The installation was very professional; they had to run some new lines through my garage, but everything they ran was tied up and tucked away neatly. I had the Genie DVR installed, and Dan (owner) sat down with my wife for about 10 minutes explaining all of the features of the remote, DVR service, and DirecTV offerings. I was an AT&T customer for many years for both internet, phone, and mobile WiFi . I switched to Google Fiber the minute it became available in my area because of constant billing creep but I kept my mobile WiFi "brick" for secure internet when traveling. This billed automatically to a credit card with autopay that ensured the bill was paid on time every single month. Unused data GBs don't roll over from month to month and I haven't used the Brick in a year but just noticed that the billing increased from $82 to $107/mo - several months ago without notice. I called AT&T to cancel and asked for a refund of last months charges (they can see that I haven't used it AT ALL in a year) but they refused to refund me a cent of the charges after I spent 2 hours on hold shuffled to 3 different people - thanks for wasting not only my money but my time. Don't use AT&T (unless you have a bunch of money to burn)!
