Jason is a miracle worker! I have an old house with a very old, steel/glass front door that was almost impossible to lock. I tried multiple locksmiths over the years, including one very well regarded old place in Detroit and was always told there was nothing that could be done and I'd have to replace the door. Fast forward to now and I'm trying to get the house ready to sell. Called this place as a last resort and Jason asked me a few diagnostic questions and assured me he could get it working but it might be a long job. He came out the next day and we looked at it together and he quickly diagnosed the main issue and then identified multiple things he could do to get it in good working order. He walked me through his proposed fixes and was also honest about the limitations of what he could and couldn't fix. I understood it couldn't be made perfect and never expected that, I just needed it to be safe and functional so it wouldn't be an issue for any potential buyers. He worked on it for nearly two hours. When he ran into new issues he communicated them clearly and what he would do to work around them. I was actually not expecting much, but when he finished it worked nearly flawlessly! Paid $265 for a key fob that will not lock or unlock my car. The car does not register the key and I have to hold it against the ignition each time to get it to work. I was told I have a warranty and they could order me a factory key if this key did not work. They "ordered" me a factory key and I have contacted them multiple times over the course of a month to set it up. At this point they have stopped returning my calls and texts. I had my 2 key fob that I bought from Amazon pretty fair price. It's for my 2020 Nissan Pathfinder. I double check FCC #, Part # and buttons match with my original. That's very import. After thatI needed to programs and cut the emergency keys. Jason did great job. I was worry at first because the system required to erase my original key fob and add back in along with my 2 new ones. Because since I only had 1 original and I need backup. I decide that Jason can go ahead program it. I'm glad all of them work. Now I have 3 key fobs in hand and it works. It beats paying dealer that will charge over $500 to program only 1 key fob. Ace was charging $260 for 1 key fob. So I rather go with EZ Locksmith, because they give me a better deal to program 2 key fobs (well, 3 because he had to delete and add back in) and cut emergency key too with way less than those price. Jason have experience in doing this and i trust him now. He is straight forward guy, explaining to me the possible risk or not. So I feel comfortable that he tell like it is. The talk to the owner whose name is Zack said he could make me a key for my car and program it and you can make me two for $200 I get the recharge me 270 and then they can't even program my key so a decent person would probably give a refund but this guy didn't care at all he says oh what's aftermarket stuff so I can't do anything about it but yet you advertise you can program any key so who would go to this business and why I spend almost $300 and now I can't even use my remote because this guy didn't know what he was doing but yet he was saying other people didn't know what they were doing so I don't know who would go to this guy ever again I know I will that I had called the next day to try to be decent with them and he just blew me off and said oh well I'll try to help you do anything then offer a refund tonight it's been almost 300 hours in a key and I can't even use it on my car so unless you want to get some bad service I wouldn't use this guy read more

Terrible customer service. I called for a quote and the exact words told to me was "too much for you boo boo" and the man with an accent hung up on me. I will never do business with this company nor recommend them to anyone. I have a screenshot of my Google review with my picture on it that I did after the terrible customer service and the owner's response in exact words were "boo boo we not accepting ebt bridge card Detroit". That was total disrespectful and derogatory language. I never mentioned anything about a ebt bridge card because I do not have one. The owner made assumptions and obviously racially profiled me assuming because of voice over the phone initially and picture on Google that I could not afford his services. I needed some locks changed and was concerned about the availability of a locksmith wanting to come into the Detroit area. I had called a couple of locksmiths, but then was stood up and the other just refused to come into Detroit. I had called I called EZ Lock and they arrived on time and gave me a quote. Terrible business. Very unprofessional. Do not trust. Very shady. 11/2019: They repaired a lock on my door. The lock became loose so I called them to look at it. They charged me $80 to repair and said it came with a 1 year warranty. I regretfully paid. Once the locksmith left, I called the office to ask why their previous work wasn't covered under the 1 year warranty. They denied doing the original work because the receipt they gave me didn't have any of their info on it. I then sent an image of my check that was made out to the company. And then they gave me the run around because the person who originally worked on it was fired. HORRIBLE SERVICE, the owner fixed my key fob on 6.12.20. It stopped working on 9.8.20. When I called to get it fixed he REFUSED unless I paid him $100 for the services, he proceeded to call me a STUPID NIGGER. I am in a complete state of shock. This was a horrible experience.
