So kelly got a text from metro saying that, she had to upgrade her to the new network. Because as many of you know T mobile has taken over metro. We was both a upset about that cause her phone was fine.
So we went to the corporate store on lake worth road. When got there it was packed. After an hour wait they told they don't have s5 in stock. So we left there totally pissed off and tried 2 other on the way home. They was also out of the s5.
I called this store and asked if they had the s5 in stock. Gina the girl that works there said they did, great put my name on it. She asked my name and wrote down to hold it for me. I jumped in the car and got there as fast as possible.
I walked in the door and was greeted " Goodmorning how can I help you ". I said hi i'm mike s. that called a little bit ago. Gina said yes I remember got your phone right here. That was the best thing to hear after the hell, I have been through.
I told her that I was trading in a s3 and was to get a $299 credit. She looked it up and said yes you do. Great things are finely going smoothly. I told her that Kelly wanted all her contacts and pics transferred to the new phone. She said know problem she would take care that for her.
Normally that would be easy just take the sd card out and put it in the new phone. But the sd card didn't work. So I was about to panic again and gina said I can do it by bluetooth. Thank god you know what your doing. It toke her two seconds to down load the contacts and about hour to load all the pics. Kelly has over 400 pics on the phone.
But I gotta hand it to gina. She did an awesome job and was super helpful the whole time. She should get a raise in my book. read more
