They are not reputable.  The owner will harass you to pay before the work is completed.  He did not complete the job we hired his company to do.  The parts that they worked on he used cheap materials and the work was sloppy and rushed.  He kept trying to get more money from us but wasn't making any progress on our project.  The owner is quick to say "breach of contract," to the person or company that has hired him but in essence he is the one that is breaching the contract.  He will not apply for the proper permits and takes shortcuts.
