I purchased a 2013 Subaru Impreza from GMS dealership on October 18, 2025, for $18,800, along with an extended warranty. Immediately after purchase, the vehicle broke down less than 15 miles off the lot due to an engine failure then engine Froze. The car remained in GMS shop for a month and a half for repairs. Upon return, (12/3/2025) I was told the issue was fixed and that the active check engine light was normal. Fucken low life. On August 13, 2026--less than 2,500 miles after the reported engine replacement--the engine froze once again. The vehicle has now been sitting at the (GMS) facility till now 9/29/2026 without resolution, and I have not received updates or callbacks regarding the status of the repair under my extended warranty.DO NOT GO HERE PEOPLE!!!! just go anywhere else
