After my credit was run, I was told my score came back much lower than what I am seeing from all three bureaus on my end. I politely asked for a copy of the credit report they pulled for my records, which is a normal request when your credit is run, but I never received a response. I also followed up to ask what the minimum down payment would be to make the deal work, as I was willing to consider that option, and I did not receive a response to that either. I understand that my deal structure (negative equity and zero down) may have made things more difficult, and I was open to waiting a few months if needed. That part was not the issue. The issue was the lack of follow-up and communication after my credit was pulled. As someone who has worked in sales for over 20 years, communication and follow-up matter. Even if the deal can't be done right now, customers still deserve clear communication and closure.

What really concerns me is what happened after I drove the car off the lot. The check engine light came on shortly after, showing a bad O2 sensor. When I got home and took a closer look, I noticed the car had O2 sensor spacers installed. That raised a red flag because those are often used to hide issues with failing catalytic converters. This was never disclosed to me during the purchase, and catalytic converter repairs are not cheap. I feel like that's something that should have been clearly communicated upfront so I could make a fully informed decision. Oh and the A/C didn't work . -_-

While the repairs themselves have been frustrating, the main reason for this review is the terrible customer service we experienced during our most recent visit in May 2026. This was by far the worst experience we have had here, and honestly one of the worst customer service experiences we've dealt with anywhere. The lack of communication, empathy, urgency, and professionalism was extremely disappointing. Our service advisor was Luis Sanchez, and we also spoke with the manager, Mike. At first everything seemed okay, but as the week went on it became clear that nobody was taking our concerns seriously. We dropped our van off on Monday and had to keep calling ourselves throughout the week just to get updates. We came back Wednesday, then again Friday, and still felt completely in the dark. We specifically asked multiple times for communication and updates, yet nobody ever followed through. Even after Mike reassured us that someone would keep us updated, we still never received calls. What made the experience even worse was the attitude we received every time we reached out. Nobody apologized. Nobody greeted us warmly. Instead, we were made to feel like WE were the problem simply because we were asking questions about our vehicle after it had been sitting there for days with little to no work being done. At one point it became obvious that being patient and polite got us nowhere. It felt like the only way to get answers or support was to become frustrated and aggressive, which should never be necessary just to receive basic communication. We understand repairs can take time, especially with electrical or technical issues, but complete silence and dismissive customer service is unacceptable. What is frustrating is that this dealership used to provide a much better experience. In previous visits over the last few years, communication was better, they helped with rental cars, and they even cleaned our vehicle after service. This time felt completely different. We left feeling ignored, frustrated, and unappreciated. We will not be returning, and I truly hope management takes this feedback seriously because something has clearly changed.

I literally called before driving all the way from South Orange County to see a car that the salesman said was there. After arriving, sure enough the car was not there. Drove well over an hour to get here just to be given a story about why the car isn't there. Really disappointed. There is no respect for one's time at this business.
