So they send me to another Walmart that they say can do it. That store says the same thing. They won't install the tires because they're afraid of damaging the rims. Now the good part of the story. The Walmart manager refers me to JR's. I go to JR's and I'm worried they won't install the tires since I got the tires elsewhere. Nope. JR himself gives an amazing warm welcome, gave me a more than fair install price per tire, and started on it immediately. No waiting. The guys are now my only stop for tires and wheels. JR and his team are highly skilled....and happy! What an amazing combination. Well done JR!!

I called before hand and explained I had a rim leaking air from where the tire bead meets the rim They told me to take it in so they can look at it As I go to do so One of their guys working unmounted the rim Took it in to inspect and see if it can be fixed As i wait he comes out and explains that we had good news and bad news. Good news was it can be fixed and bad news was it wouldn't be ready until Monday (it was Friday afternoon) I asked how much he said 100 dollars Cool done deal Not once did he say it was a hit or miss. Long story short they didn't call Monday they called back Tuesday and said the rim was ready to go. When I arrived the guy explained that he fixed it but the sealer he applied would only last so long and that it looked like the tire bead was old.As I leave I go put gas and check the air and it was 2.3 psi So I put air Immediately I hear the tire letting out air I call them back and they told me to bring it back in As I do I asked if I can order a tire from them but they said they didn't carry the large size tire I needed They only offered a discount on mount and balance which I would still come out of pocket. So I paid 100 dollars for a fix that wasn't able to be done but was told it can be done and yet couldn't have the audacity to issue me a refund or at least half of what I paid for.It sucks because it be your own kind of people that do you wrong and we are living in a time where every dollar counts. I would never bring these people business ever again. As you can see the tire shop is now adding that they told me it would be 50/50 chance of it working and that is an absolute lie. If that would've been the case why would I take the risk of losing money on something you guys might not be able to fix? Same residue last shop left is the same your tire shop did as well. Again bad business and bad excuses as a tire shop you guys shouldn't gamble with things you might not be able to do to prevent issues like this.

I made an appointment online for 2:00pm on a Tuesday. When I got there, I learned that they were a bit backed up and it would take between 1.5 and 2 hours. I understand how things like that can happen, but I didn't want to wait that long so I asked when might be a better time, and they said at 8:00am I'd most likely be at the front of the line, so I arranged to be there the following morning. Sure enough, the alignment only took about 30 mins. Tony gave me a printout of the measurements before and after for my car so I could see exactly what had been done in terms of camber, caster, toe, etc. for each wheel. Overall, I was very pleased with the whole operation, thanks to Tony and Miguel for their helpful and friendly assistance. I'll be sure to check out Tire Outlet the next time I need new tires!

Paul helped me replace my Lexus wheel that was bent from a pothole with a quality reconditioned OEM replacement. I searched nationwide for my wheel online, and they were super hard to find and very expensive!!! Wheels America beat everyone's price and wasn't that far from me in Buena Park, so I decided to drive 1 1/2 hours each way to pick it up. I didn't expect it, but they even dismounted, mount & balanced my existing tire, and changed out the tire pressure sensor for a very reasonable $20. I was in & out of the shop within 30 minutes! I took it into their shop to get the leak fixed; the technician told me that the screw was too close to the edge of the tire and therefore it cannot be fixed and must be replaced. Luckily, we had purchased the tire insurance and that covered the cost. I only had to pay for insurance on the replacement tire. It took about 2 hours and the work was done! Great job!

There were no cars behind me, and the location didn't appear to be particularly busy. Despite that, the employees working inside completely ignored me. They were too busy singing along to music and goofing around to acknowledge that a customer was waiting for service. Eventually, someone told me, "My guys are busy right now, but we will help you," while walking away. When I pointed out that they seemed more busy messing around than actually helping customers, someone finally came over. Once someone did help, they filled my tires to the PSI I requested, so I appreciate that part. I had just driven back from the desert after off-roading and needed to adjust my tire pressure. I could have done it myself at home, but having a tire shop handle it was simply more convenient. Unfortunately, the experience wasn't worth the hassle. To make matters worse, the employee who helped us forgot to put the valve stem caps back on my rear tires. I didn't notice until I got home, so now I'm having to purchase replacements for something that should have been put back on my truck in the first place. It's frustrating because this could have been such a simple interaction. Acknowledge the customer, provide the requested service, and make sure everything is put back together before they leave. Instead, I was ignored while employees joked around, and then the job wasn't even completed properly. For a business that specializes in tires, I expect better attention to detail and much better customer service.

The place looks like it went out of business by the looks of the grounds. Weeds growing out of the pavement, random trash and debris all over the place. However, I decided to give him a chance and wait to see if maybe he's a few minutes late. When he doesn't appear by 10:30 I call, no answer. I call again at 10:45, once again no answer. At 11:15 I give up and head home. At 12:15 he finally calls back because he just got to the garage and tells me I can come back. I let him know I'm already on my way home and to far to come back. This is a classic example of a great idea run by someone who is to lazy to actually run a business.
