I guess without seeing it he recommended the cleaning method which cost $225. I explained to Cris the same thing and he did the Hot carbonation water. I told him I didn't want too much chemical sprayed on my carpet as I am very sensitive to smell. He did a fast once over. It did take longer to dry than I was told that it would, overnight with windows open and fans. Overall happy with the job , but a bit pricy.

He then shows up at around 2 p.m. to start work, I told him it is way to late to start work. He then starts to be like I am mad person and makes like it was my fault. So at this point I told him I need the deposit back and our pool fob key back. He then says that he will not give deposit back and we just donated to a non profit organization, mind you this is about $2250.00 we gave as a deposit. At this point I asked him to leave the property due to he starting yelling in our community, So as I was telling him to leave he then threw his gum from his mouth at me, which was a total disrespect to a customer that was paying to do worker. He then leaves property, then about an hour after he leaves he then texts me to give him an apology on what had happen, I said hell no, after what you have done. So currently we will send his issues to our lawyers to get our deposit back. So be really careful on this mainland guys coming to Hawaii to do work. They have NO ALOHA or respect for our OHANA! So take this as a warning on Mitch company! Like I said before he is a really good talker. If you read on other reviews he did it to other people that really work hard for there money and there's Mitch ripping off the local people.

Everything was appropriately taped off. We left and didn't watch the whole process, but when we came back, about 6 cracked tiles were filled and repaired and it was almost imperceptible. If you didn't know where the cracks were, you wouldn't even notice them. There was also a stain left by some unknown substance left by a guest, and it was completely gone. The grout was cleaned and filled where necessary, and all of the marble was cleaned and polished. It almost looks like a new floor. We had thought about replacing the cracked tiles, but our replacement tiles which had been in a cupboard for about 15 years now didn't match the aged floor tiles. We are so glad that we called Marble Shine Hawaii and had them work their magic. The two-person team was professional, clean, and did great work. It was absolutely worth it and we will call them again if/when we need any marble floor tiles repaired and/or cleaned. I can highly recommend them.

We will not use this company going forward as the last visit was very unprofessional, job left incomplete as equipment was packed up before cleaning all of the area rugs, and we had to fight to get the invoice adjusted. The owner was given a walk through prior to the date of the cleaning so that he could be shown all of the carpet, the number of area rugs we wanted cleaned, and floor to be strip waxed. We were promised an estimate of the cost upon his return from vacation but none was ever provided. Several requests were made for the estimate that went unfulfilled. Due to no fault of the company, unfortunately the strip and wax could not be done. The painters we hired were not finished painting as they said they would be thus the room was not accessible. We communicated that to the owner informing him that the painters were not done as originally planned. We tried to reschedule but owner was not willing to accommodate. So we left it. I expected the owner to come prepared with all the necessary tools and equipment to do what they were hired to do and not ask us the customer for any equipment. Instead we were asked if we had a vacuum cleaner he could use. Of course the answer was no he should have come prepared and brought his own. We were extremely dissatisfied with the poor service provided. When the owner stated he was done he was asked about the remaining area rugs and he said that he already packed up his equipment. This was done without verifying the job was complete. There was a lot of back and forth with the owner that was not necessary and frankly was extremely disappointing. We had used this company for several years and were our go to company for steam cleaning and strip and wax. Now we are in the market for a new company to hire. Sad to say that we had to sever the business relationship. Hopefully, the professionalism improves for future customers.
