He was nice on the phone and everything, but he said so much time has went by that he would need to come out and measure again. So that means they never wrote anything down the first time they came out to measure. He also said that he would call me back in the next couple days to set something up. Fast forward to now and I'm trying to get the house ready to sell. Called this place as a last resort and Jason asked me a few diagnostic questions and assured me he could get it working but it might be a long job. He came out the next day and we looked at it together and he quickly diagnosed the main issue and then identified multiple things he could do to get it in good working order. He walked me through his proposed fixes and was also honest about the limitations of what he could and couldn't fix. I understood it couldn't be made perfect and never expected that, I just needed it to be safe and functional so it wouldn't be an issue for any potential buyers. He worked on it for nearly two hours. When he ran into new issues he communicated them clearly and what he would do to work around them. I was actually not expecting much, but when he finished it worked nearly flawlessly! Given all the work and effort he put into it I was even pleasantly surprised how reasonable the cost was in the end. Owner came over at some point to drop off more supplies and she was very nice too.
