It seemed to be heating, but I could hardly get the keypad/control panel to register the amount of time. I thought I'd see if I could repair it cheaply instead of buying a new one. I called Schneider who told me that to replace the panel would cost about $150. So I told him thanks, but I would buy a new one then. He asked me some questions and said let's try to reboot it and reprogram it. IT WORKED! Not only did I not need a new microwave, but the technical support was free. I highly recommend you give them a call before throwing your possibly fixable appliance.

Lots of employees re stocking shelves and hustling around. I found a cart and headed to the back of the store to find what I needed. Was not very impressed with the fruit selection. I purchased a 75" Sony TV 6 months ago and I needed to buy a new remote control for it and the…read moreremote needed to be able to handle two sets or zones of speakers. I went to the electronics department and their was only one person working in the department. I must have waited 25 to 35 minutes to speak to someone. At least 3 employees walked by me without saying a word and I could see 5 employees standing in a different department in a circle talking. When I did finally speak to a person in the TV electronics department. They didn't know if the remotes that they had would support two sets of speakers or Zones. I had already check the remotes that they were selling and they didn't. While the person that I spoke to was nice and tried to be helpful, I left Best Buy disappointed and the purpose of my visit was not resolved. I am sorry to say this is usually what I find when I go there.

It can get very time eating though, a pet peeve of mine. I'm a impatient person and that's my fault. Sorry. Store was huge with lots of gears, gizmos and other great jazz. Lots to pick from, great variety of models and other such. Prices were fairly reasoned. Expect technology to be expensive, please do. That is normal. Service depends on who you ask for help. Some staff are very helpful and patient, while some can be on the rocky side when considered "good." It's too bad, so I don't go shopping for technology a lot. This store is decent, nothing special. It's somewhere I don't mind shopping at so a final rating of three stars will work for me, in my opinion.
