The reason why I am giving it one star is because I ordered wings, and first off the wings are really small I didn't mind because they are actually really good! Secondly when I placed my order they told me it was going to take 10 more additional minutes so I went to sit in my car as I am waiting I see a lady coming from the laundromat (next door) she looked really upset bringing back an order of wings in the white foam container that they serve them in and she tells something to the cashier (young skinny girl) and the lady storms out and goes back to the laundromat. I am looking at the cashier and she goes and tells the lady in charge something (lady had a high bun ponytail) and she points at where they have the wings so then I see the cashier walk over to where all the wings are and she puts them back NOT ASIDE BUT SHE MIXES THEM WITH THE REST OF THE WINGS that the lady brought back The fact that she didn't even inspect the wings before throwing them back in the tray with the other ones. THE FACT THAT SHE EVEN PUT THEM BACK AND MIXED THEM WITH THE REST IS PLAIN DISGUSTING !!! I told my fiancé as all this was happening and he couldn't believe it so he begins to watch and he saw the same thing I did! There pizza is good only if you your order with extra cheese since they skimp you out. Their garlic butter used to be really good until they change it completely to like a paste - I'm guessing they're cutting back on cost. Also their pizzas used to be put into a Pregio logo boxes now they're just plain brown cardboard boxes. So all of this combined is the reason why I stopped coming here! So my family and I would frequent prontos before pregio took over they keep the same great pizza taste ... the cheese bread is the best still! but let's talk wings. Pregio is our family to go pizza place. I know we love the pizza and wings. I especially like coming in when Blanca is the cashier/ do it all person. Always friendly always moving. I also order for my business which requires them to have multiple pizzas ready in a short time from opening. Blanca always has things ready for us. PIZZA!!! Who doesn't love pizza?!? This is most perfect meal ever invented. Have pizza? You will be satisfied. Granted there are different kinds of pizza, different qualities, and for that we have standards. My go to pizza place used to be a place that starts with the letter "P". I loved frequenting that establishment because of its proximity and their take out deals. Then I tried Pronto Pizza. Pronto Pizza hits the spot every time. Their pizza is always hot, fresh and delicious. And at $5-6 for a large cheese or pepperoni, how can you go wrong?? Their pepperoni pizzas are always ready to go so you can walk in and buy one. All other pizzas should be ordered ahead of time if you don't want to wait. You would think that for the low price quality or taste would be sacrificed. That's not the case with Pronto Pizza. We've always been satisfied with their pizza. It's become a ritual to have pizza on Fridays , so Friday had become known as "Pizza Friday" and we always get Pronto's now. They also have soda, dips, and chicken wings available. There are other flavors of pizza and they also have cheesey bread and bread sticks. Parking lot can get really busy on a Friday or Saturday night but cars move in and out quickly. They do take debit/credit cards. read more

So Pronto Pizza is is always delicious. This is why I give them 3 stars. But I just ordered a Supreme Pizza and a regular Pepperoni Pizza and the total was $19 dollars and change. It's good, but for this price I might as well go to Pizza Hut. The prices have gone up over the years and this was pre pandemic. If you want to order a budget friendly pizza order the Pepperoni or Cheese Pizza and that's it from here. I feel sorry for the people who order wings here! I suggest: going to Food 4 Less about 5 minutes away and getting your wings there and then ordering a pizza or cheese pizza here. Thank you Alex and Vicky! I always buy Pronto pizza from this location and this was my first time back in since COVID shut down. You can see they have made all necessary changes to follow regulations and making safety a priority. Unfortunately for me I lost my wallet on a day I visited them and the last place I used my card to purchase their delicious pizza. When I called to ask for help in case it fell there or someone turned in, Vicky answered my call. She was so nice to hear me out while I explained why I was calling. She politely put me on hold and transferred me to Alex. Alex went above and beyond getting info such as my time of purchase, vehicle, clothes I wore, to look through surveillance footage and see what happened after I paid. He called me back after a few minutes and gave me details to help me. They are always busy yet their customer service has proven to be amazing just like their pizza! read more

Give it a try! Do it for the real canadian bacon. My first time having this was incredibly disappointing. Not because of taste, but because I felt my order was wrong and missing an item. I ordered a pepperoni pizza, add jalepenos to half, even specified I want pep on both sides. Yet still got a half jalepeno, half pep pizza. I shouldn't have to pay 2 extra dollars to have pep on both sides of my pep pizza. Also, the breadsticks were not bagged up and came with no sauce. No sauce is borderline offensive, at that point, it was just extra pizza crust. Extremely dissapointing. Gave it another chance, and this time, they had everything. I'm going to all cap this because it is that big of a deal to me.... THEY HAVE REAL CANADIAN BACON AND REAL RED ONIONS! I am so tired of these other pizza restaurants using chunks of diced ham. She switched from English and fluent Spanish so quick lol and she's very kind in both. When I offered a tip she said she would rather have a review on yelp! Love the honesty and hard work! Parking/location- The parking is in a small shopping center. So parking can get full fast. This is a very small pizza shop. Food/pricing- this is a great alternative to little Cesar's. I feel like the pizza tastes better. They have pizza, wings and bread ready for take out. Price is reasonable and about the same as other take out quick pick up. Prior to arriving I attempted to place a phone order and was rudely told they don't do that and they quickly hung up on me before I could ask anything else. Once I arrive I placed my order and waited in my car while the pizza and wings were prepared. As I was waiting in my car I can see through the window that the person operating the register would handle cash from customers and then run over to the back into the kitchen to handle food without washing their hands or wearing gloves. The two cooks in the kitchen were not wearing gloves and using their phone again not practicing hygiene while handling food. Furthermore, there were roughly 4-5 employees "working" that night and the only person that was actually working was the woman behind the register. She took orders, prepped food, refilled hot plate display. The men in the back were mostly on their phones than actually cooking. All employees had their masks under their noses or would occasionally be below their chin. All in all, DO NOT come here you are at a higher risk of contracting COVID-19 because of the cross contamination between food and cash from different people all day. This establishment is improperly handling food and not following CDC guidelines. Edit: Response: I placed an order on August 5th roughly 8:15PM. Yes, you can see the kitchen from there parking lot if you park in front of the business. Furthermore, you're able to see the kitchen while waiting at the register. The front wall is relatively small with a door entrance to the kitchen, next to the wall is the hot food display. Yes, there's a barrier; however, the person behind the register would pull down her mask to call out and come out pull down their mask and call out the name of the order. Unsure if you're aware, but the virus travels through respiratory droplets that linger in the air. I may have not been clear but I wasn't discussing the food prior to oven. I was discussing the handling in food after being removed from the oven. The orders receipts sit directly behind the register there food is placed into boxes and cut into slices and in that process gloves were not worn. This is also visible from the car if you'd like to know. You claim that you "always" take phone orders; I'll assume not everyone in the establishment is informed on that as that was not my experience. read more

If I could give this restaurant less than one star for tonight, I would. Placed an order at 8:30 and still waited at the store an hour and 10 minutes before writing this review. Still haven't received my food. There was a skinny kid with glasses taking orders and he gave the worst customer service I've experienced in a long time. This location is very unorganized. I would recommend Papa Johns, Pizza Hut, Dominoes or any other mom and pop restaurant for faster service. After the wait, the skinny kid with glasses taking orders tried to tell me there was nothing he could do because my order was lost. Basically that's a lie because there's always something that can be done! He was just trying to rush me out of the store so he wouldn't have to deal with my order. At about five minutes after the store was supposed to be closed, we finally got our food thanks to Sergio. He's the only glue holding that place together. It was a literal mission to get this pizza! I called in they told me the wait was 25 minutes. Ok, then I get there, theres no parking in that small plaza. So I circle around and find parking across the street. Then when I crossed the big streets with a walking light. Two times a car was going to run me over as they turned. I had the walking light. The crossing street is so dark. Then the pizza was not evenly made and the crust was big and it seemes like they lost my order because it was not crispy.
