It wasn't until I had my entire first floor gutted and explained to the contractor I would be using my electrician did I realize how exceptional Jeff's work is. I am sure at the time my contractor felt he would be more comfortable with "his" electrical contractor. Brad Hackett who has been a contractor for 20 plus years said he has never seen such exceptional work as Jeff's. Interesting, I didn't know there could be that much difference, I was just lucky. I've lived in the RIverbend area for six years now and Barrett Heating & Cooling has been my go to…read morecompany for my HVAC system. They've kept my A/C and heating in good working condition. When I first started with Barrett H&C, I bought the yearly service plan and have renewed it every year since. It's a good value and a great way to keep your heating and cooling system going strong while not straining your budget. The package includes annual visits twice a year at the beginning of each cooling and heating season. Doing these bi-annual check-ups, helps keep an aging system last a little bit longer. Over the years I have had a couple different service technicians, but they've all been professional and friendly. When I schedule my appointment, the dispatcher gives me a couple of time windows to choose from. When the tech is on his way to my house, the dispatcher calls and lets me know they are on the way. Good techs and an attentive dispatcher, equals quality customer service.
