After exceeding our expectations, and everything being up to code, we called her back out in early May to replace 9 outlets and to install a ceiling fan. That cost us about $700-$800, and again was amazing and exceeded our expectations. After completing our renovation in the basement. We called them back out to install 3 new outlets. A gentlemen named Mark came out and took a look at what we had going on. He then told us the wire Angela used during her time here was done incorrectly and had to be all re done. I was shocked. I called to talk to Russ and he communicated to us that her work would NOT be under our warranty! WHAT?! So taking it lightly I asked mark what it would cost to take out the wiring and install 3 new outlets. The quote was $6900?!?! Basically saying because mark and Russ weren't there when Angela did the work. They can't "confirm or deny" anything even tho the work done is all on file in there records. After calling around to a few other electrical companies they all said that something like that should only be $500-$1000. Still in a state of shock about this whole thing, now we have to call a new inspector out to make sure the work that was done was actually done CORRECTLY. Absolutely absurd, not to sure what happen in the last year with this company but the conversations I had with Russ and mark today was recorded for my and their safety and best believe the B.B.B. will be getting ALL these documents. Terrible experience today and hope this review keeps this from happening to other people. 0/10!

Well, it took about 15 minutes to tell me those things and I was told $230 to install the outlet IF I bought the $50 floor box myself. (And I was told this was the cheaper option!) That was a $75 service fee plus a minimum hour labor. This was not said when I scheduled the call. Do you know how much that is to be told those simple things? I didn't get a doorbell or an outlet and paid over $100 that day. And their "credit card lady wasn't in that day. Cash or check only". Eye roll. They should have told me on the phone to either buy the floor box, they don't do doorbells, or that it will cost me that much to just look at it. In the end, this outlet will be over $400 by the time it's said and done. Are you kidding?! I'll call around for the install.
