I was given a slot within a few days and given full parking instructions, there was plenty of parking even though she's downtown! The shop is simple and beautiful very cozy and welcoming. She also provided photos and instructions on how to find her shop, which were very helpful. Prior to my lashes appointment, Vivian made sure that I know exactly how to find her studio because it is located in DT San Jose and can be a bit hidden if you are not from that area. She sent me directions with pictures just to make sure I know where I am going and caution me with the $2/hr meter street parking. She is super amazing for doing that for her clients and I must say that was super helpful to me. When I arrived, she prepared the one time use disposable cover on the beauty bed all ready to do my lashes. She made me feel very welcomed and she suggested styles that will best fit my eye shape. My first eyelash extension experience was here last month and I am so mad I didn't try them sooner! She knows her shit and was very detailed. She attaches the lashes specifically for the direction of my natural lashes. Like some of my natural lashes criss cross and she glued the falsies to compliment the direction, not correct it if that makes any sense. I'm going back to get them again! They didn't start to fall out until I was well into week four which is a really long time! Even now, five weeks in, I still have a good amount intact.
