They outsourced the service to Nate and George from Prestige Complete Auto Body & Paint Services. In a nutshell, I couldn't be any happier. They were professional, friendly, courteous, timely and honest. They came and picked up my damaged bumper Thursday night and had it fixed, delivered and re-installed Monday afternoon. I believe "Sunlight Copper Metallic" color on my Suzuki was not an easy color to match, but they made my bumper look brand new again. Here Is my story and hopefully you don't end up getting scammed from this place. I took my car here in December 2021 and I spoke with one of the owners claiming at that time and telling me it will take approximately 1 month to finish this classic car to paint and few things in the interior but I told him if needed take 2 months but I would like to do right. I give them a deposit of 2k and 2k when the car was done because I already give another 2k to near bodyshop before them taking my car because they did quite a bit of work on it and that was the deal wit the first "owner". One month goes by no call no nothing. Tow months go by no call no nothing, and I decided to go and give them a visit and see what's going on in person. Sure inof my car was setting outside in the sun without windows or any type of cover or anything and all covered in dust inside out .! I got very frustrated just seeing my car in that condition and on top of that they didn't touch it at all after 2 months. I spoke with another gentleman claiming him to be the owner which his name is Leo's and hi told me the previous person I spoke to him before left the company and I started to wonder how many owners are here in this place but I didn't give to much importance because all I wanted my car to be finished. Any way after 2 months of my car setting outside and haven't been touched I tried to be understanding and nice and move on. Leo's told me it will need another month to get the car ready at 100% and I said ok. One more month goes bye and still nothing! And again leaving my job to go and see what's happening and yet again my car hasn't been touch and covered in more dust.! I started to get very very frustrated from this place how they been treating my car and my self laying multiple times. Again they tell me they need 3 more weeks to get it done after the 3 time of them laying to and I am talking about this point over 4 months. Anyway after all this, 3 weeks pass bye and the car it's still not done it's missing parts to be painted and to put it together, which at this point I just didn't have any more room of them laying to me every single time and I give them a final date if the car it's not ready I want my car back and my money back and left. After another week of waiting and them texting to me and and saying we are working in your car which was no tru I go there and yet again the car wasn't assembled completely and when I started to get close to the car I didn't believe to my eyes how bad of a paint job they did.! Scratches all over the car, the paint had dust on it because they painted the car outside and top of that I was seeing spots of paint dripping multiple spots ! More items like missing windows to put on, missing interior and some other stuff they didn't even bother to do. I asked Leo's if this was your car wold you be ok with this paint job? And guess his answer?! Hi said no. Later another woman named RHINA MARITZA comes down claim here to be the owner which I never meet here or spoke to here till this point and she just started to say some non sense stuff like I didn't believe to myself what is happening over here. I asked them to refund my money back and give my car back after 6 months of wait and a terrible job they did and she refused to give my car back. I live the place in shock what was happening and 10 min later she gives me a call and threatened me on putting a linen on my car.! And that's exactly what she did, she put a lien on my unfinished car, they destroyed my interior and waisted my time for over 6 months. I hired a layer which I had to spend more money to get my car back. After all I went through and how much time they waisted to me I had to take the car to another body shop and repaint the all car again from scratch. This business it's complete a joke and a scam. They spray some paint outside because they don't even have a both to paint a car. So my experience with this place was terrible and wish to no one happen to what they made me go through and stilling my money.

Today is Sunday at 7:00pm and I have an emergency with my vehicle…read more Absolutely no idea what is going on with my Toyota Prius but the red triangle of death appeared and the car won't even start. I called Mobile Jay expecting no response. Immediately, he picked up the phone call and is coming over to help me out. The fact that he's available during such an important time is incredible and deserving of 5 stars. Not to mention what an incredible person he is, definitely keeping him on my contacts for any future mechnical problems. Anyways, he came and looked at my vehicle. Inspected my liquids and found the coolant needed more coolant in it, which may have caused the problem. Then he inspected my battery and perhaps the modules are malfunctioning. In the end, the car was not fixed per se, and his OBDII didn't pick up on any codes. But... He gave me peace of mind. Which is invaluable. And my car is working now (due to disconnecting and reconnecting the battery, but whatever problem happened will probably happen again soon) Anyways, he came and did the job I wanted him to do. Within an hour. Quick, speedy. I appreciate him so much. Definitelly will return in the future.
