Drive Your Dream!…read more After spending some time shopping around for our car my boyfriend and I came across Supreme Motors. The price of the car was in our range and what really caught my eye is how immaculate condition the car was in. (All the cars looked amazing) Seriously guys-- compared to all the other dealers we went to, this car was sparkling and ready to come home. The process to purchase the car was so smooth and we had two pups to play with while we were waiting for all the paper work to go through. Was truly an experience of ease and enjoyment. Thank you so much Ehren! (And his partner! I didn't get his name but he was great too.) We appreciate you selling this car to us and wishing you good luck and many sales! We are thinking of getting the car detailed here in the future too :) - Alexis and Shane

5 Stars - Supreme Motors in Costa Mesa - Pristine every time…read moreThey take great care of our family's two SUVs. Always perfect--the cars come back looking like they rolled off the showroom floor. That deep, mirror-finish shine you can see yourself in. They've got a clean, professional setup on Placentia Avenue near 19th Street--appointment-based, call ahead to set up initial s. Easy, no fuss. I text Ehren--he's quick to reply, we set something up, and he sends his crew. They're solid. They cover surrounding areas, even 15 miles out like me. No problem--they show up, do the work. Seats wiped, carpets vacuumed, windows clear, wheels shiny, trim polished. Everything flawless without me saying a word. And those monthly maintenance packages? Great value--keeps everything looking sharp without breaking the bank. Friendly, on time, they care. Call Ehren at Supreme Motors--your cars will look great.

You have a specific purpose and you're totally on your own and surrounded by too many guys just itching to take you down. However it ends, it won't be an enjoyable vacation. This review is actually for Wes Robbins (who on his own would rate 5 Stars). Scheduled a test drive with him, liked the vehicle as I expected, and bought it. Easy peasy. Never once tried to insult my intelligence (... that was left to the pony-tailed finance dude who tried to upsell me even though I paid cash on handover). Thus, minus 1 star for the dealership -- with their usual auto dealership-style greasiness. If you have an IQ of at least 110 and you know/are kind sure of which Ford vehicle you want, deal with Wes. If he stays in the family biz, I'll keep buying vehicles from him even after he becomes their Pres. or CEO. His integrity far outweighs any sense of greed. Keep it that way, Wes.

Morris took great care of me and always kept me updated with the status of my car. He even filled up my gas full tank and changed all 4 of my tires! Love Carbeeco! Best deal I've ever seen in the market. Even the Mercedes dealership salesman couldn't even find me a better price! This is a 2023 with 26,300 miles! Great condition!

Engine warning light appeared 20 minutes after purchase and still seeking a resolution…read more Our experience with CarBeeCo has been extremely disappointing. My husband and I purchased a vehicle from the company, only to have the engine warning light come on approximately 20 minutes later. We promptly documented the issue and notified the company. We then took the vehicle to Mercedes-Benz of St. Paul for an inspection and diagnosis. The repairs turned out to be significantly more extensive than we initially expected. What made the experience particularly frustrating was the company's response. We were advised to clear the diagnostic code and continue driving, which we were uncomfortable doing given the circumstances. We have since tried to work with the company's finance department to obtain reimbursement for the repair costs. Despite our efforts to resolve this matter directly, we have not yet reached a satisfactory outcome. We understand that mechanical problems can arise with used vehicles. However, when a warning light appears within minutes of a purchase, we believe the situation deserves serious attention and a reasonable effort to resolve the customer's concerns. We hope CarBeeCo will address this matter fairly. Unfortunately, as of the date of this review, our concerns remain unresolved, and our experience has fallen well short of our expectations.

When I first saw the reviews online, I was a little suspicious about how genuine they were. As an…read moreengineer who works at a large e-commerce platform company, I've seen enough online review patterns to recognize when something feels off. Still, I decided to visit anyway since I had nothing to lose. What I experienced only confirmed my concerns. Many of the reviews praising how "kind" and "helpful" the salespeople are simply did not match my experience and felt questionable. The dealership appears to be run by a Middle Eastern family and seems to cater largely to that community. There are Arabic signs throughout the place and many flashy, expensive cars. That in itself is not a problem. As a Hispanic person, I understand that some dealerships focus on particular communities--Mexican dealers may cater to Spanish speakers, and some Chinese dealerships market to new Chinese immigrants. That's simply how business works. However, in my experience the attitude changed drastically once negotiation began. It felt like they were used to dealing with wealthy overseas buyers who don't negotiate much. When I tried to negotiate, the tone became hostile and disrespectful. I was mocked, yelled at, and verbally abused. I also got the strong impression that customers who don't look wealthy--or who are Hispanic, Black, Asian, or otherwise perceived as not fitting their typical buyer profile--may be treated differently. Based on what I experienced and some patterns I noticed in other reviews, the behavior can come across as xenophobic and borderline discriminatory once they assume you might not be able to afford the car. If you still decide to visit, I strongly recommend going alone. Don't bring your girlfriend, wife, parents, or friends unless you're comfortable with the possibility of being insulted in front of them if negotiations don't go their way. Personally, I would suggest looking elsewhere. In today's economy, many used car dealerships are struggling and buyers often have more negotiating power than before. There are plenty of other places where you can get a better deal and be treated with professionalism and respect.

I'm very disappointed with my recent experience with AutoNation Costa Mesa…read more I scheduled my service appointment one week in advance. The appointment was arranged through their text-message/AI scheduling system. During the scheduling process, I specifically asked the representative if I could also have a recall completed for my tire kit during the same visit. I was told this could be handled, so I made arrangements and took the day off from work to accommodate the appointment. Unfortunately, I was informed that the recall had not been communicated to the service department and that they could not complete both services on the same day. This was extremely frustrating because I had already taken an entire day off work based on the information provided to me when scheduling. What makes this even more inconvenient is that they apparently do not offer this service on Saturdays, which is one of my days off. Now I have to request another day off work simply because the information provided during the original scheduling process was not properly communicated internally. If AutoNation is going to use an AI/text scheduling system, there needs to be better communication between the AI/customer-service representative and the actual service department. Customers should not have to lose time from work because information provided during scheduling doesn't make it to the department handling the appointment. I expected better coordination and customer service from AutoNation. My time is valuable, and I should not have to take another day off because of a communication failure on their end.
