivery took about an hr and a half. Can't discuss the pizza but I'll discuss the customer service. Called in an order at 6:12 according to the receipt. Was told 30 minutes by the person who took the order. Showed up around 6:40 expecting a small wait. Was told my order wasn't ready. I ask some around 6:45 how long my wait is and they say 5 minutes as I see a pizza that is half meat lover half te amo sitting around. 6:54 pizza is still sitting as I'm waiting for the wings. Maritza, who said she was the manager, told me that it's always more than 30 minutes because it's the weekend. Well why tell someone it'd be ready in 30. She then told me it hadn't been 30 minutes. So when I said let's look at the receipts and it said I placed the order at 6:12 it was now 6:54 and I still didn't have my order if it was more or less than 30 minutes. She replied with it hadn't been 30 minutes. I asked where my pizza was she said that wasn't my pizza that had been sitting around. So what was I wasting for? The wings to come out.
