Me and my husband came across this place during Labor Day sale 2018. We came in looking for a dump truck for our business. I was at first a bit skeptical. (I'm always skeptical) The gentlemen that helped us answered all of our questions, and helped negotiate a fair deal. He then lead us to mike, who helped finance our dump truck. Mike is a very honest man, a pleasure to make business with, and is very kind. He wanted us to leave happy and left us with a great impression. I don't know why there are negative reviews. If there is problem, bring it to mike and he will make it right. I think it's only fair you give people a chance. Anyways If we continue to thrive with our business in the future there, I will be purchasing more commercial vehicles here because the owner is trust worthy and I know they will strive to give me the best price! Thank you for everything fleets 101

There are times when you are completely satisfied with a deal, this is one of those times! To begin I want to thank my initial contact at the company, Ali, who helped me find a great chassis and platform build from. Ali was great, even though they didn't have the plumber box that I wanted he contacted his service dept. to see what they could do. That's where I met Mike, what a personable business owner, Mike said if they didn't have it they could build it! What a great concept, actually meeting your customers needs with customized solutions! With all my requests for my specific service box, Mike never said "no we can't do that"- He had his engineer draw up plans for my project, I approved them, left deposit and they were getting to work. Ali kept me informed with photos and text messages ( I live about a hour away) and Mike invited me down after the fabrication was complete to check it out. Upon my visit I had the opportunity to meet the shop foreman/ engineer, Frank, what a wealth of knowledge! Frank answered all my questions and explained the whole process to me.The truck looked great, the material and workmanship were impressive and I was excited to have my dream truck getting built to my specs. When everything was complete, I went down to pick up the truck- wow, it was great! Brenda in the office was nice and helpful, had all my paperwork done and ready for me and when my commercial insurance had questions, Brenda faxed and called them on my behalf to make the insurance transfer smooth and hassle free. I have already recommended this company to 2 others contractor buddies and I will be back to get another great vehicle when the time comes, thanks again Fleets 101!

Our driver visited this location because the check engine light came on. Despite our truck having Full Platinum Coverage, the service advisor, Tyler, falsely claimed that our warranty was "not in the system" and refused to honor it. Instead, they charged our driver a $600 diagnostic fee out of pocket for a DEF issue. Because they refused to honor the active warranty, our driver had no choice but to pay and leave. When I called the branch to dispute this and ask why a truck under full warranty was charged and released while broken, Tyler had the audacity to lie. He claimed our driver 'didn't want to wait for parts' and that the shop 'put oil in it and sent him on his way.' This is a complete fabrication. The shop didn't even add oil, and the driver only left because they unlawfully denied our warranty coverage. As a direct result of their negligence and refusal to do their job, our truck broke down shortly after in Phoenix and is now sitting at Rush Truck Centers - Phoenix East waiting for repairs. This level of dishonesty, incompetence, and disregard for driver safety is unacceptable. Charging $600 for a diagnostic on a fully warranted truck and then making up stories to cover up their mistakes is fraudulent. I am demanding an immediate refund of the $600. I am also filing a formal complaint with PACCAR/Peterbilt Corporate and the California Bureau of Automotive Repair (BAR) regarding these fraudulent business practices.

He reported back that 4 wheel drive did not engage properly and that there was a leak in the vehicle that would cost over 1k to repair. I will say they reached out to me and offered to work out a deal on the truck where they would repair it and that would reflect in the price. Didn't go with it because of the dishonest start. As they say "Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice..."

Super important for my small business. Richard was committed to helping me get approved for financing even though my credit was not good (ex friend got her car repossessed and it was under my name) I was able to drive away with the car after 5/6 long trying hours. One thing I will say: when I took the car for a test drive I noticed a "side door open" dash sign on and i didn't think much of it. However when it was time to drive off the side door sign was still going off and wouldn't turn off even though I slammed and gently shut the door. This ended up causing the battery to die overnight. I had to jumpstart the car and replace the battery myself. I was so worried I was sold a lemon but it was on me for not pointing out the warning sign. So let this be a sign to not ignore ANY dashboard light or any concern from a car! Richard had offered to fix any problem that occurred within 30 days but of course it was Memorial Day weekend and Richard responded on Tuesday. I didn't have time to wait for his response so I had to figure out the problem and attempt to fix myself as I had work on Tuesday. FYI: The "side door open" is a common issue in ford transits, I discovered. It's due to a sensitive door sensor and there's an easy diy fix to it that I had to YouTube about. Had the car about 2 months and no other issues have come up.
