For anyone attempting to show up to this store and turn in their phone for a Trade-In, don't…read more I had already received my replacement phone in the mail, and was turning my old phone into this location to complete the Trade-In and get the credits applied to my account. As they were checking my phone's condition the man assisting me, Angel, noticed a small scratch on the backplate of the phone. He ran his fingernail over the backplate, and mentioned that the store rates scratches by if their fingernail can catch. He then proceeded to estimate my Trade-In value at $350. Then, he called over the manager, Layla, who did the "fingernail test" and agreed on the value of my trade-in at $350. Besides this small scratch, my phone is in pristine condition and meets the requirements stated on AT&T's website: 1.Does the Device power on and off 2.Is the activation lock turned off 3.Is the device functioning correctly and intact, free of any chips, cracks, bruised/dead pixels or burn-in I called another AT&T store in my area and they said that this "fingernail test" isn't something stores do at all and isn't a part of AT&T's overall company policy. (besides that it's just absurd). I even called corporate AT&T, they also confirmed this isn't how AT&T checks phone conditions, and it's also not the store employee role to give you the money value of your trade-in. I called this location back to try to speak with someone else and spoke to Chris, another manager. Chris also said the "fingernail test" is standard for their store and when asked for the names of the employees who helped me, he initially refused, saying, "why do you need to know that". SOLUTION: take your phone to Ellisville or Chesterfield (both 5 stars) if you want the correct value of your phone given, and the credits you're owed put into your account. This Washington location doesn't have their customers' best interest in mind.

I agree that the Washington store is the worse in customer service. I have experienced the same…read more They are rude. They are distracted. They are inefficient. They are not concerned about the customer. They do not conduct business in a way that makes the customer feel like they are being honest and hearing what you are asking for. I avoid AT&T store at all costs. Unfortunately I am the one who suffers in the end. They are worse than going to the worse dentist.

I've also tried auto pay, per their suggestion, past two payments autopay has failed on their end still causing me to have late fees lol. Such a joke.

In an economy where people are having to make choices to keep the lights on or feed their families,…read moreAT&T could have done the right thing but chose to rip off a long-term customer instead. I was an AT&T customer for many years for both internet, phone, and mobile WiFi . I switched to Google Fiber the minute it became available in my area because of constant billing creep but I kept my mobile WiFi "brick" for secure internet when traveling. This billed automatically to a credit card with autopay that ensured the bill was paid on time every single month. Unused data GBs don't roll over from month to month and I haven't used the Brick in a year but just noticed that the billing increased from $82 to $107/mo - several months ago without notice. I called AT&T to cancel and asked for a refund of last months charges (they can see that I haven't used it AT ALL in a year) but they refused to refund me a cent of the charges after I spent 2 hours on hold shuffled to 3 different people - thanks for wasting not only my money but my time. Don't use AT&T (unless you have a bunch of money to burn)!
