I've had instances with Bob in the past where I was taken aback by how rude, confrontational and irrational he was but I certainly didn't think that he would be that way to my poor wife. I feel terrible about sending her there and I would suggest only engaging this company if you've got thick skin and you're ready to walk away shaking your head wondering how they are still in business.

When I asked him to explain he said that he thought I had dementia! I was unaware that I had contacted a locksmith and psychiatric service. He is demeaning and socially inappropriate and very rigid. Having worked with many people I have only seen this combination in people with OCD but unfortunately he is not a pleasant person. There are so many locksmiths why attempt to interact with Robert. Repair ignition switch ,first attempt the keys worked till next day the ignition fallout on the…read morefloor.was able to jury rigging starting truck but couldn't turn it off.had to leave job as truck was running and gas was on empty.put $20 in to get home they didn't come out again till next day and only fixed it wit one key .the tech guy asked fir $185 .to recut a second key .there was 2 keys to start with and he had it working on both .he said one key was worn but he didn't explain why it worked the day before...he cut the one key not 2 and used this excuse to get more money..I don't recommend this company their people who do the work aren't experienced he was on his phone with the owner asking how to fix this the whole time...they didn't return call from the supervisor after 3 calls ...use at your own risk.
