Highly disappointed! Do not store anything thing that means anything to you here! I had two units at the same time in order to accommodate all of my belongings. I paid for my units on time every month and I paid for the insurance God forbid anything goes wrong! My items that were stored in the inside unit 1500 were fine. However, several of my items that were stored in the outer unit 1004 were damaged by vermin. The storage company puts plastic packets of rat poison on the floor in the corners of the units because clearly they are aware that there is a vermin issue. Unfortunately, the mice or rats ate the poison and got sick and urinated, shat and or vomitted on my belongings. There was urine drippings on my belongings and the plastic that was wrapped around my sectional was eaten into and torn. As soon as I opened the garage door on my unit, I was overwhelmed with a horrible sour smell that something had died in the unit. I went to the office to report the smell and damages to the gentleman working in the office. He came out to the unit and could clearly smell the stench and saw the stains and drippings on several pieces of my furniture and tools. He took several pictures and said that he would file an incident report and handed me a brochure and repeatedly urged me to file a claim. I had to throw away several pieces of furniture including a solid wood buffet table, a sectional couch, 3 sitting chairs, 4 dining chairs, round dining table, wall art, area rug, power washer, generator, etc. I took photographs of all of the items that I had to take to the dump and filed a claim. I've spoken to the claim department 3 different times on the phone all to be told that they will not be paying for any of the damages. Not only are they gauging customers for the cost of the units, but taking payment for insurance and refusing to pay the claim! Never again will I use this storage company and I would strongly urge others not to use this facility or company as they do not pay for damages done to your belongings at their vermin fault! read more
