Absolutely friendly staff who are willing to help in any way they can. Even though this happened months ago, I was just thinking about the wonderful people who helped me out and wanted to make sure I don't forget to leave a review! He has very expensive equipment for coding chip automotive keys, after explaining my requirements, he jumped right into it. My complicated situation only took about an hour. He made suggestions on how to cut the titanium keys, (my original request) but I didn't have them do it, we both agreed that it would ruin his equipment, and didn't want to run the risk. I personally and totally recommend this family run establishment for all your locksmith needs.

I've had instances with Bob in the past where I was taken aback by how rude, confrontational and irrational he was but I certainly didn't think that he would be that way to my poor wife. I feel terrible about sending her there and I would suggest only engaging this company if you've got thick skin and you're ready to walk away shaking your head wondering how they are still in business.

Of course we have notified the police and taken any advice given. Finally I heard about high security locks that are nearly impossible to pick. Having met Robert once before I thought that he might be able to provide this service. His response was so startling and rude. Robert suggested I get in touch with a memory service. When I asked him to explain he said that he thought I had dementia! I was unaware that I had contacted a locksmith and psychiatric service. He is demeaning and socially inappropriate and very rigid. Having worked with many people I have only seen this combination in people with OCD but unfortunately he is not a pleasant person. There are so many locksmiths why attempt to interact with Robert. The final total was within the range he quoted over the phone and very reasonable. Brian was very patient while I checked to make sure the keys worked in the door lock, the buttons worked properly and the fobs started the car. My only oversight on my part was noticing that these fobs do not include buttons for the side doors, but that's not a big deal. This job would have cost much more in terms of time and money at a dealership. Payment over Zelle was quick and easy. Very happy with my experience!

J&B Lock was excellent to work with from start to finish…read more He answered my call directly (no call center), which was a great first impression, and was able to come out the same day/next day. Communication was straightforward and easy. The work itself went above and beyond what I expected. I initially thought I had four locks to change, but he ended up handling all six. He also proactively offered to replace the deadbolt, including adjusting the strike plate, doing the necessary chiseling, and aligning the door so the bolt closed cleanly. He made sure everything was keyed consistently, fixed alignment issues with the door and hardware, and even addressed a turn knob that wasn't seating properly -- all without hesitation. Overall, he was efficient, detail-oriented, and clearly takes pride in doing the job right. Very easy to work with. I would definitely recommend J&B Lock.

I got to the home and had no way of getting in as the key that was to be used for Emergency was not where it was suppose to be. The officers said they could not go into the house even though I was requesting a welfare check. Soon after the officer left, I called a family member of my friend and she did not have the right key to get in. I quickly did a google search for a locksmith in the area. Fortunately, I got John. John was able to open the door and we found my good friend decease. Naturally, I was upset and so was the relative. After calming down, I went out to pay the locksmith for his service. This man gave me a hug and said he was so sorry for my loss and said he would not accept payment under these circumstances. He called the police and everyone else that needed to be called. I can not say enough about this man as he showed compassion and concern. I want every person to use this man as he didn't have to do what he did and I am forever grateful to him. So if you need a person who cares about what he does, call him. He is caring and good at his job. I want to give him 10 stars but it won't allow.
