Here is how Mitch left my shower and walked out.

Update: Artisan stone cost me well over $5,000 in lost time, materials and labor. I also lost about a month dealing with the mess. I had to rip out all of the subpar work that Mitch did. He didn't put a liner in the shower which is not up to code in a condo. It would have leaked in a matter of months. I am finally back to square one and have a reputable tile installer doing the work. Be careful.

This is before...my tenants made the grout between the marble floor dark brown-black.

I picked this company based on recommendations on Home Advisor. The other recommendations were very pushy and rude over the phone, not trusting me to do the math on my floor size. Mitch gave me a quote based on pics of the tile (size 2'x2') and room size. He said it might change a little based on an actual physical assessment. He even threw in a quantity discount. The owner Mitch called the day before to say they wanted to push back the time because they had been working over 7 days straight. The next day Michael who works for Mitch called to touch base. He was pleasant and came, started working, made sure I was okay with the grout color match and did his thing. He was open to criticism and asked if I felt he missed anything. I was happy with the result. Looks like when I first bought the house.
