I love the feel of the material but the prices at first when you sign up for a membership you can get 2 pants for $24 which is great then you're looking at paying $69.95 for just one... for an XL-2XL-3XL... not too many selections in stores for us BIG WOMEN. Not happy about my selections but on the upside you can order online in store and they wave the shipping... but then again my sizes are all sold out too Ugh! Fatgirl problems! It's hard to find affordable plus size work put clothes. Fabletics seemed like a good option. But the online website is a bit confusing. I signed up for membership and they auto charged me every month but they say u can use money charged at later time but u can ONLY use it on certain pricing and sizes not always available. Also outfits they suggested for me at the "correct" pricing sometimes only 1 part of outfit available in my sizing, which I inputted as preferences already. I'm so happy there's a fabletics store here on Oahu! Shipping adds up and takes too long. The leggings are great! I love the leggings because they're tight and good quality material! Cute sports bras but I would prefer some padding. The employees at international market place are super friendly, nice and helpful! Being a member is easy and you get the great discounts. If you don't want to buy every month, just "skip a month". You're not obligated to buy every month. read more

I am a VIP member and I really do wish that I could live in their clothing 24/7! Ordering from Hawaii on the website costs an extra $9 for shipping, so it is really worthwhile to make the trip into Waikiki to shop in person. I try to make it a point to visit the store at least once a month since they get in new styles and prints monthly. Parking at the International Marketplace has always been plentiful when I go and Fabletics will validate and the first hour is free, The Fabletics store is on the 2nd floor and its always well-stocked and clean. All the girls there are always so helpful! I love to go in to see Leisha and Raquel who are amazing and always extra patient with me. First of all- I have been a VIP member on fabletics for years now. I'm a very petite person standing at just under 5' and 95lbs (pure muscle of course! ;) But this company sells xxs leggings which is perfect! Also, the fabric is identical to lulu and for much cheaper. I love the design, fabric, style everything. But my main reason for leaving a review is because of the outlet itself. The girl that helped me was AMAZING!! She made me want to be friends and go do yoga. She asked my sizes and listened and helped me find stuff and also showed me items that were in my size they were almost out of. She was incredible. So worth the drive out here, especially when they got sales going on! Only location on island. The workers are sooo friendly!!! They greet you as soon as you step foot in store and they help you find whatever you need, and assist you when trying on, like bringing you different sizes without going out to search for one. Recently I've been seeing Fabletics online everywhere!! I was super stoked when I found out they opened a location in Hawaii. Stopped by a few days ago and was assisted by Tatum (I really hope I'm not butchering her name). She was amazing! Very friendly and made me feel very comfortable. She explained the Vip Program to me, answered all of my questions thoroughly and even pulled a few pieces for me. I'm very happy with my purchases. Today I entered the Fabletics store for the first time and I am so happy I did. First off, I am not an athletic person, nor do I want to be but with the new year coming around I was on the hunt for a few sports bras so I could accompany my husband on some runs (for me walks) in 2019. So I've been to a few workout stores to see the selection and price range of things and this is the first store that I entered and found something I was comfortable wearing, was a very reasonable price and had the most friendly and knowledgeable sales associate! Her name was Jamie, not sure if I am spelling it correctly but she took the time to ask me what I was looking for, show me a range of options and colors allowing me to determine what was best for me. She also showed me other things in the store that would benefit me if I wanted as well as showing me the two items I purchased online so I could determine if I was going to like them or need to exchange them when they arrive. She went above and beyond and her and the other two associates she was working with were so personable and helpful that I left pretty comfortable in my purchases, motivated to start using them and feeling like I just met some great people in the process. Personally, I am huge on customer service and also return to the establishments that made me feel most valued and comfortable and even though it's a drive for me, I think I will only be purchasing active wear from this location. read more

I always feel a little self-conscious when walking into activewear stores because I'm not the most athletic person. Fabletics' customer service reminds you of why you're there: to get in shape and have clothes to exercise in. Each team member listens to what you need, makes suggestions based on what you say, and helps you figure out which deals would best benefit you. They are patient, which helps when you're a fickle shopper. The product is durable and moisture wicking for those sweaty workouts. It's also very versatile, varying from mesh leggings with cell phone pockets to lightweight capris to cold-weather fleece-lined pants. The only thing I found positive were the cute designs. For the price I prefer the brand Zella or Lululemon for more superior fabric and fit. Also, when I called to cancel my "VIP" membership I was transferred and hung up on 3 times. Interesting that when I called back a 4th time and pretended I needed help with an order I was able to get a representative on the phone immediately. I have seen these tactics on occasion with online memberships. I don't see the "VIP" experience whatsoever. Not a fan of manipulating the consumer into keeping a membership they don't want. read more

I was skeptical about this online subscription platform and have yet to try it because it's hard to tell what you'll get shopping with out trying it on and what the fabric is like. However on my vacation to Hawaii, I found an actual store and figured to at least take a look, try on some items and ask questions in person. Really glad I stepped in the store because the sales associates were super helpful. I'm also pregnant so the associates made me feel welcomed and didn't pressure me. I honestly didn't want to buy anything but found a pair of the comfiest soft shorts and jogger pants. Perfect for this pregnant yogi in 3rd trimester. Overall what a great experience especially with the nicest associates. Fabletics, at least at this location, is AMAZING ! every single time every person is so nice and caring and is genuinely happy to help you with anything! Every time I leave this store I feel like I've made a new friend and I'm a shy, wonder around shopping while listening to music, tuning everyone out kinda shopper. I signed up a couple of months ago on my first trip as a member (for the deals and the fact that they have sports bras that actually fit and secure my large bust!), every time I go in they always teach me new ways on how to use my membership to the fullest. Like today I went in because I had a $50 credit and leisha (sorry if spelling wrong) went above and beyond ! Telling me about the 40% off on top of membership prices and looked up different outfits (which I thought was just online) to add on to my already great leggings! Without membership and her help/ advice it would've cost $379.70 for 3 outfits ! (Tops and bottoms) But with her guidance and expertise I spent $80 ! WHAT !!!! What a deal ! Randomly took a chance venturing in here since I've been brain washed by social media and kept seeing their ads and to be quite honest I live in yoga, legging, and sweat pants so why not check it out? Today was my lucky day as the store was offering a great deal, 40% off for 5 items, which made everything that I purchased less of a sticker shock. The store was extremely neat and well presented. Leisha, bless her heart, is the most kind, patient, knowledgeable, and helpful sale's associate I've met in a very long time. I wish all SA's were as nice as her! I don't want to throw shade to a well-known pretentious lemon company out there but compared to them...Fabletics is really fabulous! The sizing is very "generous" as I am *wink* and functional. You don't have to worry about seeing through the cheeks as the material provides great coverage, compression, and moisture absorbing properties. read more

I have always heard great things about the brand from family who have been members and are constantly adding to their Fabletics collection but was very hesitant to make the jump over as I love a couple other athletic brands and assumed Fabletics was more a womens focused brand. After receiving a shirt and some casual shorts as a gift I can safely say Fabletics has some fantastic mens apparel as well! I recently ventured into the Waikiki location at International Market Place with family to see if there were any other color/style options I might like. As expected not a huge mens collection but I was able to find a couple things that fit exactly how I like, similar to other brands for a great price but the best part was the knowledge that all the staff had! A few of them had first hand knowledge from their family of how things would fit and gave me some great advice on which items online I might be interested in as well. They were also impressively attentive to my sisters who seemed intent on trying on everything... no matter which staff member was free they would jump in to help them out and bring them additional items to try on that they might like. I walked out with a new pair of shorts and my sisters with stuff for every season and way too much to keep track of... will definitely be back there as there is always something new and seems to be a seamless system of exchanging or using your credit from online shopping with them. If the rest of the staff is anything like the ones I met then you will be guaranteed to have some of the best service I have seen in retail clothing! read more
