Extremely small parking lot, take out only. Service is fairly quick. The place seems clean. A large pep is $8.99 now, and the cheese is scarce. The only thing I can clearly taste is crust. It's disappointing as this used to be my fave fast pizza joint. I won't be returning. read more

So I would come here anytime I wanted pizza. Loved the pepperoni but recently they have started cutting back on their toppings. Before a normal pepperoni pizza would have a lot of pepperoni on their pizza but recently the last couple of times I have gone, they have little to no pepperoni on the pizza. So with the recent cutbacks on the toppings I'm sorry to say that this pizza place is not the place to go anymore for pizza. I would even consider Little Cesar's Pizza is better than pregio. read more

The signs outside state (in English and Spanish) something to the likes of "online orders walk inside; phone orders and in-person orders wait in line." Hey Pregio, you're already fast enough. You need a better system than this. Maybe that way yelling matches and threats of violence between patrons will not ensue. The employee at the counter half-assed agreed with me when I told her that she needs to inform her manager of the expletive shouting match between 3 different patrons of Pregio Pizza on Saturday, October 23, 2021, AND to replace the current signage... even though it was one of the dudes who started sh*t and obviously didn't read the signs in the first place. I got real upset when one dude about 10 feet away from me joined the yelling and threatened to lay out the woman (as she stated) in the whole fiasco. He constantly begged her to touch him so he could do it. My sheepdog mentality was in high gear with my kids there. The employees need to manage situations like this better than that. They may not want to, but they need to. The employee I spoke to seemed flustered. But so were the rest of us waiting outside to go inside to retrieve our orders. This pizza, for the price, is 100% worth it. The Downey spot I've been going to for most of my life is probably four times as expensive and it isn't four times better. The crust was soft and tasty and fresh. I felt it could use more cheese, but next time I'll just order extra cheese because it'll still be a bargain! I've been coming here for the past 3 years and never had a problem until the other day one of the cashiers charged me for an extra pizza we didn't order. I didn't realize until I got back to the car and my brother told me he only ordered 1. So I went back in to get a refund and return the pizza ( didn't even open the boxes). The employee said ok let me get the manager and the manager named Argelia refused to give me a refund for a pizza I didn't even order. She had a huge attitude and belittled me the whole time. She was very condescending and even the other cashier had a confused look on his face on why she was refusing me the refund. The pizza, prices and ambiance are good but I'd rather spend my money elsewhere like Downey pizza where at least I'm not being treated poorly. read more

My boy was craving pizza for dinner, so thought it'd order from Pronto for the first time and get some chicken wings for myself. We usually order from Pizza Hut, but their prices are getting outrageous and they don't have good wings, which made Pronto seem like a good alternative based on the reviews. The pizza was very good, nice and greasy! And the chicken wings were delicious; right size, good flavor, and crisp on the skin. So, my boy loves thin crust pizza and that's what I ordered. Disclaimer, the order was made via Doordash. This is an updated review. I recently went to this Pizzaria for the first time. Upon arriving, I was asked for a confirmation number for the Pizza. I did not have one and I left my cellphone at home as it has it on the iPhone. I argued with the staff that it was my pizza as I had given my identification. No luck as they wanted this identification number. The long story short is that I received my pizza after much begging. I told them if they did not want to give me the pizza that was already paid for, I would be happy to go thru American express and cancel the payment. I was given the pizza but told that this can't happen again. Wait, I'm the customer that paid for the pizza. I went the following day as I was pissed. I spoke to the "manager/supervisor". He advised me that the policy is that I must have an identification number. It was the policy. I said to please show me the policy. I was advised that it was a verbal policy and nothing written. Nothing on the store walls said I needed an identification number. Again, I was still irritated so I posted a review on YELP. Lou the general manager wrote back to me and also tried to call me. We finally discussed the situation. I contacted Lou and he took care of everything. The Pizza was excellent, really. It was the customer service that I was not happy with and for this reason, I have never gone back. Again, the pizza was great. Lou took care of everything and for this reason, I have changed my review from 1 star to 5 stars. Customer service is now a 5 star. This is because the supervisor was involved. I'll see how the customer service is when I actually go to the pizzeria. My gut feeling is that the customer service will be excellent. Lou, thanks so much for becoming involved with the complaint. For a $13.08 Pizza, this should have never happened. I'm sure that the staff will be brought up to speed with CUSTOMER SERVICE and how to take care of problems.
