I've had a vision for this place since we moved here and B Construction was able to bring it to life! Overall I would rate them a 10/10 with a few little hick-ups here and there. First and foremost, the light oak flooring installment looks and feels amazing! Though they didn't rip out the old flooring they were able to seamlessly level our floors. Secondly, the kitchen cabinets turned out elegantly & when they installed the ceiling light, it was the icing on the cake. So beautiful! Moving on to the bathroom, the walk in-shower turned out like out of a magazine. Brian's guys precisely chose every tile to match the wave designs, tile after tile. Love it! In the bathroom they also installed our new vanity, mirror and a few miscellaneous items that were added last minute, no questions asked We also asked his crew to paint the walls & sand down our wood ceiling which both turned out great! They also switch out all our electrical outlets (which means they have a guy that specializes in electrical & plumbing for the bathroom - a huge plus!!!). Lastly, we added two ceiling fans, one in the living room and another in bedroom, which all our neighbors love and get a bunch of comments on! His guys were all super friendly and when I asked them to change something I didn't like, they weren't hesitant to change it right away. With that being said, there were a few hick ups during the renovation. Brian had a couple of projects that his crew were working on at the same as mine which means there was constant confusion for him. When he asked about measurements for our new microwave, he ended up buying another one later on because he thought we were in need of one, which was never the case. My full length mirror was also lost in the process because he thought he thought I said it was rubbish. Lastly, there were some moments when I would text Brian and hear back from him a few days later. Not a convenient way to communicate when on a time crunch. I would also like to add that although problems did arises, they were solved and the outcome was still a masterpiece. I will 100% hire these guys again in the future & now I tell all my friends about them!

They are all also really good at what they do and pay attention to detail. Brian keeps communicating throughout the whole process to ensure it's all done as requested - actually our place turned out better than we expected because of Brian's suggestions and input. Everyone he works with also really cares about getting the job done right, not just getting it done and it really shows in the end product. We couldn't be happier with B Construction, and have already booked them for another project in the near future! They are super busy because they earned and enjoy a great reputation. Long overdue review for Landen!!…read more I am so grateful we found Villegas Flooring to replace the floors in our home. We recently purchased a beautiful townhome with ugly-af ceramic tile flooring lol. Not only was the tile dingy and outdated, but it was damaged and patched in random places, and we felt it just had to go. Once my wife and I decided to pull the trigger, I initiated a New Project via Yelp. Amongst 5 vendors scouted by Yelp, Villegas Flooring was the first to respond. Landen, Villegas Flooring owner and operator, was prompt to bid for the job and offered to meet the very next day to prepare a free estimate. Upon visiting our home, Landen took brief measurements and acknowledged the ideas we had in mind, while offering his professional insight. He had us rest assured that what we wanted was possible within a certain time frame, and even offered to make a list of the items we'd need to complete the job. This was a big help & definitely highlighted his desire to execute on customer service. To our satisfaction, demo and haul away of the old tiles, plus waterproofing was not a significant increase. Landen offered to waterproof for free, in fact, we just needed to supply the membrane. To save on cost, my wife had the idea for us to demo, but since Landen's quote came back INSANELY LOW, we decided to have them take care of the floors from start to finish. ... And let me tell you about the total cost!!! Not even kidding, Villegas Flooring was LESS THAN HALF of the other guys' prices OUT THE DOOR. Also, there were companies that were sourced from our Yelp Project that 1) didn't even reply, and 2) threw the job to another company. Weird. Anyways, we benefited off their decline because Landen & his family came to save the day. I hit a roadblock while on the search for the tiles I initially wanted. During my hunt, Landen provided other names of companies I could reach out to. He was really, super helpful. I ended up changing the pick of tile to make matters easier since all stores were out of stock. A beautiful 12" x 24" porcelain tile is what I eventually decided on, and Landen confirmed he'd install those at no extra charge. I made note of this because another company told me I'd have to pay more if I chose porcelain over ceramic tiles. All the material and tiles were purchase by us, but Landen even offered to go on the shopping spree and pick up as needed too. For real, incredible service!!! I just wanted to mention this as well since the other guys we received quotes from were CRAZY expensive (I'm talking $7k-10k more) AND they did not offer to assist in any other way besides demo and install. To say we were pleased with our decision is an understatement. I recall my wife and I feeling so blessed that we found a company that was not there to price gouge, but willing to offer support in our efforts to bring a nice facelift to our property! With that said, we absolutely LOVE our home now. It actually feels like ours! Just 3.5 days later, Landen had our 3 full bathrooms, kitchen and laundry room floors refinished. Just for starters, Reggie met me the day I called him and was able to get his team started the same day with demolition, talk about service! Top Notch!!! Communication with Reggie was simple, and he kept me updated throughout the whole process. He is a contractor that definitely cares about his craft and looking out for his client. He identified multiple necessary repairs that were needed but could have just been overlooked by someone just doing what was asked of them. An example, the task was to replace the decorative flooring and drywall patch in the bathroom, he found that the toilet/shower repairs that would be necessary or it could have resulted in further leaks. Not to mention the wall joists and floor board/joists were in very bad condition from previous water damaged, so they also replaced all water damaged items. He transformed our rental into a wonderful looking home. The repairs included: repainting the interior of the whole home, refinishing of all kitchen/wet bar cabinets, drywall patch/repair, floor board/joist replacement, new vinyl tile flooring and floor boards (also painting to match cabinetry), bathroom renovation, kitchen counter top and sink, window & window frames, electrical fixtures/outlets, door & hardware, and all sort of other misc odds/ends.
