He recognizes new construction errors and if it's in his means, he'll correct it. I would definitely recommend him and the fact that it's been a year since he painted my house and it's still up to my satisfaction, I would "highly" recommend him. I just built a roof over my existing deck and needed painting after it was completed. He recognized some of the flaws that the contractor failed at and corrected their mistake.
