***WARNING: Dealership loves to gaslight you! Believe ALL the ONE STAR REVIEWS! *****…read more We are extremely disappointed with our experience at this dealership. We called ahead of time to make an appointment to see a specific car, and we were told that the vehicle was available and that they would be expecting us. We drove out to the dealership, test drove the car, and came back ready to move forward. When we returned, we noticed another man waiting to look at the same vehicle. Our salesman told him that we were still looking at it and that he could take a look if we decided not to purchase it. We immediately told our salesman that we wanted to buy the car, so he went inside to scan our driver's license and begin the process. Then, when we went inside to complete the paperwork, we were suddenly told that the car was already being sold. What made this even more disappointing was that we could clearly see the same man who had been waiting outside completing paperwork with another salesman. So while we were being told that we were moving forward with the purchase, another salesperson was apparently selling the same car to someone else at the same time. We didn't even get the opportunity to negotiate, discuss financing, or complete the purchasing process. We understand that dealerships want to make money and sell vehicles. That's business. But there is a difference between doing business and treating customers with honesty, transparency, and basic respect. If the dealership's priority is simply making the quickest sale, regardless of the customer experience or the commitments made by their own sales staff, then that says a lot about how they operate. Honestly, as disappointing as this experience was, maybe it was a blessing in disguise. We would rather walk away from a business that operates this way than give our money to a dealership whose actions left us feeling completely disrespected and misled. We came in genuinely interested in buying a vehicle and were prepared to give them our business. Instead, we left feeling like our time and trust meant absolutely nothing. Very disappointing experience. We expected much better.

My mechanic couldn't get it figured out so I spoke with the owner of Inland Auto Exchange, Joey. He was very helpful and took full control of the situation until it was resolved. When I came back to pick up my truck I asked Joey if he new where I could get a good deal on tires and rims for the other vehicle I had purchased previously. Joey took me personally to the America's Tire nearby and helped me get a great deal. I don't know any business that provides the level of service that Inland Auto Exchange does. They truly care about their customers and get to know them on a personal basis. As a business owner myself, I truly appreciate this level of professionalism and will never buy a car or truck anywhere else. If you're in the market for a slightly used vehicle go see Gary and Joey at Inland Auto Exchange. They will treat you right! Dave Hobbs Owner Hobbs Pools Temecula, Ca.

They gave me the $22,000 they told me online and there was no games after they looked at my car…read more That is the only reason I am giving two stars. The rest of the trip was a headache because of my car registration. My renewal was due Sunday 8/2 and I sold the car Monday 8/3. The DMV lets you pay on the next business day when the due date is on a weekend so there is no penalty. I called CarMax and told them about this. The person on the phone said a manager approved it and put a note in my system file. But when I was at the Norco store they did not care what the phone person told me. We argued and they pretty much accused me of lying about my registration. The DMV notice says due date, not expiration. I read those as two different things. The store insisted the due date was the expiration and acted like I made something up. It is pretty bad to question a customer's honesty over confusing DMV wording instead of just clearing it up. Then they made me pay the $337 annual renewal out of pocket before they would buy my car. They gave me a lecture about ethics saying they can not pass that cost to the next buyer. But do the math. I paid for a full 12 months of registration and the car goes on their lot with paid tags, so the next buyer gets that benefit. CarMax did not give me any extra money on my payout for it. That's just CarMax getting a $337 asset for free while hiding behind ethical condescending language. The price was good and the inspection was fine but the communication was really bad. If the phone rep says one thing the store needs to honor it, and they should skip the moral lecture while they take your money.
